[Music] oh [Music] [Music] it keep [Music] hey hey y'all welcome into the building happy labor day and before y'all start asking yes the diva is bald okay not a speck of hair on my head um quick story nothing's wrong but quick story I'mma say this um I be I I started doing a vegetarian diet maybe it's almost two years now and you know when you do um these type of diets or these type of way of eating so to speak you got to make sure you getting all your protein in all the right vitamins and so forth and so on it's been a struggle for me so far the struggle is real but you know what I'm GNA keep it up I'm gonna figure this thing out but in the meantime I think my hair wasn't like in the way I was eating some vitamins I was missing so forth and so on so I said you know what instead of using this potion that potion whatever potion cutting off this side that side or whatever the case may be I said let me just shave it all off start from scratch and we gonna figure this thing out so I'm GNA figure it out but I'm GNA figure it out from a clean s so I'm still the gray hair Diva even though I don't got a speck of hair on my head at the moment but you know my hair usually grows back in pretty quickly when it's this low so we're going to see how it goes but yes so nothing is wrong um I just had to start from scratch okay I just had to start over that's all that's all I'm doing is be doing a little start over and um off of a clean slate all right so I want to get that out up front real quick real easy so let's get into it first of all happy labor day and I'm glad that y'all spending part of your day with me I did it earlier um I did the show earlier the train is pulling out the station a little bit earlier cuz I actually want to look at um I I I I did anybody see that movie Deliverance if y'all saw that movie Deliverance I'm scared to watch it um but let me know if I'mma be okay to watch it so I'm between watching the movie Deliverance tonight and that's on Netflix and then the one on Hulu um called The Supremes that Earls all you can eat something like that um so we're going to see but I'm scared to watch the Deliverance but if you saw cuz it's based on true events if you saw it let me know and I'll just pray before I watch it and I'll take a look at it because there's a lot of people um that's in it that's on Netflix the liance and then Supremes um is on Hulu I'm just trying to flip the coin and that's why I said let me do this one on my show tonight a little bit earlier because I want to see um I want to watch the movie tonight tonight is going to be my movie night okay so tonight's top tonight's topic for trening top is is called this is sad this is sad and it's sad because you know what the amount of children that are so angry that have so much anger in them that they don't have no problem putting their hands on a teacher or an adult when I was growing up it was like you had to respect adults now they don't give a dawn it could be somebody grandmother somebody mother somebody Auntie the teacher the prin principal the kids are wiing out and putting their hands on the the the this um school officials so the assistant principal she got called to the um room about some situation so Felicia you said The Supremes that ears were good okay I'm maybe I'll watch that one first maybe I'll watch that one so she got called to the room she goes to said room um she said the uh student thre a chair at her she caught that student tried to dra Che at another another uh teacher she blocked she used the first year to block the second chair that the student was throwing student threw a third chair she managed to block that but when the when the student threw a wooden haer she wasn't quick enough it caught her in the right eye knocked out her eye socket and they're saying that she's probably most likely blind out of her right eye either it listen if I was a teacher the only way I would remotely think about staying in the profession is you going to have a security guard or maybe two in every room that I walk in to teach security is gonna walk me to the bathroom security gonna walk me to my car and I don't want just any security I want armed security because the students are out of control all I want to do is teach and this student gets violent and now I'm lying sad very sad then we got Wells Fargo you know first Wells Fargo they did Wendy Williams dirty and now they do their own employees dirty I do have a Wells Fargo account I need to really reconsider and think about this thing maybe I need to go to Chase or something I'm so used to I'm a very I'm a creature habit but I got to break myself out of that for my own good yeah Wells Fargo how does an employee die in the building the employee is dead there for 4 days the other employees said they smell something but they daughter was bad Plumbing even if it was bad Plumbing isn't there somebody you report that to to say hey it's stink in here y'all need to look into this when they found her she was dead for four days they talking about we think we need to change our policy you think yeah you need to change it and so that means y'all wasn't cleaning the building security wasn't really secure enough in it walking around to make sure everything was good how does one lay in the building dead for four days and nobody knows but what is also sad is that her family wasn't even checking for her we got to check in with our loved ones and now you got a easy check in you don't even have to physically call anybody you could just send them a text you good you still alive is everything okay do a checkin four days and nobody knew and she's gone yeah come on Felicia we able to cleaners they wasn't cleaning that building and then they want to say well you know they got a remote situation they got got a hybrid situation because ever since Co a lot of these companies went hybrid some days in the bilding some days out or more days out than in and they cut back on a lot of stuff so the cut back cost some big time an employee was theread for four days and nobody knew don't security just roam every floor just to make sure nothing suspicious is going on but we going to talk about it then what we going to talk about two is this is very sad also there's a basketball star at a university you know this world in the sports you know the rules apply to everybody unless you were in the entertainment industry and you could perhaps be making people other people a lot of money so this basketball store at the University I'mma take it was a girlfriend even though they said this girl was under AG I don't know if it's the girl what whoever there's a girl that was under age that the Basketball Star she ain't want her to leave or whatever the case may be so she snatches her up chokes her up the girl's trying to get away so then the girl they in the hallway she pulls the fire alarm catch that come on now if you in a public place and somebody a trying to do until you get you and you see the the little fire alarm pull that so holler at that girl she saw that fire alarm and she said this is my safety net she pulled the fire alarm the the the everybody comes police the dul the this the that the whomever they all come and she tolds them what happened they arrest the Basketball Star but then she gets out out of jail and she don't have to put up no money to get out but then in addition to that they say she can still travel with the team play ball and do everything else I had to listen to that like two times I said wait what just [Music] happened so you snatch somebody up against their will this person pulls the fire alarm you get arrested and because you the star of the team they let you out and said you can you still free to travel and live life as normal and her lawyer said he's confident that all when all the details come out everybody GNA understand that this was a big misunderstanding a big misunderstanding you know when it comes to the star player these universities they sweep a lot under the rug yes they do you want to get away with something be know know your sports you you the soccer player you the top soccer player you the top basketball player the football player you could do the most and not only will it get covered up but the school is going to help you cover it up do you see why when some of these people go professional why they are out of control out of pocket and out of line cuz way down when they was doing peeee basketball and and soccer whatever else the coach loved them let them get away with the most and that's all they know somebody gonna fix it for me messy but listen cuz I'm trying to it's my movie night y'all I'm going to see me a movie tonight so I got to bring the people on in the building I'm glad yall spending a moment in time of your labor day with the diva I appreciate y'all but y'all know what y'all need come on um Felicia that's what it's called I love when y'all give me the words unchecked behavior when that bad behavior goes unchecked it's messy Paul I appreciate you thank you and unchecked behavior but I need to bring the people going in the building thank you Tay Tay I need a what I need a choo H aboard everybody it is Monday night trending topics and it happens to be Labor Day okay and the title is this is sad we got assistant principal now she's blinding one eye cause a unruly Untamed student we got Wells Fargo where they allow an employee to just be dead for four days 4 days and they talking about I I think we going to change our policy you think and we got the Basketball Star let me go ahead and bring these people in in the building hold on one second hey Savannah hey Diva love here thank you thank you hey Felicia hello everybody happy Monday happy Labor Day chw chw chw ch ch Cho hey Tay Tay hello everybody oh diva you rub that hair girl go ahead thank you I appreciate y'all so let's go ahead and get right into these stories we going to start with the assistant principal because something needs to be done at these schools and every time I hear about some unruly school or something like that I think about and it was based on a true story y'all got to help me remember this our movie name uh I want to say um it wasn't lean on me uh Morgan Freeman played the principal and it was based on a true story and he used to lock the school up he did the most right but he straightened that school out see that was lean on me oh it was lean on me I