so I ended up at Jude and I was really surprised that I ended up at the book of Jude but you know who's in control hallelujah amen so in verse 17 out of the ESV the word says it like this I really like the way he said it here he says but you must remember Beloved the prediction of the Apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ they said to you in the last times there will be scoffers following their own ungodly passions it is they it is these who who cause division worldly people devoid of the spirit but you beloved building yourselves up in your Most Holy Faith and praying in the Holy Spirit keep yourselves in the love of God waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life and having Mercy on those who doubt save others by snatching them out of the fire to others show Mercy with fear hating even the garments stained by the flesh for just a moment today out of verse 22 where he says and have mercy on those who doubt I want to talk about sugar not vinegar now like what where that come from sugar not vinegar think about it for a second brothers and sisters sugar when we drink tea what do we drink sweet tea you know what I'm saying if somebody put some vinegar in some tea are you going to want it so you're going to turn away from the vinegar the vinegar causes out even when you have a shot even that apple cider when you're taking it to knock off some of the things to help you lose when you hit it it makes your face do this but when you get you a spoonful of sugar my wife put sugar on her pin just give me some salt and pepper and some and some and some uh what you what's the other thing you put in there some some ham hwk we in good hands with all steak but she put sugar on it because it gives her a better flavor and see sugar attracts animals flies and things you catch stuff with sugar more than you catch stuff with vinegar so I want to talk about for just a moment sugar not vinegar see Brothers and Sisters in Christ the Olympics just wrapped up last weekend how many of you caught the opening ceremony how many called opening ceremony all right there's a few of you you know what I'm saying but uh I didn't actually see the opening ceremony live but but but I caught a glimpse of it over social media and to be perfectly honest brothers and sisters I didn't care for what was presented to the World by the host nation of France in my humble opinion it was extremely disrespectful to our faith I thought to myself they had the audacity to to mock our faith in that manner I actually didn't watch much of the games for that reason until my wife and a friend of mine checked me that reminded me I wasn't supporting the foolishness of the host nation's opening ceremony but I was supporting the athletes participating in the games I had to come down off of my high horse and see it for what it was the Olympic games that's all it was however the opening ceremonies still troubled my spirit and I wonder why in the world did these people do what they did now if you don't know what happened they mocked the Lord's Supper then they had the White Horse the uh the the the the angel of the white horse in The Book of Revelations leading it out so there was a lot of symbolism going on in this and then they had a lot of drag queens these are the ones that was doing the Lord's Supper so they was mocking Christianity or The God that we serve now some people say well it wasn't mocking but have you seen any other Lord Supper hanging up on somebody else's wall in the house you know what I'm saying only other supper that we see like that only supper we see like that is the Lord's Supper you may have some dogs over there sitting on there doing that but they're representing the Lord's table you see that was that bothered me as a man of God that troubled me majorly but as I was pondering on that thought God reminded me that they are doing what they naturally do the lost and undone people do what the lost and undone people do unsaved and ungodly individuals do what unsaved and ungodly people do they do the things that unsaved and ungodly individuals participate in Sinners do what Sinners do they sin period Point Blank exclamation mark they sin because they know they don't know anything else better to do cuz the Bible says there is a way that seems right unto a man but the end thereof is the ways of death so they was doing what they naturally do they was just being Sinners after God dropped that in my spirit then he said said to me bringing me back on kilter after he spoke to me through my wife and through a good friend of mine named PJ about the Olympics he he dropped it in my spirit and he reminded me that it's not my responsibility to pass judgment it's not my responsibility to pass judgment on them that's his responsibility see the problem with us Believers we want to step into the position of God because we think we we are highly that we that we have already made it we believe that we we are sitting high and that we are looking low and that just because I'm saved and Sanctified and Holy Ghost filled and fire baptized I can judge someone but yes the Bible tells us that we are to judge righteously but I'm come to tell you if I'm looking at them and my face is all to up talking about what they think they doing I'm not judging righteously because that is vinegar because if my face is chopped up and screwed up the world ain't going to receive from us that's known as The Sons and Daughters of the most high God it is very important how we react and respond to each and everything that