Intro today I want to share with you our experience at Pang hill during our half day tour last week having visited This Place several times in the last two decades we noticed this little change I love this place because of its cool weather and on the clear days we can enjoy the panoramic view of Georgetown and also there are numerous historical buildings to explore Ticket counter [Music] the ticket counter is located at the entrance of the bang Hill lower station and the pric is depends on your age or whether you are Malian citizens or foreigners there are several E3 at this place including the popular fast food chains such as Mary Brown [Music] andw there are some pictures showing what we're going to expect on top of the hill along the way while we are going to board the train ah it is called fular Railway instead of train Penang Hill Railway H the pinang hill Railway is a fular railway from aam to the top of pinang hill it was first open in 1923 and originally had two sections but it was overh and now there is only one track and there's a passing loop at the track Railways midpoint this Railway is one of the steepest fular Railways in the world [Music] it only took us about 5 minutes to reach the upward station besides we also notice it is wheelchair friendly as we saw a Trist in wheelchair enter the train it's very Breezy this morning it's not Sunny just hopefully it's not going to rain after that and it's a lots of tourist already gather around here it's um I would say it is quite touristic but it doesn't really matter I mean this place is basically for the for the tourist right [Music] Pang Hill Mosque there are several historical buildings of Pang Hill including the Pang Hill MOS which is also called MJ boera it features Islamic architecture contrasting to other colonial buildings [Music] [Laughter] [Music] here nearby there's one called Gate Gate House House which is a traditional English mansion but it is of limit to entry but of beautiful photograph opportunity from the outside [Music] Murugan Temple just a minute walk from the MOS is a street arui to mugam Temple it is a well-maintained Hindu temple with colorful depiction and intricate cuings it is one of the oldest Hindu temple in Pang and established as a shrine to Lord murugan [Music] the [Music] [Laughter] [Music] The Habitat walking further from the station is the habitants of pinang Hill the habitat is a well-known Center for exploring nature it offers race pathway and trails through the dance Forest making it a great place to see a varieties of plants and animal species [Music] Tree Top Walk the ctis crest Tree Top walk is a circular walkway at the highest point on pinank Hill it gave us the opportunity to have the breathtaking view of the surrounding scenery including the pinang bridge and provides us an intimate look at the forest canopy [Music] Kopi Walk another attraction at habitat is a langu way Kopi walk it is a 150 M long walkway suspended 40 m above the ground David Brown is the highest Garden David Brown Restaurant restaurant in panang even if you do not intend to dine here you still can enter the beautiful garden in front of the restaurant sitting down and drinking is relaxing especially if the weather is good [Music] [Music] h [Music] [Music] Cliff Cafe if you want to have some local food there's a twostory cliff Cafe food court just next to the upper railway station overall if you come to pinang and if you have only two to three day to spend pank Hill is a place for you it offers a contrasting scenery atmosphere and the colonial architecture compared to the old traditional houses in Georgetown it gives you another perspective of how to look at Pang that's all for this videos and thanks for watching please subscribe to our channel so you'll be noticed whenever we upload any new videos see you the next one peace
