[Music] w [Music] yo what up everybody hey John escad I'm here with my boy Mac we're doing the smackdown rewind I wish we weren't Ma say hello to the beautiful people who decided to join us tonight hello beautiful people uh I'm gonna try to sound enthusiastic for this but I'm very good at faking things so uh let's get into this I did not hate my life watching this episode of SmackDown tonight and that's better than I think I think I hated my life because I was trying I I was trying to avoid spoilers on Twitter so I was muting words yeah but I've seen an influx of people getting around people muting Words which is another level of trolling that I respect but also hate yeah so I saw the I saw who answered the open Challenge and I saw the finish of the women's title match and I was like oh man that's a two [ __ ] things I wanted to see I um I definitely saw the who answered the open challenge beforehand um but also thanks to SmackDown airing early I was able to watch a um the pirated version not live but I started it at the same time as Smackdown and I was able to finish like 20 minutes before everybody else cuz no commercials so that was nice I had some time to [ __ ] around before we got before we went live here with the beautiful people but uh yeah I had to I had to go I had to watch it on regular cable television on Fox which is [ __ ] from my ass because that [ __ ] Network sucks not for long two more weeks right two more weeks and WWE smackdown's going to be on USA Network still on Fridays right uh I believe so yeah that Friday September 13th is September 13th Friday September 13th yes sir oh yeah yeah yeah the 14th interesting USA has never had anything on Friday really and that's probably going to be that's that means that they're about to have a whole ass boost of uh audience on Friday that they've never had before and they're going to tout it like the most successful thing in history and that's cool yeah yeah and you're going to you're going to have the cringe ass uh the cringe ass person who runs the USA Network uh Instagram account Kay faving comments but uh we might as well get right into the end of SmackDown here I'll throw a couple of Graphics over us while I try to pull up a Twitter feed Nia jaxs defeated me chin to retain her WWE women's champion ship at some point towards the end of the match Tiffy Stratton comes out to quote unquote help Nia Jax but in reality it looks like she was going to cash in on her friend until she got caught by Nia Jacks uh shortly after that bayy runs out first time we see her s SummerSlam uh she is a furious so she she fights Tiffy off and uh the match goes back to kind of being a one-on-one mein and I Jack they worked really hard here tonight I thought they were really stiff with what they were doing they beat the [ __ ] out of each other Nia sold her ass off for mein uh and you know eventually mein does get defeated and Nia [ __ ] squashes her insane insan [ __ ] out of her after that match throw the piece the table that was actually funny as hell she just she just it was like it even lead to nothing it was just like an angry monster like angry that she was hurt uh that she was able to hurt her that that trash can spot Man O Jesus for just like a I know we're in Berlin but just for like a throwaway Smackdown holy [ __ ] that was dangerous I thought they um like you said that trash can spot a couple of other ones the Power Bomb uh me chin trying desperately to do a damn uh it's like a tornado DDT onto a trash can yeah dude she took that Ur anagi from inside to outside on the apron like a champ Twitter is so [ __ ] trash it's uh I try to trash now yeah wish they' B it like they banned it in Brazil they did but I don't mean I don't even mean in like the generic way I mean in like the way that I was trying to pull up clips of the top and it's only giv me um things from like a year ago oh Jesus Christ you got hit the latest I think oh no that's what I mean all n I'm in I got to go to L look at this it's [ __ ] crazy May here we go this is what I really wanted to see God there we go Jesus Christ oh man did you uh did you hear that they mentioned um meein as a former TNA Impact Knockouts world champion I didn't I didn't notice that yeah they were they were outside fighting in the ring and outside the ring and Michael Cole who I loved on this show I thought Michael Cole was a breath of fresh air like I like Cory and uh who and and B and Wade Barrett man yeah this was Michael Cole was great man like Michael Cole getting his flowers after years of people saying that he was [ __ ] like it's great because uh yeah he was like uh you know mein should be taken as a threat Nia Jack should know the looker she's a former TNA Knockouts Women's Champion I was like oh [ __ ] look at that look at that I heard they were using WWE footage on the TNA pay-per-view as well tonight real stuff real partnership look at them uh but yeah so ma did you have any more real thoughts on this Main Event um I ju I just liked it man I thought it was really good I mean I like um I like ww WWE hardcore matches you know I mean I'm a fan of you know hello Randy hello Randy I I'm a fan of um you know the old iwa mids South and czw death matches you know so I'm kind of spoiled but um in terms of what you're going to get from WWE in a quote hardcore match like this is this was pretty uh this was pretty hardcore especially for the ladies you know now you're taking 200 uh cane shots you know um and uh mein just you know looking like a badass even you know even in Victory because nia nia was getting her ass kicked and then bayy came out and then she was just like you know what [ __ ] this [ __ ] and just started like a two-minute tear where she was just beating mein's ass and then finally put her in the corner you know so I'll ask you this because now we have this