Lashbrook Tonight: Rain showers will continue through the evening into the overnight hours on an on and off basis with southern parishes towards the coast with the highest coverage. Low temperatures will be in the 70s with mostly cloudy skies. Saturday: A cold front will approach from the north and will attempt to pass through the area. It will shift the greatest rain chance southward over parishes south of the 10/12 corridors towards the coast. Some drier air will move in for more northern zones where they will stay on the drier side. Otherwise, high temperatures will be in the mid 80s under partly to mostly cloudy skies. Sunday: A better push of drier air will move in as dewpoints fall into the 50s and 60s which will allow morning lows to be in the lower-to- mid 60s. As the cold front lies just to the south, most of the area will remain dry from rain except for far southern parishes where a few showers will be possible. High temperatures for the day will remain in the lower 80s under partly cloudy skies. Beyond: Deeper tropical moisture resurges back northward into Louisiana by late Monday with higher humidity. This will increase our rain chances for showers and storms for a good portion
