I think really just comes down to you know how our offense has been diverse through through camp and stuff and you know this game plan had some had some shots for the tight ends and that's what was open but like you saw last week with Trey he he had a lot of big plays and I think it just kind of speaks to the skill we have around the offense and you know this week it was me last week it was Trey the next upcoming game it could be somebody different and keep going through the season like that so I think it just kind of speaks to what Coach K has done and how we are you know embracing offense and spreading the B what is it about this offense that is getting you in this yeah I think it's just you know CU CRA is creative and how he does stuff and it's a lot of the same stuff just dressing it up different and you know getting to it in different ways running stuff with different people but really just you know we're trusting him he trusts us to make the plays when when when our names called speaking of trust that was to have Drew's Trust on on some of those third downs and in big situations yeah I think you know it just goes back to winner spring summer camp just getting the Reps like he's got with all the receivers and tight ends I think he has trust all around the ball so that's been really good rust and keep doing on it be good Tyler don't you take a lot of pride in catching the ball but also as a Blocker on that that long Nick single to touchdown round that closed it out it looked like you had a key block kind of like you washed down the line there what do you remember about the play and how much pride you take in being like an all around tght end especially on that play yeah I think you know the allaround tight end stuff kind of starts with time that's how he that's what he puts in us since since we uh since we get here as as freshman and just embracing that role and you know it was uh it was we we blocked it well in the ni thing and made two or three guys Mo just with speed at the end of it so really all around a good offensive play and it was you know it was good timeing for us and when we needed so it's good play when you look at this tight end room overall we saw Luke Reynolds again today obviously Li diens return how deep do you feel you guys are uh moving forward as you get into the bye yeah I think I think we're in a good spot you know those guys like you said they've gotten some some game experience now which which is really good for Luke especially you know dink dink's been a guy who's had roles past few years and he'll have a bigger role but just for Luke being able to get in and and get those first few games out of the way it be big for him but he's doing a great job and I'm really excited for him and I know there other guys like Joey and and Jerry will be ready to go if their numbers called so I feel like we got got good depth running you probably never had a bye this early in the season what do you focus wanted to move out of this wi and into that yeah really just you know being the best tight end I can be but looking looking at the past two games what I what I did good what I did bad what I can work on just trying to stay in shape making sure I get my legs under me with with the time off but but yeah it should be really good for our offense and our team and just you know stay in the course and focusing on us through the first two games how confident do you feel like the offense is it seemed like today even when the defense struggled when you guys got the ball you were able to be productive and move the ball down yeah I think I think we have we have good confidence right now we're trusting coach Kay I think that's kind of where it started the relationship we have with him and and all the offensive staff just coming together and you know bringing us together as a as a offense in case of the players so I think we really we trust each other we trust the coaches and you know just just keep keep building on what we got going right now would be important did you know that you said an alltime single game reception record yardage for tight ends I no I did not there you go what do you think of that yeah I uh it's it's cool and I I appreciate it you know being able to do something like that at pen state with with a lot of great tight ends but like I said it earlier you know last week it was Trey this week it was me who had some some bigger play looks and then it could be someone else the next week coming up and I think it just kind of speaks to our diversity and The Playmakers we have on our offense so like I said last week this week is me five other players down the road here so we're excited as speak star diversity as offense