appreciate you thank you they need to get some Lean on Me principles up in these schools because this is not right hold on let me share this screen let me see where we at this is the assistant principal look at her eye look at her eye let's listen on Thursday August 15th during lunch I heard our behavioral teacher call on the radio to administrators for assistance when I arrived the teacher and students were outside the classroom one student was holding his head having been having been assaulted by the student remaining in the classroom I entered where the student was still and found the room ransacked with overturned Furniture I knew I had to be as calm as possible and I spoke lowly and slowly so as not to enrage him any further he picked up a chair and acted as if he would throw it he finally did throw it at me but I caught it midair he picked up another chair to throw at me when another assistant principal entered the room I used the first chair to block the second he picked up a third and threw it at the other assistant principal and I used that initial chair to block the one that he threw at her after blocking the chair thrown at the other assistant principal he threw a wooden hanger at me but I couldn't stop it fast enough The Hanger hit me in my right eye and knocked it out of the socket I grabbed my face while blood was pouring out of my head and stumbled out of the classroom door nurse and 911 were called I asked for my cell phone to call my husband to come come get me not realizing the extent of the damage when paramedics AR they determine I would need to be airlifted to Parkland Medical Center in Dallas I underwent surgery as as soon as possible and doctors were able to reinsert my eye however they determined I had been blinded and currently believe that my damage um is permanent I will have to have an additional surgery to repair my eyelid because doctors are believing um oh I'm so sorry um under what surgery as soon as possible and doctors were able to reinsert my eye however they determined that I've been blinded and they currently believe that my damage is permanent I will have to have an additional surgery to repair my eyelid and because um doctors are believing my blindness to be perect to be permanent removing my eye may have to be an option removing her eye may have to be an option so assistant principal blinding in one eye after being attacked by a student with a wooden hanger The Hanger hit me in my right eye and knocked it out of his so socket conjr Rogers recall of the August 15th attack an assisted principal in Texas could lose her eyesight in one eye after being attacked by a student on Tuesday August 27th colins Intermediate School assistant principal KRA um or is it Sandra or condra maybe to see maybe Sandra um Rogers spoke to reporters after she was taken to a hospital with severely injured eye following the August 15th lunchtime attack for video shared by Outlets including NBC I'm not going to show that video while speaking to the reporters Rogers recorded has she walked into the classroom with the student in question that the behavioral teacher called for assistance on the radio that day for the news Roger said one student who apparently been assaulted by the class member was outside the classroom with the teacher and other students were um was holding his head I enter where the student was still iate and found the room Ram sacked with overturned Furniture I knew I had to be as calm as possible and I spoke loud lowly and slowly the assister principal said adding he finally did throw throw it at me but I caught it me air he picked up another chair to throw at me when another assistant principal entered the room I used the first chair to block the second he picked up a third and threw it at the other sister principal and I used that initial chair to block the one that he threw at her Rogers allege the student didn't threw a wooden hanger at Rogers she said adding that she couldn't stop it fast enough The Hanger hit me in the right eye and knocked it out of the socket Rogers recall for the outlet I grabbed my face while blood was pouring out of of my head and stumbled out of the classroom door Roger is explaining how she was airlifted to Parkland Medical Center in Dallas and underw surgery as soon as possible doctors were able to reinsert my eye however they determined I've been blinded and currently believe my eye damage is permanent she said Roger explaining how she will have an additional surgery to repair my eyelid adding that removing her eye may have to be an option her her um Independent School District the student has been restricted to a specific location and cannot be on campus the matter has been referred to the district's Attorney office in the juvenile probation department CISD anticipates the DA office will take a disal STS to address the student's action through the juvenile court system the release added confirming is not um known yet when Rogers will return to work the school district's intent to protect its staff and students and it will cooperate with local law enforcement authorities and the District Attorney's office to the fullest extent possible on in this matter the release continue our Focus relays on Miss Rogers her family and our students and staff at Collin superintendent Stephanie how said put a release this incident affects our whole District as well we want our teachers and staff to feel safe at work just as we want our students to feel safe in school see ISD stated that several factors prevent them from the DA's and the DA's office from providing details to the public most notably private privacy rights of the victim privacy rights of the Juvenile and the ongoing investigation we are not going to shy away from being open to the public but we are going to follow the law first how added for her release the Navaro um County District Attorney's office and CISD did not immediately respond when contacted by people this is so sad Savannah your thoughts I agree that the title is so fitting today Diva um because there are failures of accountability at multiple levels across this story here um kids nowadays don't recognize respect or even regard any adult in a position of authority whether it's at home school law enforcement evening in in the lunchroom um and there was several key points that I took from this story so the child is 11 years old and already in behavioral classes um and when the because the behavioral teacher was the one who um called the assistant principal in so obviously this child had a history of um unable to control his behavior and his temper and you can't restrain kids nowadays you really physically can't hold them because then you will be you know they they're could be you could be looked at on charges as well um but here in Virginia if you recall um one or two years ago that six-year-old that um brought the the mother's object to the school and yes and did that and that case is still ongoing the mother um did uh receive uh 24 months of uh jail time and the um people in Authority at the school such as the assistant principal um is also looking at charges because the school knew that this child had some behavioral issues that were not addressed and they uh the the county also didn't offer uh resources or um additional assistance to the family when they did the family also turned down um some of the the help that they were uh offered before this incident happened so I I I think that the her being an assistant principal I believe she was familiar with this student in his outburst and it's unfortunate she is is guard for life um she she may be disabled for life and this is all because you you you went to work so uh this is a huge lawsuit and possibly some jail time for um either school officials or the parents but I do believe the parents have a large um a large uh piece of of accountability here with this story I appreciate you Katrina you're up um I'm with Savannah on all parts um this what happens when you take disciplinary actions out of school and the teachers have no grounds to stand on cuz like Savannah said if they even paddle or do anything to a child they have lost all the credentials and lost their job but I don't we know our fact Checker going to come up which is uh ficia I'm quite sure she going to look at the school stats and whatsoever going to let us know but what I don't understand is I thought most time these schools have like security guards Patrol people or something like that that's there and why wasn't they called I'm not saying that they did have somebody there and yes the principal come down there you know if I looked in the room and see a child in there um the chairs flipped and all that type of stuff I don't think I would have went in there not you know knowing this child history and the things that he has done and yes what is making this child so angry like what's going on in your home life that you're just angry inside like what's what's what's what's there what's there and it's sad because this child life is just beginning and now you got this on your record cuz you going down there to that juvenile center they're going to send you down there I don't know if they going to hold you or make the family pay a fine or whatsoever but he's definitely going to that juvenile center and there's another problem now you're going to be caught up in the system you know if I know but I think at the age of 17 it can have everything Asun off your record nothing goes on your record but still the laws are changing every day and this on your record like I said what is making this child so dis angry like dis angry because you already in a behavioral class so like pH said there's some you know you have done things before in order to be in that class but the root of the problem is why is this child so angry and so frustrated that he has to go to that limit to that length of doing something because obviously they don't respect adults because we respect adults there's no way you to hit I mean hit or did something to that principal or whoever that the person that you had outside the door it's sad it's ridiculous and like I said they took out the discipline they took out the prayers and these kids I I don't I don't get it these kids I mean I don't know how the future is going to go if they don't straighten up but a lot of it come from home a lot of it come from the streets because