the big mistake a lot of us are making as individuals and as organizations is letting covert dictate our response you see just like the virus iterates and mutates so does our psychological response to it in the first instance we banded together and we stayed home and the team of five million beat it or so we thought but then delta comes along and that changed the rules and so we languished we felt disconnected and unfocused and drained and now there's omicron which feels more like a pandemic than a pandemic because most of us are more worried about getting pinged and having to isolate than we are about the actual virus so with omicron we wait and see let's wait and see what's going to happen let's postpone our plans and put stuff on hold till things become clearer but life's rumbling on and as we all wait and see the edges begin to fray there are important things to be talking about right now leadership strategy resilience well-being all of that stuff don't make the mistake of letting omicron dictate your organizational culture now is not the time to be passive be intentional and get moving if this if this is all we've got right now then do this
