hello everyone welcome to back my channel I hope everyone is having a wonderful day before starting the video please go ahead and hit the Subscribe button and give this video a thumbs up for now Julie christle has not been seen or heard from she is due in resentencing court in Atlanta on September 25th and the Bureau of Prisons has now spoken out a screenshot from the Bob website which stands for the Federal Bureau of Prisons showed that the reality star was no longer in the bop's care this made Julie's friends wonder if she was being held by US Marshals or had been moved to a different prison the Bop told Channel 2 Action News that Julie is not in their custody at this time saying that there are several reasons why a person may be mentioned as not in Bob custody incarcerated people who were in FBOP custody before but haven't finished their sentence may be outside of FBOP custody for a while for medical treatment Court hearings or other reasons the statement read the Bop said that was all they could say for safety reasons Julie and her husband Todd Christley were found guilty of bank fraud and tax evasion in 2022 and given 7 years in federal jail at FMC Lexington but in June an appeals court agreed with Julie because a group of three judges said there wasn't enough proof that Julie had been involved with her husband's bank fraud scheme since it began in 2006 the actress from Chrisley Knows Best is due in Atlanta court on September 25th but she had asked to go via Zoom call instead last month a judge turned down her request Alex little Julie's lawyer said that the Bop likely would transfer her via the transfer for facility in Oklahoma City or place her in a van for a long multiple hour trip while Shackled to facilitate her appearance in court he was speaking against her being in court in person most of Julie's friends think she is already on her way to her court date which is why she is listed as not in Bob custody some people believe she might have even been sent to the dangerous Atlanta Fulton County Jail Sarah christle Julie's daughter has talked about how her parents especially her mother have been affected by being in jail she hopes that her mom will be freed and back home before Thanksgiving but she knows that Julie will need a lot of therapy to get used to normal life again in a July episode of her unlocked show Savannah talked about a time when her mom told her you know you can't leave me when I get home what do you mean I asked Savannah told her she told me I know you want your own life and I want you to have it you'll have to stay with me for the first few months though like we're going to have to get used to it she also said I'm going to do everything I can to help her get into the best place she could ever be because I can only think how she'll feel when she gets home it will be too much for her I really don't think I'll tell anyone when I get the call that she can come home Savannah admitted it's just going to be a lot to be reintegrated back into things when you live literally in the same freaking room 24 hours a day freaking 365 days a year Savannah has custody of her younger brothers Khloe and Grayson Julie is going to have a hard time that worries me but we all know we can get through it thanks thanks for watching this video and please subscribe our America people News YouTube channel for more update news