transpires in this Society but we call oursel men and women of God but we walk around with the Mean Mug we walk around mad at everything we got church mothers that will smack the taste out your mouth just for doing the wrong thing coming in with a conversation not they'll look at you up and down like they like you think realizing there something maybe that lip stinking because that's why they face turned up we got to be mindful of how we respond to things that right there that that that got me he reminded me that my purpose is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ to them by any means necessary I was challenged to spread the gospel in every aspect of my life God informed me that how I respond to every situation plays a role in how a person sees Jes or us because if I am his representative in the Earth how they see me is how they see him and see if I'm walking around looking like I ate 177,000 lemons on a daily basis how in the world is anybody going to come to the to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ we can't be going around pouring out vincle on everybody just because they are not on the same team that we are Jesus didn't come to this world to condemn the world he came that the world might be saved through him but we are His Image bearers I don't understand how in the world we can call ourselves men and women of Geo but we walking around with a face full of Vin every time somebody see us H we're mad at the world H every time somebody see us we're talking outside the side of our neck every time they see us we're talking about somebody we're gossiping about somebody we're lying on somebody we're doing everything that the world does and expect them to come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ we got a habit of spewing vinegar all day every day we think our breath don't stain that's why we got to have some Tic Tacs as a wild and melon Extra Gum that means we got to be willing to receive what God has for us and apply it the way Jes or us applied it while he was on the earth woo Jesus help me Lord help me Lord to God be the glory he let me know that how what I say and the tone I use can influence people either to come to Jesus or to turn away from him we didn't realize it was that serious did we we didn't realize it took all of that and then some and a bag of chips we didn't real realize that's how how how vital it was for us to be about God's business to be the body and not just say we're a part of the body see a lot of us say we're saved and Sanctified but when we ain't around another believer we're acting like the w r l d we're walking around like the world we looking at everybody like they the problem but we got to realize we the problem especially if if I'm in the body of Christ it ain't nobody hearing a word I got to say it matters it matters sugar not vinegar man that's some I don't even know where that came from Holy Ghost he reminded me that that my speech must be seasoned with salt and I must extend extend the grace that have been extended to me I was reminded brothers and sisters that it's far more easier to draw Believers draw non-believers with sugar than vinegar now y'all know that's saying people don't care what you know until they know that you care they don't care what you know unless they know that you care about it but if they see my if I say I care about you son and my face all to up are you going to believe that you know saying if I say I love you and I I love you you know what I'm saying I love you in the love of Christ you know saying but I'm I'm walking around looking like like everything is wrong I got a I got a I got the me mug on all day just because I came out the world don't mean I got to let the world be on my face face does it mean I got to look like I'm still in the world because those that's in the world look like they toore up from the feet up from the chest up to the feet up all the way around they don't look right bro somebody asked me the other day bro how old are you I said 53 going on 54 what you know what I'm saying see the Lord preserves because he is a preserver when you hold on to him and you allow him to be the head of your life H and you allow him be the way maker of your life H he will preserve you when you're not out there drinking and smoking and running with those that do he'll preserve you yeah I'm going up in my AG but I'm getting younger by the day because the God that I serve H me me and Sh me and leav me in the way of righteousness and truth so he wants us to present sugar and not vinegar because sugar is sweet yeah you know I like my sugar from my rooto you know I really enjoy my my my baby because that's the sugar in my iced tea you know what I'm saying but see I couldn't have got that of our walking around spewing our vinegar I had to start talking about what thus says the Lord and living by what thus says the Lord because if I was saying it and not being about it I would have been spewing vinegar and I wouldn't have got my sugar but I tell you today when we got when we are full with sugar within us I'm talking about the power of the Holy Ghost we won't spew our vinegar we'll spew our sugar because we got to be mindful there brothers and sisters see sugar is a good substance yeah it may add a couple pounds to you you know what I'm saying we can we can run a few laps and get rid of that you know what I'm saying do a little workout like SW he got on a 6X shirt and his sweat and his hugging you know say you can just work out you know what I'm saying you can do