BREAKING: Tim Ballard's Entrapment Schemes Should Terrify You

okay I need to give everybody an update on what's happened the verdict from Kelly sw's case was issued yesterday and she was not found guilty of trafficking but was found guilty of pimping I am really devastated that this took place I'm shocked I I had a chance to interview Kelly get her entire story from start to fin fin from her perspective on what happened and from what I understand the short story about this version of events is that she was invited to a party that Tim and OU are set up through a Facebook um message by a friend of hers she went there by herself not knowing anybody not bringing anybody but prior to the party she was standing in a circle with a conversation of people talking to I believe who was Paul Hutchinson um in which they were trying [Music] to entrap them into uh selling kids for money and she wasn't part of that from my understanding but she was standing there and when her friend was talking with with them about about this whole scenario and they're promising hey if if people show up and we get to have sex with them then uh we'll give you a kickback we'll pay you out and we'll pay you for it and so um she spoke up when her friend was trying to find a word um you know saying well yeah if you do have sex with anybody you know be delicate with them and uh and he couldn't find the word delicate so she spoke up and she said delicate because she spoke in that conversation she is now tied to the negotiation or the sales pitch that Paul or Tim or whoever The Operators were in um offering them money if this goes down the way they want and the sad reality is that because she spoke up in this conversation and said something she is being looped into being a traffic her itself or Pimping Pimping out kids herself even though all the all most of the kids or people that went to um this party were over 18 there were some that were between the ages of 15 and 18 I think um which is above the age of consent so they were not being coer there they were not being kidnapped they were not being forced there they were not being trafficked there is no trafficking happening here but because there is a discussion about people getting money if sex happens it's technically pimping and Kelly got wrapped up into this by saying something in this conversation and that was enough apparently to incriminate her into the charge of pimping that's my understanding of it um she even though she wasn't bringing anybody there she wasn't um according to her testimony involved in any sort of sex work at all um she was in the wrong place at the wrong time and and she screwed up and said something that that was enough to get her charged with pimping now I thought that under all these circumstances this entire operation where OU and Tim tries to entice people to say things or do things that would incriminate them and then provide buses to pick them up and boats to take them to this party and um that all looks like entrapment it looks like entrapment it was a trap set up for people in Desperate situations that could only see hey this is might be my chance to make some money and get my family out of a desperate situ situation I thought all of the the sum total of all this evidence would be absolutely overwhelming in that Kelly would be exonerated she has no history of being involved in human trafficking or sexual exploitation or pimping at all and it really appeared to me and it still does that this was an innocent woman that was in the wrong place at the wrong time and had she not said anything in this conversation there would be nothing to even a shred of evidence to attach her to the charge of pimping but it was and Tim was in caha pushing for her conviction because it was necessary for the sound of Freedom movie narrative and if you look at the sound of Freedom watch The Sound of freame mov narrative Kelly is depicted as this horrible U modeling agent see person that is pimping out kids for her own benefit and from what I've seen and from my interviews and all the evidence I've seen that couldn't be further from the truth and so I and a lot of other people believed that this was going to be opened closed she would be found innocent of that charges and be able to move on with her life apparently that it didn't go down that way my dad called me on my way way to the airport to uh to Columbia and he told me he tried to beg me not to go he's like I don't care what the lawyers or the prosecutors are telling you or promising you about your safety or about how this what this trial is all about the court system and the government and everybody in Colombia is there's a problem with corruption and bribes are used to to create and buy people out in situations it's well know for that my dad worked in Columbia for um Microsoft and he he said that it doesn't matter what you're being told the situation probably isn't what you think it is and and your safety is not guaranteed anybody can be bought out and he's seen evidence of that he had to be actually rescued by the US Embassy on one business trip um anyways I didn't listen to him I probably should have um I thought this was going to go a very different way fortunately I'm safe but unfortunately it appears that a woman who was in the wrong place at the wrong time and said something incriminating barely incriminating is enough to put her away in jail in prison for 20 years probably absolutely wrecked her life it does not seem like justice to me it does not seem right it's it's really really sad and really devastating and I know Tim is out there slamming me on social media saying I'm trying to protect the perpetrators like okay sure go ahead slam me all you want I've done my own investigation I'm not convinced that she's a perpetrator I'm not convinced of that and I don't think the evidence shows that she is anything more than a 19-year-old girl that made a mistake by being involved in a conversation in which Tim and Paul Hudson o are were trying to exploit kids it's a it's a situation of taking desperate people in Desperate situations waving money in front of their face and trying to get them to do something that will hurt them without any history of trafficking or human exploitation again it goes back to what we've been saying all along these operations what they do is they create situations out of thin air where desperate people come forward and give them what they want which is a villain and for their movies that's what it is and the other thing you need to know about this is that no kids were rescued because no kids were found to be traffic there they went there by their own valtion on their own I'm going to dive into this whole case deeper um to see if where the truth lies with Kelly and her mom and this whole Saga I think it's a I think it's a tragedy I think it was a 19yearold girl in the wrong place the wrong time and that place was created by Tim and this is why o you are stop doing operations because people got exploited and people got hurt were some kids saved yeah absolutely some kids were saved and some tra bad guys were put away but in that effort there was a lot of collateral damage and there's people that were not part of human trafficking were brought into this Marketplace that Tim and oou are created and exploited for their own purposes Kelly is going to if Kelly survives let me just put it that way if she doesn't take her own life then she will um appeal this and try and go to the um Supreme Court of Columbia hopefully she'll have a case there yeah I'm sighing with this woman because of what I've seen and the evidence that I've that I've looked at and I might might be wrong I might be wrong but man it just doesn't seem she already served a year and a half in prison in the most horrendous prison in in caha in the world and now she's faced with another 20 years of jail time under very very suspicious circumstances and I can't say that Tim infu infuenced the judges or the court in any way shape or form but I do know he was there he was said he was working with the Colombian government um he was sitting in the room next to me during my testimony next to the prosecutor and uh prosecutors was turning to him and talking to him in English throughout the trial so what was he up to if he wanted to just listen in on this and he could have done that remotely he could have participated remotely it was all videotaped um and streamed live to the people that were involved in the court but he needed to be there in person what was he up to that's all I'm saying so that's where we're at I'm really sad about this um verdict I thought we were going to get some some news that exonerated Kelly and that's not the case so Tim's taking a Victory lap he's smearing me as with the per with the Predators protecting child molesters and stuff and he's entitled to his opinion sure I said what I said I gave my honest testimony on how I view the situation and the history that we had and uh yeah he doesn't like that message so he's attacking the messenger that's fine I he's he can do that all he wants I've seen him do it character assassination to all my friends and most people that worked with o that uh knew who he really was so it's just kind of I kind of expected this um we'll give you an update on what's Happening uh Cara and I are going to go into a deeper dive into the trial into the charges uh everything that I've learned since then about this case um it's Kelly aside it's very revealing on the motives and how Tim and O conducted these operations and the fraud that was presented in their movies and especially in the sound of Freedom movie that whole trip was not fun that was a really unpleasant experience from start to finish and I'll tell you more about it um later and so I'm just going to take a day or two to uh be with my family and uh there's um a lot of people that want to talk to me um so there's some things I need to do behind the scenes um but we will update you and go into this further um hopefully by the end of the week or this weekend and um give you more information that you need to know on on this whole Saga so uh stay tuned for that and if you're the praying type um Pray For Truth pray for the victims pray for all the women that have come forward and put their their lives on the line to um expose the crimes that been committed against them um we need a lot of prayers so so if you're that kind of person that can pray for us and for everybody that was hurt in this whole thing then
