wrong with that you just got to scale it down a little bit on who he is and what he's shown over three years look I love a Hutchinson and I was I was going back and forth with a couple of people on on uh Twitter last night about this no not you yeah I I love Aiden Hutchinson but there was a there was a sequence in that game last night when the game was in question by the way and it was in question all night that you got to stop at a on a third or you stop at a second down would have set up third and long and Hutchinson gets a per uh roughing the passer penalty um which was completely unnecessary grabs and twists Stafford's legs two two plays later has Stafford engulfed and like let him go let him go and then they got a big gain and a first down on there so it was like this this sequence this perfect storm of unnecessary personal foul penalty two plays later has him engulfed and doesn't wrap him up and take him to the ground I don't know if the roughing the passer penalty had anything to do with that letting him go but Matthew Stafford should never be able to elude Aiden Hutchinson this isn't Lamar Jackson we're talking about here this is Matthew Stafford who's got bricks for feet he's K yeah I just again I expect so much more from him and I do expect and and again maybe I'll lower my expectations for him but the the quarterback hurt he was going up against a backup uh back T and look he dominate I'm not I'm just telling you what I saw I would like to the great ones and he is compared to the great ones in the game they put the quarterback on the ground okay the the the quarterback hurries and the pressures very important yeah and I'd rather that than nothing thing absolutely part of the game just I expect so much more from him I would like to see him now put the quarterback take that next step in year three and put the quarterback on the ground that's that's all I'm saying I'm not I don't think that's hating is that is that hating no I'll ask the chat is that he had Terk Armstrong on inside we had a really good game by the way but he had a guy so we'll see what DJ reader is it maybe helps him out but what was that draft class in 2021 he was in the 2021 draft class correct Tio right and that was the kid fromon walkeron Walker right who actually had two sack uh he had a sack against the Dolphins and two it but that was kind of was it a weaker draft is that what the name of it was when he had it the what uh the the draft was that a strong draft class is what I'm asking I think it was I think it was I think it was a pretty decent draft I'm just ask 21 draft I'm asking the question because is Aiden Hutchinson number two overall pick and and is that what the pressure comes from and wanting more sacks wanting more plays because of where he was drafted number two actually it would have been the 22 draft I saw someone in the in the chat saying we we should have gotten David Ajo someone else to put pressure on the quarterback and and then draft SAU Garder that's what the chat said earlier no I'm just saying people have their opinions true and you remember what I said I I was a Michigan guy and all I love that but I wanted two other defensive ends as well so I just ask it's a pretty good it's a pretty good draft if you go back and look Trayvon Walker Aiden Hutchinson uh Derek Stingley Jr s Gardner Kavon Tibido uh Evan Neil Drake London Garrett Wilson olve Jameson Williams Jordan Davis Kyle Hamilton there's good players in here would you still draft would you still draft him too yes because I I I would draft him over Kavon Tibido and um and Trayvon Walker would you still draft him to you needed a defensive lineman yeah it's no wrong ask if I have to look at the Players right now yeah Kyle Hamilton is pretty damn good pretty damn good I take I'd take uh Branch though you know what I mean yeah I I'm just saying like that's fine it worked it worked how I was supposed to yeah right if you if you look at what the Kansas City Chiefs did just in this off season did you decide to keep the younger cornerback or the older defensive lineman in free agency you took the lineman it just goes to show you the importance of that position so um I would absolutely draft him two overall I would take him one overall because if you're if you're going going with Trayvon Walker or uh Kon Tibido in terms of defensive lineman he's absolutely the pick there hey M now look I just again my expectations are a little high yeah we're not knocking him at the end of the day look the man had a sack he went out there and play and we saw him we saw the rush we saw the aggression we saw the pressure so this really isn't hate just more so having fun this is what we do um he might sack Baker this week a couple times true he might have a couple set hey m is he too nice does he needs to be a little little a little more he he did twist up Matthew Stafford for his leg so may maybe maybe more of that maybe little more that maybe more of that he's a nice guy he's got the big smile he he does the Michael Jackson moves very well he's saying like I need him to get down and you might be right I need him to wreak some Havoc pick Davis pretty darn good though I think ear Arnold did a great job for rookie first we talked about that too I penalties but I think I think he played superb I didn't see Rick straw much last night yeah and they probably saving him they didn't need him because PUK and Thea got hurt so they probably didn't have to go deep in they uh as deep in their bag as they would have if he would have stayed healthy but uh they got tested early and this was a good test you got Matthew Stafford Shawn McVey that wide receiver cor what they were able to do and to be able to play like they did look he gave a 317 all underneath one touchdown pass is all he had so it was good to see that I think they did a good job and you talked about it Terry and Arnold kind of Shadow P excuse me kind of Shadow Co Cooper cup a little bit he was all over with the exception of the one play those guys they showed up so I like what I saw game one this is a good test not like they started season car it's not like the Panthers it's not like they play the Carolina Panthers they played sham May Bay and they play Matt Stafford Who Matt Stafford I don't know what it is the bigger the game mat Stafford seem he he puts