as much sugar as you want long as you doing something with it you know what I'm saying it's good for you it does the body good the body of Christ that is the body of Christ that is see vinegar pushes people away amen but it's the sugar that draws sugar makes people want to come in and get a little closer because they see something different on your life if they constantly see the foolishness of this world on our face they're not going to want what we have see the Bible said it's the goodness of the Lord that lead us to repentance see that's that sugar that I'm talking about it's that goodness of the Lord see that Sugar see that goodness that God put on us on a daily basis starts with a J and it ends with a S and I call him Jes or us the author and finish of our faith the one who sits high the one who looks low the one who created it all with nothing created without it he's the sugar he's the goodness because the goodness of the Lord leadth to repentance now I'm talking about sugar now so how in the world are we to to to to to present sugar and not vinegar I am glad you asked I am glad you asked me that question may not have said it alive but you said it in the spirit cuz see if I'm pouring out vinegar people are looking at me and like I don't I don't want what he got but see the goodness of God lead us to repentance right and so there's a lot of people who see the goodness in God and reject it but see what's I love about the word of God he tells us he says the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ see one thing I learned about our God is that those that want to spew out vinegar those who want to live with vinegar running through their veins and doing things their own way and loving the things of this world and chasing after the things that this world has to offer there is coming a Payday there's coming a Payday so we ain't got to pass judgment because judgment is in the word of God the Bible says the wages of sin is death there's a payment coming they going to get that check they going to get it they put in them hours they clocked in every day you know what I'm saying they didn't take no vacations they didn't take any cruises they didn't go go see the family they worked each and every day of practicing s i in see that's what a sinner is one who habitually practices sin the one who does things their own way don't listen to what nobody else has to say but but a lot of us in the body claim that I'm saved but I still try to do things my own way that's that vinegar running out of you but I'm come to talk about the sugar the sugar that's that good goodness of the Lord woo goodness gracious woo Lord have mercy better to get my brain together cuz it's running 195 miles now I tell you something brothers and sisters God just be pouring stuff into me helping me get off get my mind right so this sugar and not vinegar so how in the world is this going to come to pass how is it well in order for us to draw people to Christ brothers and sisters with the sugar and not and not vinegar we must flee flee condemnation we must feed faithfully and then we must fish wisely as I was looking in this passage this thing kind of jumped at me verse 17 he says but you must remember Beloved the predictions of the Apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ they said to you in the last times there will be scoffers following their own ungodly passes not they might be or they could be but there will be those that talk about the Lord and mistreat the word of God and distrct the man and woman of God or or he ain't coming back or his more than one God and see these are scoffers these are those who are coming against what thus says the Lord see these scoffers in this world today is going to do whatever they want to do whatever they want to do it and with whom they want to do it with and call us wrong when we call it out that's these scoffers holy ghost these scoffers are a mess in society following their own ungodly passions they've been giving over to a and put another emblem on that's the ungodly passions that this world is running after I ain't the manufacturer none of us on this planet is the manufacturer the manufactor came down through 42 with us in the earth now we need every bit of it we need to be filled with the power of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues so that we can discern the foolishness of this world we got to have it that's what the Bible says now if you don't speak in Tong that's okay but you need to believe the Bible and if you want it ask for it if you want it ask for it you have not cuz you ask flee condemnation we got to flee because the world is the void of the spirit it's see but we got a tendency when we see them acting like they supposed to have you ever noticed we take our Christian morals and put it on the lost people what's wrong with us we actually think those that's law supposed to operate like we say like they say oh they supposed to be praying about the situation still a murmaid and complaining but they they don't they don't have nobody to pray to we can't condemn them we got to hit them with sugar we got to hit them with sugar see when we flee condemnation because they are Divo we we we we have to turn away from pronouncing a guilty verdict on them we got a tendency of doing that oh boy you going to hell we ain't got a heaven or hell to put nobody in but they going to hell oh you God last I check I can't see him I see us we ain't God but we got to flee condemnation because the Bible says in John chapter 3 he says