something is making this child angry and I'm not giving him no pass or anything like that but something is making this child angry and if they knew this child was going through this uh why didn't they call um Family Services for on the parents and get them in trouble like so to say it because they know that her child is this way cuz I'm quite sure this child just not acting like this in school imagine what he's doing at home but I pray for him I hope he gets the help that he needs I pray for the principal I hope she don't lose her eyesight which she think that she is and that's a tragedy all of itself anyway but hopefully they come through a resolution and seeing what making this child this angry that's all I got Diva thank you Tay T your up [Music] sorry about that Diva um just let you know it probably he get from home because you know how probably the dad or the mom uh probably left his life that's probably where the anger came from or the mom and the dad probably one of them probably Bing him and then where's the ti where's the tire V of where's the village air that's why I want to know where is the village ha because this Char here it got to much anger too much rage too much everything in there I said I blame the mom and the dad because y'all the one bring this child to the world and y'all ain't do nothing right there at all now I feel bad for this principal right here cuz she got hit by a chair by this 11 years old kid this is this is the sad world we live in right there Diva it really is I just I just this child right here he going to need some therapy and some an uh anger MH with by this right here cuz this is I just don't understand these kids these days it used to be you had to respect your elders it be yes ma or no ma yes like how you used to way back when was kids but now they like oh I'll do whatever I want to and I don't have to listen to my parents at all I do it for me that's all diva thank you Tay Tay um Felicia you're Rob well happy labor day everybody Diva I'm love I'm loving a new look no you thank you so thank you co- counsel yes I did some research While others were speaking and if I could slow down a moment this is again when I talk about when you're looking at schools programs for your child what you look for in data and I know it's not all the time but whenever these kind of horrific stories come up and I I know what God can do and he can heal her eye it can be well and that's what that's what I'm praying on here but when Diva does these stories we have a really bad situation that went on in the school and I do believe and I stand on what I say that all children ought to be protected and I do not blame children for their learning or their behavior so based on this data this looks like it's primarily a middle school however there's 43 almost 4,400 children in this school uh I'm sorry there's 865 children in this school and of 865 45% are on math level so we divide that by two we have 432 children who are performing at best on grade level in math and then we have 29% who are performing on or at level in Reading when you have a culture in the school where every child is not performing at their best and meeting the basic threshold of Education this is usually the downside of what you're going to get a lot of Behavioral problem s particularly with 8864 students you only have two counselors and with 864 students much to my shock there's a 69 teachers so it means the teachers are overworked large classroom sizes however they it says that they're all 100% certified teachers uh when it comes to overall ranking in the state of Texas this school Falls below the 50% margin so overall they're failing so now I clicked on this button for school safety reports so it did call up a form but it did not give me the data on what things may have been reported in the past and in fact they were a little vague about it it may be they just took it down since this happened but I would uh the principal I pray for her full healing and her full recovery and that God has already fixed what someone has broken thank you Diva I'm done I appreciate you I want to say this about this situation um you know it's easy to say stuff in hindsight I feel like the assistant principal um she has dealt with many incidents um with this particular student in the past I'm just getting that feeling because um I would have been out at that the second chair was um thrown at best if not the first right um I would have um told others not to even come in the room um because he was already agitated and I think the more people that came in the room the more agitated he got and let's be clear I'm not giving this child any excuses um the hard part is you you you're CAU between what they like to say a rock in a hard place if she would have called 911 there could have been a chance that perhaps cuz we we have seen the way these situations have been handled in the past it could have been a situation where perhaps this kid was no longer going to be here if 911 was called because they definitely wouldn't have stood for all the chair throwing the hanger throwing and all of that I don't know if it would have been possible um because when she went in the room she said already a whole bunch of furniture in the room was already turned upside down and another child had got hurt so you're dealing with so many Dynamics in the situation with this kid I do wonder is security at this school but I also wonder not just if security is at the school but um if security is at the school would they have been trained to handle such situation I don't think it's sad that the assistant principal had to go and try to um handle this but in a lot of ways I commend her because when um the teacher called for help she went she she wasn't a des principal um you know she went down there to help um this is sad different procedures and policies need to be put in place because we're seeing often that they have behavioral classes but they don't seem to have the behavioral resources to deal with these students that have these behavioral issues we got the kid that um the uh I'mma call her The Substitute Teacher so to speak um took away his Game Boy whatever little thing that kid is doing time right now I think he got something like maybe eight years or something like that um I did the update on him the other day um the six-year-old was um like Savannah I think started off saying still don't know the fate of that child yet well we do know his mother did TI right hold on one second guys my um um you know so we do know that his his his mother um did time she got sentences two years so it's like I can't have a behavioral class knowing that these students have behavioral problems hence the name of the class right um and then don't have the proper resources to deal with or a plan to deal with what happens when this Behavior the reason why this child is in here what happens when that arises how do we handle it my prayers definitely go out to this assistant principal um she was even very poised and calm in her News Press Conference cuz I think tears would have been rolling down my face the whole time um ear lifted to a hospital hold on one second I'mma have to turn off my hey Google um so it's just it's it's devastating it's it's it's so sad and like Felicia said I'm praying for full recovery of her eye I'm praying that she doesn't have to lose her eye and I'm praying that she will be able to see out of that eye again um this is so so sad I don't know the answer to it but I will say at the very least they need more parameters more plans around these classrooms where they have behavioral students in it um they need a security guard there at all times my opinion and in addition to that they need a plan on how do I diffuse said person when their behavior arises all right pray for the child too because that child is going through something that we don't know and maybe prayer or something like that maybe that could help him while no prayers Works maybe that will help him too I I hear you I can pray for the yes go ahead ahead I'm sorry oh I apologize um I wanted to add it um you know supporting what you're saying there is a um the safe School act which is the securing uh aid for every schools and student act uh they have acquired a 900 million uh dollar Grant um and they're establishing a program uh this took effect over or this this started building over six years ago and when we continue to have these incidents like youal and um the the other one out in uh Florida uh Parkland uh that's why this was formed um but the National Police Association is now on board with the safe School act where they're going to be bringing in um retired military and um law enforcement as uh rsos into uh private and public schools uh but the Outreach is not now the the program has expanded where it's not just um as an extra barrier to prevent incidents like youal um it is now going to they're looking at training where they're dealing with uh behavioral uh children and in some cases parents as well so um look up the uh safe School act and you'll see that this might how we knew school is not going to be the same it it it isn't it's unfortunate but it isn't well well you know what unfortunately though Savannah it it it no longer can be the same right because the way children are now is not the way it was when we're we growing up and then a lot of them are exposed to so much violence and everything 247 and when I say 247 because of these cell phones because of social media so there is exposed to way more than we have ever been exposed to in our life growing up I'm talking about anybody that's probably my age bracket right um or even higher like we wasn't exposed to all of this like well I I didn't grow up watching the news right and so and then I also didn't grow up there was certain shows I just could not watch and then I also did not grow up with cable in my house for my entire upbringing it was a part of my upbringing where we had cable but most of my life we did not have cable TV and so even when I was outside in the world exposed to my friend friends is not like they had many devices in their hands where they can show me in real time the stuff that I wasn't seeing in my home understand so now if you even if you are a parent that is diligent and you're not exposing your child to that within your home VOA when they get outside they don't just have a