[Music] one of the highlights from Thursday's joint practices with the Green Bay Packers was naturally a Lamar Jackson touchdown pass to Z flowers but what really stood out to me from Z's practice was how vocal he's become with the other receivers in his group heading into year 2 flowers is really taking on a leadership role in the position group and making himself heard throughout practice the receiver has grown very close to quarterback Lamar Jackson and Titan Isaiah likely and the trio can often be seen at the practice field in the cafeteria on the sideline talking and laughing with one another so I asked Isaiah likely after practice Thursday how he's seen flowers step into that leadership role in year to is's taking off that leadership aspect of the receiver room I mean good and bad plays that Z has he always tries to embrace to show you know the younger guys below him that you know don't dwell on the past I mean Zay makes so many plays I mean he's one of the focal points of our offense so he knows that for the offense to go he has to go so inspiring the younger guys to give every 100% every play and show up and show out is definitely a monster that he's been carrying flowers likely won't see action in the Ravens final preseason game against the Packers Saturday but for some it's a chance to make a final push to make the 53 man roster as roster Cuts will begin early next week and the initial 53 man roster will come into place for all of our coverage on that make sure you stay tuned to all of our channels after Saturday's final preseason game as Ryan mink and Garrett Downing will make their 53 man roster predictions on the lounge thanks so much for watching we'll see you next week [Music]