for God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world but the world through him might be saved he that believeth on him is not condemned but he that believeth not is condemned already already we ain't got to tell them they condemned we just we just move away from that because our life if it's sugar convict them have you ever noticed that when you get around a cusser as a Believer they stop cussing and then when they do my bad my bad teach them to do right but they still choose to do wrong so everybody knows what right and wrong is Sir but we can't condemn them sir that's the father's job that's the word job we can't condemn them because if they don't believe they already condemned in the first place they're already condemned but then we have to feed Faithfully now when I was looking at this P verse 20 says it says but you talk about other believers beloved build yourselves up in your Most Holy Faith how are you going to build yourself up if you ain't in the word of God we have to get in the Bible Paul told Timothy in two 2 Timothy 21:15 he says study to show thyself approved unto God a work we need is not to be ashamed rightly divided the word of Truth we got to get in the Bible brothers and sisters we got to be in that word I have to feed on it daily we have to hunger and thirst after righteousness and the only righteousness in this Earth for us today is the word of God feed on it let it be your morning meal your your lunch your midday snack your late night dinner your late late night snack you know what I'm saying your early morning coffee get in your Bibles Believers I tell you if you're not in your word that's why hell is breaking loose in your life but I call myself a Believer how you a Believer you ain't and you ain't reading about the one that you serving don't you can't put two to two together get four out of that no time don't work that way we have to feed on the word Jesus is the word made flesh we got to get in that Bible we got to meditate on it day and night we have to observe to do what is written there in when I get in it and I feed on it I'll walk it out it'll becomes second nature not even second nature it becomes our nature it ain't about just quoting scriptures it's not about that I don't quote them like I used to anyway but I I know one thing they in there because not boasting and bragging I get in that every day all the time I got to have the word I'm riding down the word the word running through my ears may not be a scripture may be bizel it's gospel rap it may I don't listen to Kurt Franklin it it may be The Clark Sisters but I'm I'm feeding this spirit because what you feed is what grows so if I'm not feeding this and life squeeze me who I used to be coming out we're going to cuss somebody out before we'll pray for if I'm not in the word we have to feed on that word but then last but not least we have to fish wisely 22 and 23 says it like this he says and have mercy on those who doubt save others by snatching them out of the fire to others show Mercy with fear be aware be cautious sir in the midst of our evangelize we have to use discernment while we're ministering to the LA just because uh somebody in your circle that you love and you want them to get saved and you keep pouring into that empty bucket with a hole in the bottom that's not wisdom because you're casting your pearls to swine you have to fish wisely and how do we fish wisely by being Discerning and by knowing what thus says the Lord we have to be in tune to the Holy Spirit when he say speak to somebody he's already prepared them to receive your word we got to fish wisely because in Timothy chapter 4 chapter 2 verse 4 chapter 4 he says um I charge ye therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom preach the word be instant in season and out of season reprove rebuke exhort with all longsuffering and Doctrine and then verse five says but watch thou in the All Things endure afflictions because they going to hate on the believer they're going to look down their noses at us because I hate to say it go said we better than them cuz we in Christ reason why I say it like that because because if you're not in Christ you're lost and undone but if you in Christ you are the Beloved you are a saint you are the elect a royal priesthood a holy nation a pecu people that's Bible that ain't Tim muray it but then I realized after I got checked and then God cleared it up that's just the Olympics I'm not representing that foolishness that they did see I was condemning them for what they done that ain't my place they don't believe so they already condemned that's F so I realize that I need to put off sugar all the time it changed how I perceived a lot of things because the joy of the Lord is my strength and when people see the joy of the Lord in our lives they'll want what we have they'll want so if there's one today that's Desiring to leave the ventle alone and get some sugar in your tank that was a RealD one that was a weird well you don't put it in your gas tank you might be stuck on side the road but get some sugar see we Believers need to come down here because I bet you 10 out of 10 has Spilled Out vinegar more often than sugar and y'all still standing there I'm going to pray for you so that we can get rid of this vinegar and spew out sugar so the world can see the glory of God on our our lives and want what we have they want that Sugar cuz they flies Unfortunately they flying around mess so we going to give them sugar so they'll come to us and we can tell them about