person that can tell them about said things they have a person that can do a showand tell cuz they got a in their hand oh your mother don't let you watch that let me show you oh your daddy don't w't let you see that well come look at that on my phone and they got the Lunch Period they got the playground period they got all of this time to expose your children to set things so you have to work extra hard right and it's still a whole lot in them so even when they go outside in the world and they're exposed to these things they already know why you don't believe in them why you think is wrong and why you think think they should follow a certain path and not fall down XYZ path it is dangerous now so yes we do need a different movement than when I was growing up going to school maybe you do need security at the door when they coming in a security guard at every classroom and you got to teach these kids how to not shelter them themselves for maybe the boogeyman that may come from the outside to get them but maybe the boogeyman that sent right in the classroom with them another child got hurt so it wasn't just the teacher not a teacher or a child should have got hurt another child got hurt and this is sad so um I'm going to go ahead and move on to our next story and I think the next story that I'm going to go ahead and do is I will do the one at Wells Fargo you know this Wells Fargo saying is just so sad and so crazy how are you like four days and and but there was a telling thing because there were many employees that didn't want to be didn't want to didn't want their voice recorded didn't really want to speak but it was a lot of alluding to that outside of this woman dying and nobody realizing it for four days they got some other problems going on there in Wells Fargo let's take a listen a Wells Fargo employee went to work the morning of Friday August 16th and never went home Tempe Police tell 12 News 60-year-old Denise prudom scanned into work at 7:00 in the morning 4 days later police responded to the office building near Washington Street and Priest Drive for reports of a subject down prudon was declared dead the Tempe Police criminal investigation Bureau is investigating but do not suspect Foul Play a Wells Fargo employee exclusively spoke with 12 news but asked not to be recorded or identified out of fear for their job they say a colleague found prudom dead at her desk in a cubicle while walking around the building on Tuesday August 20th prom's cubicle was reportedly on the third floor and away from the main aisle this employee says several people had smelled a foul odor but passed it off as faulty Plumbing they say while most Wells Fargo employees at this Tempe location work remote the building has 247 security and someone should have found prudom sooner the incident left several employees feeling scared and uneasy this employee wants to see new safety protocols in place telling me quote it's negligence in some part a different worker also spoke with 12 News anonymously was just uncomfortable again calling on the company to do more body was there about four days before anybody found it before anybody walked up to her and just to say hi make sure she's okay she was just laying on her desk a Wells Fargo spokesperson previously sent 12 News a statement saying in part we are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of our colleague at our Tempe office adding counselors through our employee assistance Consulting service are available to support employees and an employee tells me their direct management offered those Services addressed the incident and told workers the building was thoroughly cleaned thanks for watching stay upd you thoroughly cleaned the building but y didn't know this woman was dead like you you got to make that make sense to me I I I don't I don't see how that is even so um that's really the gist of the story but hold on one second so Wells Fargo employee found dead in her cubicle four days after she clocked in for work Denise was 60 was found dead on August 20th after arriving for work 4 days earlier in Tempe Al Arizona a well SP employee in Arizona was found dead in her cubicle four days after she clocked into work on Friday August 16th around 7:00 a.m. local time Denise 60 arrived at the company's office near price um um Priest Drive in Washington Street in Tempe Police said in a statement obtained by people we can confirm Denise was at well was a Wells Far pu Denise last scanned into the building on Friday August 16 at approximately 7: a.m. and there is no further scan in or out Tempi police added Denise's body was discovered on at a third floor desk in office by an on-site Security on Tuesday August 20th the preliminary um in um investigation did not show any obvious signs of Foul Play police said we have no further information at this time as this is an ongoing investigation of course the death will be determined by the County's medical examiner office police have responded to the location after receiving reports about a subject down according to the Arizona's family the outlet stated authorities said there was no obvious signs of Foul Play Wells fargle told people in the statement that the company was deeply sad by the loss of our colleague our thoughts are with the family and loved ones and we are in contact and to ensure they will are well supported during this difficult time their statement added we are committed to the safety and wellness of our workplace and are reviewing our own internal procedures after this invent the company concluded counselors are available to support any employees impacted by this invent Wells Fargo told USA Today that the company spoke to Denise family before addressing employees about her death noting that Denise had been um had been sit in a very unpopulated area of the office the um medical examiner's office will now determine a cause of death per Arizona family and that's just a publication according to MBC affiliate an unnamed employee said that several people had smelled a foul order but passed it off as faulty Plumbing the publication added that the building has 247 security but most employees at Tempe location work remotely um this is absolute disgrace I feel like there's no excuse your thoughts sorry daa fighting with the mute uh this was one of their corporate locations in Arizona and we all know how hot excuse me the weather is there so this has um you know I I I also work hybrid and um if I don't do my time sheet and I'm a salary employee but they still ding me um at at least 24 every 24 hours if I don't do my time sheet so this is a failure on uh HR because if she scanned in that means she had a badge or a fob and front desk also is supposed to report who is in and out of the building this is this isn't just a Satur this is cor corate so in corporate there's actual extra measures of security and and protocols that one has to practice when they're in entering and exiting a building so uh I don't you know her being in a in a isolated location of the of the building that's actually not a a factor in the story someone went by there at some time where no one uh sent her an email she didn't reply I mean this is of failure all across the board and I I really the sad thing is that they found her on the 20th and people still reported to work on the 21st like they just there really isn't any um measures of uh or or what they're going to do to make these these uh to change how they check on their employees or um this is so Wells Fargo another failure on them they just can't clean up their reputation for it it is just constantly being stained with with disregards for not only their employees but their customers as well so this is a failure on Wells Fargo from the top to the bottom because corporate office so there's a C Level Personnel sweet level personnel there um that and that that's oh my my heart breaks for for the family yeah I agree with you um Katrina your thoughts are y'all surprised that this happened at Well Fargo Well Fargo only carry about the bottom line which is money look how they did Wendy Williams and took all her money and for them that lady to be there for four days like San and me Felicia talked about earlier like we know she's in an isolated area but your cleaning crew didn't see her nobody walked past her and see that she had on the same clothes nobody looked at at her time she's seeing why she didn't clock out for lunch even though I know she this happened Friday and it was over the weekend but y'all found her Tuesday so Monday was there nobody looked at her time and see why she didn't clock out for lunch clock out go home or do anything this is totally totally ridiculous and then y'all thought it because what well far go don't have good Plumbing so y'all were used to that smell y'all used to that SM how y'all even working in that building I know people got to work and we understand that but how y'all working in that building and if that building smells like this all the time and uh uh a dead person smells way different than Plumbing they got a told they have two different scents but the thing of it is it's sad because it's well Faro well Faro was worried about taking um black people money giving us High interest rates on their home loans they was making up false um um people that seemed like they had service in the bank they was making up uh the the workers was putting out fent um people or using people identity to open up accounts so it looked like they was uh they would have a lot of people at their bank and they had like a a common um enrollment fee which is a lie because I got a lawsuit from that from that and from the insurance company for charging us those High rates and another thing it's sad it's Well Fargo that's what you got to look at it's Well Fargo and like Savannah and like I said me and said earlier nobody checked on her what was her family they saying they want they want to tell the family something different but the family didn't say well last thing we knew she was at work like where is she now so I don't understand why the family wasn't into it as much as more or cuz we thought for sure that you know her she didn't have a family member or anything around because if my mom or somebody wife missing for 4 days I'm going to the police station especially if that's not her Norm I'm going to figure out what happened to her this was the last place