uh Craig what do you reckon us going back in for zuend in January still no mention on him agreeing to an extension we spoke about this yesterday Adam um when I was doing a podcast with David Lynch yesterday kind of simultaneously just when we were getting to the end of it I got a message sh saying that fito Romano said that there's still admiration from Liverpool so I asked David if this happened to become a possibility in January do you think Liverpool would reevaluate it and honestly I was expecting him to say no that that door would be closed but he said that it was left on respectful terms and as long as he hasn't signed a new contract it's certainly a possibility for the January window um sadad are nowhere near the level that he will want them to be at they haven't had a great start of the new La Liga campaign they've lost Marino of course to Arsenal they've lost larand yes they have brought in a center back replacement but it's going to have to have a bit of bit of a climb down from him on wanting to leave if he changes his mind and decides he would like to move to anfield then I guess that's up to Richard Hughes and uh Michael Edward to figure out but it's a possibility until he signs that new contract with s dad uh if that were the cas supermend he wasn't prepared to leave his hometown Club then why give his word to Hughes that he would come I don't know did he ever give that word that he would definitely come um obviously I'm not on these phone calls like so certainly Liverpool felt like um he was very open to it and I'm sure they were getting positive vibes from him but um at least again I don't have my notes in front of me so I'm working off memory my recollection is never that he gave his word to come I think it was more that we were getting all the right signals now maybe he did give his word and he went back and maybe he did um but I he these are questions only he can answer really