fun question we can ask every uh show before and after the pay-per-view this Main Event it's like one of those spillover matches like like like the W like the company claims they really like these short pay-per-view cards because they can put pay-per-view build matches on the Raw and SmackDown that book and this pay-per-view so Nia Jackson mein's Street Fight essentially was what they would have had on pay-per-view so should uh should this have been on pay-per-view it's going to be a fun question cuz I guess you can ask that now but essentially we'll watch the Pay-Per-View tomorrow and there will be a match that maybe should is gonna be garbage and we'll be like well [ __ ] n Jackson meet you you should have been on this spot so I think you could make an argument that maybe they should have switched out the women's tag title match in this but I think I would have wanted to uh throw myself out the window if that match was on this Smackdown uh because I liked I really like this match like uh you know I can't say enough good things about this match I thought they worked hard they bumped their asses off Nia was bumping and and and feeding for um meein like [ __ ] crazy like Nia is so good like ever since she's come back she's really beat the you know I just injured people washed allegations she's just so [ __ ] good like she came back a different person absolutely I was saying that I was saying that earlier in her run where I was like God they're building for something and I really love this for her because she seems so much better now and I'm glad that they noticed that and they went with it she seems like she seems like she in her first run she was really letting the internet get to her because I remember a lot of stuff she was tweeting back at people like calling them marks and stuff like that and then she got rid of her Twitter for a while and then she came back and now she just looks like so like like mentally better you know I don't know how to describe it just her Aura like just different from the last time they weren't letting certain things develop they weren't letting Nia develop she could have used more time excuse me on NXT she could have used more time on a lower position on the card doing things having matches uh I guess with the women it's a little harder because they only have one Championship so I understand that but if you look at other people in the company particularly if you look at like a like a Roman Reigns or Pete Dunn there are people that they kind of gave up on because they were too or not gave up on they gave up on Pete dun he was too young then he spent a lot of time in his career [ __ ] Roman Reigns they pushed him too hard and then he spent a lot of time in his early career wearing pants that didn't fit so now now the pants do fit and uh you know so the thing about my thing about Nia my big takeaway with Nia is is that if you're trying to get somebody into wrestling who's not watching wrestling and they look at the women's roster and they see all of these blonde 5'1 130b women and they go and then they look at Nia Jack somebody who's a little bit bigger still athletic still um you know charismatic but you go oh yeah that's the person that should be having that that's a person that definitely should be Champion I mean look at her compared to everybody else you know like my brother my brother used to watch wrestling my brother used to tell me dude the Big Show should win every [ __ ] Royal Rumble he's seven foot he's 500 pounds he should never be losing a Royal Rumble I don't care if 20 guys gang up on him he should be doing the God he should be doing the Andre spot every single time like ah you know and um I showed him a picture the other day I was scrolling on Twitter and he was like oh who's that and it was like a like a glamour photo of Nia with the belt and I was like oh that's the Women's Champion my brother was like oh yeah that makes sense like look at her you know she should be Champion I love it so [ __ ] I guess we'll whip it back up to the beginning of the show tonight uh WWE Smackdown coming to us from Berlin Germany open up with LA KN yeah dude he's yeah I don't I feel funny I'm I kind of laughed at the theme song a little bit because I was like what was the point of this yeah you know people have been saying that they like the theme song but I feel it's like a little bit lesser it has like less of an like an impact like there was more like synthesizers in the other song and stuff like that and yeah it was kind of corny but like man that that OG one hits like crack this one kind of hits like a cigarette you know what it is I just wonder like what what's the thought process I wish I knew the thought process in like what why add random yeah I'm gonna say the thought process is that they that the last one was maybe de Rebel and now this one or not um was what was the last one CFO uh I'm gonna say I'm gonna say this one was CFO because he's had this one since NXT and you know uh I don't know if I don't know if this one's de rebel I was told that it wasn't and then I was told by somebody who would know who like really know because they're in the industry that it was so like I don't know what to believe but uh yeah it just doesn't hit like the old one used to pop for La night was insane out and uh he calls out for his Challenger it is answered by ludvig lud Kaiser like an Adonis even bigger pop for him uh they got right into it went right into La Knight versus Ludwick geyser La Knight eventually oops wrong graphic does get that win those are the only two pictures I had of them here tonight so in uh what what I took away from this match was that La Knight can switch from Mega huge over biggest guy second well second biggest guy in the company and or in SmackDown uh to like working more of a uh like a tweener like match you know