she went go check in the um buildings and do that and like I said y'all got 247 security he didn't do a walk through to see was everything okay they didn't have her trash they didn't do none of this it's a lot but prayers to the family and really and truly I hope they sue will as far go but we don't know if they'll have a lawsuit but I hope they will that's I got div got you thank you hey Leo you're in the building what are your thoughts on this story it's a lot good evening hey everybody um I feel so bad for this family and I think it goes all the way back to the corporation I agree with Savannah I don't understand how there's no clock out time like and if there's no clock out time why on Friday why wasn't this information given to her upline supervisor on Monday uh even if not Friday night Saturday I'm I'm just not quite sure of what the breakdown was but this particular company and Corporation is responsible in some shape inform form because nobody accounted for their employee even if it's a no call no show I think that that should have been accounted in it been documented in some form of account on on her employee file like somebody should have checked her death like I don't it just lets you know really how much these companies really care about you which is nothing but Leo it would call no show because see she was still clocked in okay but she never clocked out and so she still had to clock in on Monday to be accounted for as I mean there is no 72h hour shift correct no it's not 48 hour shft no it's not so you still gotta clock in on Monday and when did let me go back did I click out of it already cuz I'm trying to remember what date they said um so they said she clocked um she what date did she clock in again um that was on a Thursday it wasn't I didn't think it was a Friday Okay so Thursday no I'm following you so that's why I'm saying like is they they're not making sense and then even if she never clocked out nobody is reaching out there're like hey do you have this we're missing this what's going on right it's a whole it's a whole breakdown I work in finance like we question all the things when it comes to payroll you miss your clock in from break I have to go and talk to someone that missed their clock in for a break on a day that they clocked out on right so I don't like is it it is a corporate breakdown who whoever whomever it's a whole corporate breakdown they they they fudged their clock out they FL they they they they fuss or clock in whoever somebody did something and nobody was taking account of their employee and that is very sad I don't care what part of the building she was in was not security had wased it you got a whole payroll that has to get paid by human beings that need to be in so it's messed up but let me just give a more idea here the 16th was a Friday so she clocked in that Friday never clocked out they found her four days later they found her on the 20th so not even that Monday they found her on the 20th so the whole weekend she was in that building rotten yes and stinking and stinking and sing so the people was complaining of the stench not that the security walked up on the stench cuz they was investigating no no no no no people was complaining and then they found her and and and I don't know she's a person of no account that's what we say about the family member in in my Staffing days family members don't come and check on what's going on with their person and something has happened to them we call them a person of no account but even if she was she was accountable to that company that she worked for that she was getting paid by how are you getting paid for hours that you weren't there and if somebody clocked you out then I don't understand you know did somebody this documentation did you call like HR do all these things did you call did you do this did you get a response what message did you leave did they call back what time did you call like it all that all of that should be documented it's un is unbelievable that a woman have lost her life and for four days at not at home at her job y'all her job she was not found it doesn't make sense and they said got 24 hour security 247 security it doesn't make sense um Tay you're up number one I would never work a place over there with smell like you know what over there and too that part make me sick in my stomach I like open the window please cuz I'm sure it's smell like fun funer over there because a body is over there I don't know Diva I'm thinking they probably keep it Hush Hush you know just like they did with that guy who used to work at the plane you know that whistle blower guy that's why that's why I was thinking at first they probably put something in her cup make her like keep it Hush Hush that's why I was thinking at first Diva I I just don't understand so she been there the whole day and nobody check on her so I'm getting that security a big fat elf for there because one it's your job to make sure everything is good and two you was checking the cameras there too and three you make sure somebody um look up that that's how he is right there for security I just don't understand why security did not like uh check around stuff probably keep him in Hush Hush too don't say nothing that's all diva I appreciate it thank you Tay Tay Felicia you're Ro okay so this is just a very sorrowful and horrific way to have your life and mhm you're at work and you're in a cubicle I gather they were pretty high cubicles and people now hybrid remote work it's not like it used to be prior to uh the covid pandemic so you don't really know who's in you don't really know who's out and things like that so she clocked in the work and a whole lot didn't happen m over four and a half days so yes the place she passed was at work and we would hope that someone would check on us but if I may I'd like to share a little bit of History I know most people in this chat know what the history of 911 but I'd like to talk about two days after 911 so two days after 911 which was a Thursday they reopened up the city of New York and that meant they opened up all the bridges of which we have a few and the train and the bus and they said okay we're going to try to get back to working as normal so I go to work and where I worked that was a very tall building and I was on the 45th floor and on that floor you might have about maybe 50 people per floor if I'm if I'm being accurate maybe a little more but I would say about 50 per floor and at about a little bit after 10: in the morning uh one of my co-workers comes past my desk her name is Carol Carol says um Phil get your bag and follow me now I I didn't ask why I didn't say how come I didn't ask where we going this is two days after 9911 so I grab my bag and on my way to the elevator bank I told a couple of the people that I supported get your wallet get your bag we got to go but I never stopped folks I kept it moving uh as you know when there's an emergency and elevator will immediately go back to the ground floor so you got to try to get that elevator or else you're going to take the steps down so I get on the elevator I meet some of my co-workers downstairs and I refuse to be run home twice in one week I went up town to the Hudson Hotel and I had a Caesar salad in a cosmo and I was watching everything on the big screen TV however many of my co-workers and I'm not I don't know anybody in this chat I'm I'm I'm I'm just going to share this experience many of my co-workers who never said good morning to nobody never said good night wouldn't say hey Tay how you doing today or Diva how's your son the ones who would come in and put their bag down or their briefcase down or lock themselves in the office and not communicate not socialize ain't nobody stop on their door nobody went to go get them out the bathroom and say hey there's a major bomb scare in this city and we got to get out of here so by the time they learned about it it was via an email explaining why the bomb dogs were there and when that happened because I wasn't there then I was told it was pure Chaos on that stairwell I cannot tell you how many people got hurt on that stairwell that didn't come back to work until after the New Year I can't tell you how many people didn't come back but it was quite a few so this message is for those who don't say good morning who don't say good night who don't say to Diva on the way out girl have a good weekend even if Diva ain't talking to you so much you go say hey Diva have a good weekend because then maybe somebody will know you not feeling too good in that cubicle maybe will know that you still here and you was getting ready to go for the day and you saw Diva sitting at the thing said girl what's happening and would pick up the phone on your behalf I learned that lesson almost 25 years ago say good morning say good afternoon how listen I know you may not like your boss you may not like your manager you may not like so and so but for God's sake greet somebody come on so somebody know when they didn't see you leave speak when they didn't see you come in when they didn't have a good weekend like we all just had long weekend yes I'm going to probably be D to Des tomorrow okay what y'all did y'all went to the cookout it it's just minimum socializing come on so that in the event you're in your cubicle you're not feeling so good somebody can come over and say hey and they see you and they pick up the phone on your behalf don't let this be your story I'm really I'm I'm sicken by it but I learned this lesson a long time ago so all those folks who was just speaking I come to work do my job I don't have to say this and there when they found out what was happening most of us was already gone and it wasn't with intent is who are people thinking about come on on the way to the El VOR on the way down the stairs that's who are you thinking about hold on I know so and so went to the bathroom let me door go come on she go to the bathroom every morning at this time go get her grab her bag and of course you you come in the bathroom and I say look Diva get your a off that toilet we got to go right now what you mean be quiet I got your bag let's go it you got to know that your co-workers matter when it comes to maybe saving your life come on now so if you're the kind of person that goes in and don't kind of say good morning or you don't want to say or you let somebody know that