hello good people I'm Chris Dishman head coach of Texas Southern University it's a blessing to be back here uh where I started my pro career you know in 1988 I used to hang out on TSU campus a lot I never thought I be back here coaching and guy has ways of working it out where now I'm back here coaching coach McDow he was very happy that I got this job and him and other people in the swack has told me that TS you have talent they need structure so that's why God has brought me here to bring structure to the talent that we do have I'm very calm very cool with what I know I'm very secure with myself if you're very secure with yourself you don't feel pressure as expectation I expected to do this I'm not saying oh I can't do it I'm expecting to win versus perview I'm expecting to win the SWAT I am expecting to beat in the MC school in Atlanta we're going to have to be on our pe's and keys in order to beat PR we understand that and we're up for the fight uh our gentleman working hard we've been working almost 180 almost 200 something days of constantly grinding 6 days a week we're working we're grinding and we got Grinders on the team and everybody always I have the best coaching staff I understand I have the god gift of working with these men we have Men of Integrity understand what it takes to win because it's going to be a great game it's going to be a great years of BB and I going against each other and we're going to keep scoring and uh one thing B and I um I think he going to be the first want to know we're going to play for it's a helmet right behind me it's a green helmet the winner gets that helmet from bu ey that's one of our special teams helmets we had with the Houston oers and in that helmet had had hit the beach and whoever was the best special team player that week got to wear that helmet that was a huge hon I'm not even thinking about losing cuz I love this helmet