because the crowd started getting behind lug Kaiser because of course that's you know his his hometown but uh and they were kind of booing Laie Knight's offense a little bit not a lot I mean I would say it was probably like 6040 but um yeah the the way that La Knight can transition into not completely wrestling as a heel but just kind of you know playing to the crowd and playing to the atmosphere and uh and and and just going with the flow and and the you know because I mean you had to expect that if it's going to be Louis V Kaiser coming out that it was going to you know they were going to automatically shift their uh shift their feelings you know uh I think that uh I think he played it pretty well like a confused baby face like oh no what's going on uh it came off great and I'm sure that everybody in the building knew uh not just in the building but the people that work there officials La Knight himself they knew what kind of reaction Ludwig was going to get here especially he's not even from the show it's crazy a surprise nobody expects to see him at all so and you know what the funny thing about Ellie Knight is is Ellie Knight's a guy that's never changed his character he just started beating up heels it's kind of like what you know I'm not making the comparison so don't don't throw me off the stream but it's kind of like the thing with uh Stone Cold Steve Austin when he started like he never changed his attitude he was just he was a beer drinking ass kisser and then the the the boss was like no you can't be Stone Cold Steve Austin anymore he's like oh hell son I'm GNA do what hell whatever the hell won and he started beating up the boss but he never changed anything about himself you know double he came out with the necklace chewing the gum double knee braces jacket jean shorts never changed anything about himself La KN the same thing he just started beating up bad guys I agree uh I'm kind of disappointed I I I even use the damn latest tag and and Twitter still [ __ ] up here so so but yeah just the memes of him going yeah I agree I agree with pretty much everything you said here this was a pretty good showing for ludick Kaiser as well in front of his fans I thought it was funny that he actually had the nerve to be like and if I win I'll be I'll I'll rename this the European Championship yeah bro don't don't tease me with that [ __ ] they're not bringing back that belt ever don't tease that [ __ ] okay if they were going to do it they should have done it with NXT UK just made the European Championship the NXT UK belt okay they're never doing it and NXT Europe is dead so that's never happening so just get it out of your minds that's why the European Championship never coming back it's a bad memory for Triple H oh yeah when he won it with the well no it's a failure they wanted NXT Europe and it won't be happening yeah but uh yeah [ __ ] we'll move on from there the next thing to take place was Apollo crew and Baron Corbin taking on Los Garda I was like what the [ __ ] that doesn't seem grammatically correct yeah Los Garza that's it anyway okay so I got something to say about this Baron Corbin has no business having a song like that way too good for Baron Corbin burn the sails is he like burn the ships is he associated with is he a pirate like is he associated with like I burning things I don't know what it's supposed to mean but I did want to say tonight a couple things one this crowd was crazy for Baron Corbin they wanted Baron Corin so bad and he was cooking I was like he doing Lucha things look at Baron Corbin out here he did a sick like a like a cutter like a suplex into a cutter oh yeah yeah that was dude I was like holy [ __ ] bar what the [ __ ] is going on yeah uh yeah he worked his ass off out there good for Baron Corbin or wrong goddamn graphic what is that keep coming out oh there it is they did lose though to Los Garza a pretty pretty a pretty good little TV match mag you any good match yeah yeah it was I thought it was good man I thought that uh you know I like when I like when like crowds like like like the uh the all-in crowd did for Jeff Jarrett you know when they were teasing the strut and he would kept getting interrupted and they were teasing the strut again you know uh and they were chanting for him Double J Double Double J and the crowd just going crazy for Baron Corbin tonight like I mean look Baron Corbin is a product of his own design because he lost his Money in the Bank briefcase because he yelled at a concussion specialist backstage and they were like yeah we're not putting the title on you for doing that didn't know that yeah so what happened was I guess a couple of days before he was going to cash in on Ginger and actually win they had everybody in the locker room uh come meet with like a concussion specialist and the concussion special specialist was like saying things and Baron Corbin was like uh actually I've actually uh played football and that's not what happens and I've studied this God and the guy was like no I'm pretty sure this is what happened and I think Baron would started like yelling at him and somebody had to like take Baron Corbin out of the room or something like that and then they came up to him and they were like yeah you're going to lose your Money in the Bank briefcase and three seconds to a guy who is like 0 and [Laughter] 100 that's actually insane that's Jack Swagger levels of I [ __ ] up my life yeah and you know and I mean putting in with Apollo crew isn't you know it's not exactly the best spot on the card because they're pretty much like one a and one B when it comes to you know just job one week they could be winning a tag match over herberto and and and uh and Angel and then the next week they could be on WWE speed losing to Pete dun in like you know 30 seconds or whatever but uh I dude I'm here for