you're there and let somebody hear you say you care that they're there I don't think this woman was cared for I don't think she socialized I don't think I think she was totally isolated that she went a whole weekend and no neighbor called about her no sibling called about her no kid called about her nobody even knew she was missing come on Talk Felicia talk it's bringing tears to my eyes nobody knows you missing I'm done I appreciate you we so y this is sad but you spoke a word Felicia and I'm glad you was able to get it out my father he speaks to one of his friends every single morning my dad lives in the city so she called us one morning and was like your dad is not picking up the phone say I always speak to him around this time and she said before I called y'all I tried three times it's not picking up the phone lucky for us he has a a door man right and and and there was other things in place and we was able to you know get to them and and everything else I told my mother I said either call respond we got a family group text I told my mother I try to get every night let me let's speak at 8:00 but you know my mother she do her own thing but it's to what Felicia is saying it's the beauty of knowing that this person is consistent because when you call the cops when the person is an adult they're going to tell you off the back I think it's either 24 or 48 hours they got to wait you're not going to call and just say d was missing and they going to go look for me right away they do not do that but however if you have something consistent with that person and you can say to the cops like listen every night at 8 o' we always speak and this person is not picking up the phone and I kept calling and calling and calling they will move quicker cuz you have a consistent pattern ficia is correct if nobody even knows that you come and go they don't know when you come they don't know when you go they wouldn't have never known you was there and you sit in an isolated area speak to the people and remember it's work whether they like you or not say good morning say good night because in their mind they're going to know there's some consistent they're gonna be like wait a minute Diva didn't say good night tonight I wonder did she leave is she okay and maybe somebody's going to walk over there and see about you we don't exist in the world alone because we all need each other and I always tell you over here one person learns one thing from the stories that we talk about and from the things that the panel decides to share then I'm grateful we educated one but I know it was difficult cuz this is sad but you spoke a word Felicia the people got to know about you got to build some consistency and some habits with your family members so you know that wait a minute so and so didn't didn't send me didn't resp didn't hold on let me see what's going on with them so um condolences may she rest in peace and condolences to her family it's very sad hey e welcome in the building um I don't know if you heard this story if you want to say anything I'm G move right into the next story did you hear did you want to add anything no I thought I was coming backstage we pulled a switcher Ro today let's go into the next story okay all right so we're gonna go ahead and go into this last story you know it's something about this world in sports it's like if you you in it entertainment field um you're in the sports world it's like you can almost get away literally with unal living somebody and they're going to try to find some way to get you out of it because they don't want their money maker to suffer this is a university let me share a screen and we're going to get into this story just let me make sure I pull it up at the right spot everybody hold on one second um um I hope I didn't click out of it I think this is it let me share yes this is it wom's basketball star Ashley Watkins is free on bond after being charged with assault in and kidnapping she was arrested following an incident at a housing complex on campus on Lincoln Street our Cassidy buyer has the latest Ashlin Watkins is known as one of the stars of USC's national championship basketball team she's a Colombian native and was an All-American at Cardinal Newman high school but earlier Saturday morning she was arrested on a charge of first-degree assault and kidnapping for what police say happened at 6 50 Lincoln Street a USC student housing center on campus according to a warrant from USC campus police they along with firefighters responded to a fire alarm there the warrant States the alarm was pulled by the victim attempting to flee from wkins prior to pulling the alarm the warrant claims Watkins forcefully grabbed the victim's face pulled her by her arms pushed her picked her up against her will and carried her away the warrant States the incident was captured on video surveillance the victim's injuries were described as non-life-threatening Watkins was then transported to the Alvin Glenn Detention Center Saturday afternoon news9 attended Watkins bond hearing where no cameras were allowed in court prosecutors said both Watkins and the victim who was referred to as a minor knew each other Watkins attorney Todd Rutherford says they're asking for the Public's patience at this time we believe that once everybody has a a full grasp of what happened that this will end up being a misunderstanding what we know for certain is that Ashlin did not assault anyone and she certainly did not kidnap anyone the judge granted Watkins a $30,000 PR bond which means she didn't have to pay to be released from jail as a condition of the bond she's not allowed to have contact or be within a thousand yards of the victim news9 has confirmed her next court appearance is set for October 25th Cy Byer news9 WLTX also a spokesperson for USC said that they are aware of the situation and are gathering more information what more information y'all need to gather though she she she allegedly put her hands on somebody I best while you gathering this information should should girlfriend still be allowed to uh play ball and travel with the team well according to the court she can so hold on one second so South Carolina basketball star ashon Watkins um arrested hold on let me just pause this arrested on assault and kidnapping charges um Watkins was released on a $30,000 bond after her arrest that's her right there University of South Carolina women's basketball star star star you hear this Ashlen wkins um was arrested on assault and kidnapping charges on Saturday August 31st Watkins was arrested in Columbia South Carolina following a warant filed by the University of South Carolina Police Department and attained by people stating that Watkins allegedly assaulted the victim by forcely grabbing her face pulling her arms and pushing the woman including claims that Watkins picked up the victim against her will and grabbed the victim's head and forced her to walk down the hall thus controlling her movement while preventing her from leaving the victim was able to escape and pulled a fire alarm per the warrant local police and fire officials then arrived on the scene and the victim was treated for non lifethreatening injuries following her arrest Watkins was released on a $330,000 personal recognizance bond in order to have no direct or indirect contact with the victim her next court appearance is set for October 25th in the meantime Walkins will be able to travel with the team for out of state gains and practices people has contact South Carolina for Comic the school told local news station that they were aware of Watkins arrest and gathering information but has not yet issued a statement or said if Watkins will remain on the team well she on the team right now Watkins in South Carolina won the NCAA National Championship in March beating Caitlyn Clark and Iola Haw hot Keys Haw eyes I'm sorry 87 to 75 to cap off their undefeated season Watkins played 14 minutes in the win with three points one assist and five rebounds a junior Watkins is set u a junior Watkins is set to begin her third season with the Gamecocks after averaging 9.2 points and 7.4 rebounds per game last year the teams has their first game on November 10th against North Carolina State um state so course she's a started team she gets to do things and still play okay um Savannah your thoughts again D it seems like there is no um consistent method of Correction or even consequences when uh you make uh bad choices whether you're a uh 11year old child or a um or a adult basketball player star of a uh up and coming team uh and it seems like the school is more interested in national titles than um kicking this player off the team it seems like Ashley is going to um be facing some charges here I thought I heard about this but I didn't um I wasn't really P paying attention on to who the team was but I did hear something about this incident over the weekend um she will be facing in charges it's unfortunate that um the women the sport of of women's basketball is being um dissected and there's so many eyes on it right now and these uh young ladies who have this opportunity to to change um viewership and and um just fellowship and and how they are um can be up and rising stars in the WNBA uh continue to be rewarded um coveted and and when they make horrible choices on their career um so uh she's going to be facing some some charges here and it's it's up to the school uh to correct her behavior I I disagree with her continuously um playing or even going with the team I don't even think she should be uh part of the team or even um yeah don't not part of the the team at this point um because it's it's from what uh they're saying in in the South Carolina newspapers it's it's bigger than what's being reported so uh another another and this isn't the first incident between um of her um putting hands on someone else so and she's a a junior um with the option of she was looking at joining um going WNBA um as well so we will definitely uh this story is going to continue to play on I don't think it's going to go away anytime soon oh not her first time they got sillan footage so you saying it's bigger and her lawyer claiming like oh no big deal uh it's all going to be cleared up this is messy um Felicia your thoughts you know I'm disgusted and I'm going to say why I'm disgusted so F can get mad with me tonight you do what you want I