Mortgage Refinance Rates on September 3, 2024

rates are higher today I'm darl schwant with key mortgage experts it's September 3rd 2024 and these are today's rates for conventional FHA and VA loans today I got a call from someone who watches our videos on social media he had a fairly similar scenario to what we put out daily ironically he thinks rates will be lower next year and also lower in the next two months we discussed the idea of floating the loan instead of locking the rate when we float if rates go down he'll get a better rate but if rates go up it could be worse it reminds me that everyone has a different view of what's going to happen with the market and we should be flexible for them so if you're looking to buy or refinance contact me if you want something better I'm darl schwant with key mortgage experts and I'll see you tomorrow
