right here uh there were four people inside the home two people burst in armed uh a struggle ensued so we received the call while the PE while the home agine was on ongoing and uh you know kudos to the officers who responded here they were here momentarily very efficient response and they have one subject in custody and we're searching for one suspect now now we heard that there was potentially a gun involved here you mentioned an armed suspect um was anyone shot any word on any injury so one person was uh assaulted uh we did recover a a handgun and other weapons edged weapons so uh right now we're trying to figure out we need more investigation the person assaulted did they live in the home yes command one in one loose two two were transported to the hospital for their injuries any idea the we're trying to figure that out right now um it doesn't appear that they they know these people at least from what they're telling us so uh we think there's more to it we'll get to the bottom of the detectives are here BCI so we're going to be interviewing a bunch of people tonight to get some more answers as to why this happened why it occurred I want to stress this was a targeted we believe so okay so resents should know what well again we got to get more answers here uh we don't think that this was something that just they picked this house out of 80,000 residents that just showed up here it's pretty evident that they were trying to uh make contact with the person who owned the home they're cooperating right now as best as they can but they're being treated for their injuries at the hospital they had some pretty serious lacerations to the head so laceration that had yeah in addition to a gunshot W no there's no gunshot no gunshot W no you mentioned that we recovered a handgun you recovered a handgun but there was no no one was injured by the gun we don't believe so so the lacerations what could have caused that well there's a bunch of things that could have caused that but right now we believe it was during an assault we're not sure what caused the exact injuries but it was during the assault EXC all right right and just for my purposes CU I just