know August is over but if I heard you correctly there's a very big possibility that this is a minor child that yes that's a fact okay that's a fact but they didn't say that this person is a student at this school correct because I don't think she is so I I I I would I would like for you to take a poll Diva when has anyone in this chat or on this panel pulled a fire alarm system because of a Min of misunderstanding oh shoot Come on talk to the people come on she gets away uhhuh she must be running down the hall or something yep y you go after her uhhuh you Palm her head control how she's walking and then you pick her up to take her to where to do what oh my God uhuh uhuh sounds to me like they have a sa on this team oh my gosh sounds to me like they have somebody who's an abuser on this team okay come on talk and they're more concerned as you and Savannah said about winning games about her scoring points and about her possibly going to the WNBA uh who was it earlier Felicia said uh unchecked Behavior this is what it looks like when you move from middle school to college unchecked Behavior come on now sadly I believe she would have a career in the WNBA because it seems like that's where they want to go with very aggressive women playing this sport I am sicken now I don't know about this other person I don't know if that person's parents knew they were there I I don't know what the backstory is right but just the idea and God bless her that she knew to pull that fire longarm sounds like she could be one of my grandkids huh yeah cuz you know what I say fall on the ground down 911 and now pull a fire alarm because everybody came meaning all of that got documented BS on some misunderstanding you now have to explain it so that's why she has to go to court not because the college itself said oh it came to our attention no you had the fire department police department College security everybody had to file a report and I believe you Savannah this wasn't her first go to the rodeo I'm done it wasn't you know what Felicia is reminded me of that guy from New York see when only the campus police is involved they can sweeping under the rug absolutely but she pulled that fire alarm and now the automatically automatically the the fire department everybody else was on the way outside of the campus um realm so to speak and they got the security footage good that they probably hiding right now well they probably want to try to hide it but they had the Fire Department fire department you traditionally across the board they don't get caught up in the politics of College admission and tuition and Superstars they document where they go and why they were there come on now God the glory that she knew pull the fire alarm system I'm done I appreciate you CU yeah this cuz because this ain't the first time this woman this that she got aggressive with her um Katrina you're up Katrina are you there yeah I'm here Diva okay um like you said Felicia and Savannah this probably wasn't her first time but since she's been getting away with everything she's doing she she knows there's no be there's not going to be any consequences because we know for a fact that when a child is good in sports they would do anything and everything to keep that child protected even if they grades ain't up to par they'll talk to a teacher and tell them give them this grade or whatsoever they would do that especially if that child is winning games for that school they're going to do everything to keep that child protected if that child get in trouble they'll give them in school suspension instead of sending them home on home suspension because in in school suspension they could still play so it's ridiculous and it's sad and if she's doing that to this person imagine what she's doing to her teammates that's probably not saying anything or other women that's on that campus it's sad and it's a a situation that they should have handled before now but of course they're going to always protect that that star player because they want that I want them to win those games so the school will look better so people would come and say oh she played here or whatsoever and the school would get a high rank because as many stars they push out that's the highest the school rank does they goes by that they look into that program to see how many people they send into the WNBA or to the NBA they go by the stats and that's sad that this person is doing all this and getting away with it because she's a star player on the team so what you need to do is go find another star player because this one probably gonna end up in the Clank Clank that's all I got Diva um hello so um Diva I have some questions my dear who was the coach was it Juan Dixon let let me find out Juan Dixon got a new coaching job allegedly um I'm just kidding but I I I think that the school and this is just my opinion I think they're holding out on which way they're going to go or making a statement because I I I heard you say they have not released a statement yet I know that um it was said that the first appearance uh in court because I know she's out on bond is October 25th and the first game is scheduled for November 10th come on so I believe they're waiting to see how this first thing goes at court to see if they're going to be able to to pull the Hocus Pocus uh or if they're going to have to do this the right way and you know from listening to the reports everything that I heard I believe and I it sounds like assault it sounds like kidnapping picking someone up lifting them up forcibly grabbing them carrying them to a undesired location against their will that is in fact uh kidnapping and I don't care what the school officials said when they say that the injuries were not life-threatening they're they're simply talking about the physicalities of it all not to mention the emotional and the mental wear and tear that that has on a person and not to mention there's a whole underlying element to this because I don't remember but the way that the story was written I was interpreting this to be a young lady who was the victim correct and so there's already an agenda here at play and we know that this is going on in South Carolina that girl need to keep her hands off of those other girls and when I think it was Savannah who made the statement about or maybe that was you Diva players getting away with doing the unthinkable sometimes and then my mind got to going and it reminded me of that incident I believe it took place last year with Kaiser gondik and Kevin Porter and that whole situation with you know the the abuse and you know he did it but the pr team went into overdrive to distort the the the testimony and the evidence and got the girl to go along with the false narrative and he came out looking you know as prisen as he possibly could and then this girl had to go out and find another boyfriend same thing with Kobe Bryant and his Arc case I never forgot about that woman who came out and said that Kobe are worded her and she refused to testify because she said she was receiving threats and without even hearing the case so many people chocked it up to the woman was lying and why would Kobe award anybody I mean I don't know you have to ask Kobe but what I do know is this isn't just happening in the pros uh this isn't just happening in college it's happening in high schools and middle schools so children are being conditioned to uh acknowledge or rank other students based upon their athletic contributions and you know it's about how many how many points they can put on the board give give a kid a ball put it in their hands and watch how easily the administration and student body fall into that person's pocket they're mini they're miniature celebrities and it's all about the numbers it's all about how many bodies you can put in the seat and how much revenue you can bring back towards the school and people are willing to overlook a lot of things when the bottom line is green and it's disgusting and I really feel that it's going to be incumbent upon that young lady the underage one and her parents to really kick up some dust and not let the school and the state of who ever this school can get into their pocket because make no mistake these colleges they do pull a lot of rank in in their intermediate cities those people who work there especially those ones with those jurist doctorates they have some connections they can kind of make some things go away if they rub the right person's head the right way I it's going to be incumbent upon that students I mean not the students because that person wasn't even a student it's incommon upon that girl's parents to not let this go away and to keep making noise and to make sure that there are consequences for this basketball player she should never go to the NBA you know what NBA sorry what you me she said you said a word there because see here's the thing here's the thing that's shaking me it's a minor so minor means that they're under 18 if if I'm not mistaken right they under 18 they're considering this person a minor so I did did I feel like they're moving they're moving lightly like it's not a big deal because I'm in my head saying there two females right so it's like if this was a male um player would would you have a little more concern it's a minor right so it's so many Dynamics playing in this thing but I also am connected what Savannah said this is not her first incident I'm connected what you said also in the sense that they got um tied because she did not have to the bond was $30,000 she a't have to give up a dime cuz it to where would a college student even if it's 10% get this money from she didn't give up a dime they just let her go they called it whatever they called it personal recognizance or whatever and they just set her free even though the bond was 30,000 go ahead I'm sorry no I'm sorry 10 seconds uh we this this girl is a basketball player so even though it's two girls you have to think about the stature of this this is an athlete this is someone with you would imagine considerably more height uh and more strength I don't care if it's female on female somebody was still taken some place against their will they were still uh forcibly it was still a violation I don't care what gender it was that that's that matters not oh no it doesn't matter not but I'm feeling like they taking it lightly yeah yeah I'm busting