out here at the new rivan service center right at the end of Boeing field this place is huge and a needed asset here in the Pacific Northwest mainly Western Washington in order to help service all the rivan and delivery well they're all rivion but like customer Vehicles Amazon Vehicles we got all the Vans everybody showing up for the cars and coffee this morning quite nice pretty cool to see these things lie down the race specific Raceway the other day oh look Tesla I'm not going to I'm not going to post that part but so one big issue whenever I bought my Riv which was about one year ago is that they only had the Bell viw store opened and they were backed up they had a lot of factory issues that they had to fix and you know along with ownership different things kept coming up so they kept getting backed up backed up backed up talk to almost any rivan owner and service is always a pain point customer service is amazing vehicles are amazing but when it comes to service it is hard to get in now having a new service center like this open up and not just like one of those little offshoot ones that they did like in taquilla and Auburn though I love those two shops this will take care of a lot more Vehicles this is just the front part of it it goes all the way that way one nice thing that they have is chargers right now technically free but you're here for service your vehicle will be nice and charged they have Chargers I think all the way around the building to include a level 3 somewhere but it is right at the edge of the airport that's Boeing's military division right there and I guess this is going to be the hours it's pretty cool waiting area for everybody to sit here for your in-house service I guess you got some reading material for some people I think mainly kids I mean there's some adult stuff here too but overall this this is like your typical VI that you get with the spaces even have a huge training room for all their technicians and people that's pretty awesome are these plants real I don't know you guys know me I'm a plant guy I can't I can't tell these are really good if they're fake I think they're actually real I'm almost certain that they are real which will actually help with the freshness inside of here this wall oh you can actually send this to the vehicle that' be kind of cool so I wonder oh we can go go to clouth Falls only takes one charge from here we could go to bam that will give us 60 Mi once we arrive and that's with an r1t quad motor nice never seen a conversation room but there we go look at that yellow but they mentioned that they will be having the ability to you could buy things here touchup paint accessories bottles hats t-shirts all while you're waiting if you want they're also going to start delivering Vehicles here too which is really awesome this is like the final final section before you can actually pick up your vehicle these t-shirts are actually kind of cool this is just a basic rivan one what is this oh I love this hoodie now that I feel it I kind of want to buy this oh that's actually not too bad for a quality hoodie oh a fny pack you know what I could put in there snacks check out their break room they got fridges recycling snacks coffee microwaves like this is going to be a pretty big location so that means there's G to be a lot of people in that's a pretty good snack room break room snack room but let's go ahead and check out their main area for all the servicing huge and this is only one little section so it looks like they got chargers in here so I wonder if like this is will be the section that they actually do deliveries at bring in your vehicle and you can actually talk and look over all your vehicle before you get it delivered they got snacks and drinks oh stickers that's always the best part one interesting thing about this is that they got Toyota working here for the forklifts I if you didn't know Toyota actually makes forklifts but this is the inside of the new service center amazing here we are with the tire station I will be here a lot especially with my Falcons I love my Falcons but oh my goodness they cannot balance this is the parts station it's a lot bigger all along here got some more storage some bathrooms and everything but each Tech is going to have a way bigger working area than what maybe they're used to to but just down here we got five stalls across is another five so 10 Vehicles can be worked on at the same time in this section where the Texs are going to come in and talk to the parts guy and be like hey I need this this and this and they like I don't know if I can give you that but they will each one of these stalls has well air of course but then they also have a charger and it looks like those are some pretty sturdy pucks yeah one thing I laugh about is this little bumper for so they don't back into the poles the only problem is you would have to be in low mode for the r1t and not in the highest mode because I have a feeling that the highest mode will clear this again places where they're going to store all the parts this is where all the chemicals and everything go for the inside of the vehicle they have a very special very special drum over here and everybody everybody wants this it's the windshield wiper fluid that smells really good one cool thing that they're doing with this service center is that this area is going to be for training so they'll be able to fly in Tex from all over the United States or even locally to come in and train on how to operate and work on the rivan so not only is this going to be able to fix vehicles but it's going to help train techs that have been hired to come work here along with the um rivan Technical Institute I think it was called I I'm actually really bad at that I should probably know what it is but at College I think it's spell viiew College written College one of the colleges I'll put it right here like right there above my lens for you guys to check out they actually train college student and I think that they just graduated two people just recently and so that's pretty awesome and they almost get I do believe they get placement right after they graduate too so that's pretty awesome I am going to do a video with them in the future um to kind of give you more information about the program so if you're looking for a change of career maybe working for rivy is for you this place is pretty massive I'm shooting with my 35 to yeah 35 to 150 right now and I'm able to capture everything in frame well at least the the working bays and stuff which is those are humans down there they're very tiny to me is that a football field I don't know I think this could be a football field in length but talk about some heavy duty lives like these are big but at the same time our vehicles are huge and heavy so it's to be expected I think this station is where they change out the glasses cuz I think that's a suction cup for class right and it'll help move it into place when needed I like it now I'm sorry if I'm wrong I can't remember if this is the alignment station or if that's the alignment station all right I got clarification and this little section right here is for the quick services so say like you're coming in for a quick I don't know tire change or F fix a paneling uh multi-point inspection like for your like 30 mile 30,000 m point inspection which I actually have to do coming up but they have these in order to keep these Bays clear for bigger bigger issues like battery swaps and everything like that this is the alignment rack they were telling me that other places only have one alignment rack and so having two is very beneficial so that that there's not a queue as long you know a line of vehicles waiting for these alignment racks it is quite interesting to do alignments on rivan back here is where they're going to be doing some detailing for the service Vehicles big wash bays for everyone you got towels over there you got washes you got drainage now that that is actually pretty awesome check out this yeah that'll be big enough to move around all the service fans and stuff back here looks like they might be able to clean up Vehicles whenever they come in from the trucks to get them ready for delivery to new owners if you look through these windows right now there's a bunch of more Chargers back there for everyone they seem to have moved a lot of vehicles here already I wonder how many of them are gen 2s I don't think they have an r1t Gen 2 yet I think those aren't going to be made until third quarter fourth quarter cuz I think they're pushing the SUV first this place is new huge and a welcome addition to the rivan community down at the very corner I might try to put another down at the corner is where they do the calibrations for the camera over there by the training facility but yeah so that's the tour of the place it is definitely a wanted addition to the rivan community for this service center to be put up it was pretty cool to see everybody this morning even though was super early the Emerald City rivan Club if you're not part of it look it up and we put on events all the time David's pretty awesome with it and if you're not in the Discord server you should definitely join it because we have a lot of our Communications there beyond what we do on Facebook so cool hope