at them I feel like they Tak it lightly it's it's messy um Tay T you up keep your head and all [ __ ] to yourself one one and that was me uh everybody you better believe I will bite her I'll kick her where her D the most and you put your hand on me I applaud this girl that uh get the the far long right there to save her right there I would do the same thing too and shame on this football girl too I mean the basketball girl I mean she's tall I mean she's taller than the other girl too I mean she's what 63 something the uh basketball girl too uh uh she 6 fo three oh she is 6' three 178 PBS pure muscle Lord have mercy and grab hold on t t she grabbed her face then she kind of pushed her like you're walking this way they said she picked her up so so she yeah she picked her up you better believe you better believe I would have something protected me against that girl right there you better believe there I'll bite her I will scratch her I'll I'll hit her something else with something is like near me right there cuz you should know better you should have like a home training where your parents said do not put your hand on somebody you know what they said the bigger their hard is the heart is right there that's all diva I appreciate you yeah um this is terrible um Dustin you're up all right um um Wayne you're up oh Diva skip me on this because I came in on the tail end of it and I don't have a clue what's going on all right Leo you're up yes so um I'm pretty much in agreement [Music] uh um I thought it was Savannah um perhaps not but anyway I am in agreement no Felicia is the one said this as well I believe that this this this woman is is is an abuser right and she's been getting away with abusing for years Savannah and Felicia and so I'm just after listening to everybody's comments and everything that everybody said I'm definitely in agreement with she's an abuser but I am also in a place of this person is going to get out the the school has been liable for this person all this time because they've always known that she was violent and an abuser and have problems in relationships they've always know this this the the Community the school Community have always known and they see her as a dollar bill and it's all the other people all of us all the people in society that's gonna suffer from that because she is she walking around free she's been able to get away with this because she is an athlete that is profitable for this particular school she's been able to get away not just abusing women but young women underage women this is hard horrible this is travesty and people have been looking the other way because I understand e point but no one is saying e is not correct because she is absolutely correct but when we say it's a female on female relationship we are taking it seriously here on the panel but people in regular everyday life is what you were saying Diva they not taking it serious they not and maybe now some Spotlight has been put on this uh basketball player female basketball players Behavior maybe something will happen and maybe a spotlight is put on this person to save some other people because let's not act like abusive Behavior stops at one level right don't it move to other levels and the next level messing around with this chick people F ready to get hurt badly someone may be un alived she got anger issues no different than the child that was in that behavioral class and that's right and she has unlimited resources and people that's backing her to make money off of her so she's gonna be able to get away with a lot before someone is UN alive and I hate to be hyperbolic and to act like you know something else putting 20 on 10 but I'm just saying it don't come from nowhere that's all I'm saying it don't come from nowhere this is is an example of how things St like show themselves in the middle perhaps not even the start but the middle of her behavior and she's learning she can get away with it she's a preditor let me tell you how I know she getting away with a lot and I I'm only reminded of this because my son is in the college now at the dorms first of all every dorm they have what they call the da the death assistant and for you to even get in the dorm you got to have proper ID so no minor should have never been in the dorm to begin with this is a whole hot mess on a whole another level beyond belief now the only time of Miner should be up there let's just say your parents are coming to visit you and your little brother and sister may be with them or something like that but this minor was in the building I'm going to say with her so already they let the people slip up and they let this chick in cuz she couldn't have had ID that say she was of age and she been getting in and other people saw it Oh damn well that's a fact that's a fact that's a fact cuz allegedly this this um woman probably she um likes some young and where did she meet this young girl at and she's a junior so I can't even I I I'm you saying was she 17 year old student at the college it's a possibility but they didn't say in that article that it was a fellow student that's why I'm thinking it was not I'm thinking it was not she didn't say she attacked a fellow student they said minor and they could have said minor fellow student I don't think this person was a student I think it was her girlfriend and and then then you're talking I would I would give some slack if she was a freshman and I'm talking about the basketball player but she's about to be a junior or she is a junior and this girl is underage this is not good but I will also add this to the conversation that you know some P some parents you got to stay in your kids business especially if they're miners like where you going what you doing who's that who you hanging with go ahead um uhuh go ahead I'm sorry I didn't want to interrupt no no you're fine you're fine um you know what just came to me because remember I said I hope that the parents don't let this person you know just skate by and then when you were talking what came to me they just SM because if you have an underrage daughter and she has a girl well we don't know but if it's a girlfriend some parents may not want that publicized they may not want all that scrutiny onto their daughter and the family do you get what I'm saying uh in this with this them growing up in the South and having this this this these Southern ideals and so it's a strong possibility a picking backing off of what you and Leo said that this person is probably going to get a slap on the wrist and I'm I'm leaning more so towards just because it's being girl on girl like you said Diva I feel like that's going to be how they throw all of this under the rug and make it like it never happened yeah I'm I'm hoping maybe these parents getting involved or something because this is this is messy um we're going to keep our eye out on this story and see I want to say they said October right is going to be her next court day I'm G to um make myself a note so I could try to see if we hear is that October or September 25th oh okay thank you Dustin okay um I'm gonna um you know keep an eye out just double check it just double check it da I don't know for sure I just heard I heard two different days I heard October and then I also heard September 25th it's October 25th all right thank you yeah thank you thank you both all right so I'm GNA go ahead and roll into this um Feelgood story I don't know how many of y'all even know or heard about the Greyhound the Greyhound bus I used to travel on the Greyhound bus a lot with my family um so when I used to go south to my my dad's family um and I'm talking South Carolina from New York City um we caught the Greyhound buff okay A lot of times we caught the Greyhound bus sometimes we roll with other family members and friends but 90% of the time we was on the Greyhound bus so I have a feel good a nice story about this whole grey how and bus and how it started so hold on everybody let's let me play this [Music] we're off on a Sunday morning diversion I'm Jennifer Marley from WCCO in Minneapolis come along as we discover how Minnesota became the birthplace of the bus industry the Greyhound bus Museum in Hibbing presents the history dating back 110 years to this Seven Cedar and an enterprising Swedish salesman Carl Wickman so the Hut Mobile was how Greyhound got started they couldn't sell the car so they started giving rides and charging people created out of necessity it began by transporting miners on Minnesota's Iron Range paying 15 cents a ride says Museum executive director Ron dickl the name of the recognized running dog would come in the late 1920s people have commented that as they go down the road they look like a sleeking ground it evolved into the largest inner city bus company affordably connecting families across the country says operations manager John Beckstrom highway travel was a big thing and Greyhound was the centerpiece of it during wartime Greyhound transported soldiers between home and bases it moved Freedom Riders during the Civil Rights Movement and the iconic Greyhound made its way into the movies songs capture the Nostalgia [Music] afternoon their time on the road is Meaningful to former drivers they meet with mechanics and Depot workers each month in the Twin Cities to reminisce there a way to hang on to something that you really believed in as cars became more prevalent and air travel took off Greyhounds struggled it weathered strikes and bankruptcy smaller hubs disappeared today it serves 1,800 locations across North America and 12 million passengers a year he fell in love with Greyhound it's a story Jee nicelli Jr's late father felt needed telling and so he created this Museum he said you know this is interesting how come nobody's telling this story his childhood memories are aboard the flagship of the fleet the scenic Cruiser this is my favorite bus it's up higher than the normal buses were so you look down and look out and see all the landscape and such it's a place to take a trip down memory lane while celebrating the lasting Legacy of Greyhound so just a quick little um down memory lane for um Greyhound for those of you that know no um it's just so um interesting how quickly things change travel changes in the world changes and quickly cuz we're approaching the end already of almost you know we're in the last quarter of 2024 listen guys