a Baron Corbin Redemption arc when they were doing the bum ass Corbin thing I was so invested and then they did the happy Corbin thing because Vince is out of touch and doesn't know how to keep a good thing going you know the bum ass corbman was the best he's ever been in his career probably since NXT when he was doing The Undefeated run uh but they got something man like you wanna you wanna you want to Kickstart Baron Corbin right now [ __ ] do it man I'm here for it he's a he's a um he's a constant presence on TV which is at least more than a lot of other people get a lot of other people get right now dude I I think uh if if La Knight's going to continue to do these uh open challenges I think that Ellie Knight and Baron Corbin could cook I don't know if they um it's kind of weird like I think I've said this before but it's kind of weird seeing Baron Corbin in this in this spot when they were when Vince was so heavy on him for so long even when it wasn't working yeah but you also got to think that Triple H was also running NXT black and gold back in the day and he would he went on an undefeated streak no one had kicked out of the end of days he won the um uh what was it the uh was it him and Rhino that won the dusty classic yeah yeah you know so he had like a major push in NXT behind Triple H but um I don't know man something must have happened because H is running the the main show now and he's just uh he's just in mid-card purgatory right now well he's also I would say they haven't given up on him because he's at least on TV and they're at least positioning him as a guy who could do some damage like you know Austin theory in a segment later on having to play like oh my God he could have kicked my ass yeah yeah yeah yeah no I'm like I like I said I'm not I'm not a baron Corin hater oh jbl's on TNA right now oh [ __ ] that's [ __ ] crazy I uh get that up on the page if you can't Asus that's nuts uh he' been doing the rounds lately yeah he's in gcw gcw he's in uh triple with Dolph Ziggler I guess that's what he's or excuse me Nick nth Nick I imagine that's what he's doing now what is he doing down there he's just staring at the ring right now looking at Nick nth I think neth just defended his title oh he wants to have the match that's insane let me see what he's doing no he's just staring at him I don't know it was only a 19c clip I didn't see the whole thing but um yeah also um Blair Davenport was with Riley Osborne when they went into the building today I I mean I know they're married but U there's a potential that uh Blair davor could appear on TNA which would be pretty cool very cool yeah says L GS have finally got a win feel like it's been ages it has I forgot they had a tag team name dude seriously seriously just keep just keep trotting elector Lopez out there please I want to see her in every segment please yeah she is beautiful but but here's the here's the thing I kind of had a feeling that Baron Corbin and Apollo crew were going to lose tonight after sanos ascar lost the uh lost his chance last week because you completely bury that whole entire team if they lose tonight that's pretty I mean they're they they seem to be building towards a split between Santos and uh at least Angel Garza I don't know what we're doing there but I think giving them the win and having Santos lose gives them like look at you what the [ __ ] are you doing for us yeah yeah yeah no I get that that's what I think we're doing here but yeah biggest thing to come out of this match is Baron Corbin not sucking was this match a big advertisement for what [ __ ] what was it the iron claw what were they advertising what this match yeah no I didn't see that I was just you know see giant it is the ironclaw IR claw okay hilariously I forgot that JBL used to be Baron Corbin's thing for like 3 seconds oh yeah he was yeah they got into the limo together yeah so we followed that up with a promo from the bloodline but mostly just Jacob uh Jacob uh [ __ ] solo sakoa Solo sakoa solo says that he doesn't care who wins between Kevin Owens and Cody rhs he is going to be the WWE Champion oh dude are they going to [ __ ] do this again I I hope this just like a Smackdown the first SmackDown on USA n dude they're they're going to do this at [ __ ] bad blood I know they are I I just know they are no way don't no they're not they've got they've got oh keep [ __ ] killing me they've got they've got Orton right there they've got Kevin Owens rematch like I'd rather see a rematch that's how crazy it is dude this JBL [ __ ] walked all the way down to the ring got in the ring stared down Nick neth they were like maybe uh like 2 feet from each other yeah JBL whispered something to him and then left the ring let me that's what happened let me pull this up sorry Smackdown friends see whispered something he went like this he he went like this to Nick neth put his hand up whispered something like this in his ear and then just walked away we're looking at it we're looking at it now yeah yeah I'm on the same as you yeah that's crazy okay well yeah [ __ ] anyway get him back to SmackDown but I guess Nick nth uh defeated Josh Alexander in the title match so they go that's very cool for them yeah that's very cool for them though uh TNA could very they could use something like that it's like it might not have made as big an impact on a aew show or or something like that as it did for TNA as it did for um uh gcw yeah know so yeah I'd like I like to see what else Abel is going to do here like is he leading to having a match with someone out there like what what is he doing these dates for you know I think I think JBL just showing up and maybe hitting a Clos line on Hell from somebody like he did on E in that ladder match with um with man Warner at gcw I think that I think that's just the draw like is anybody really like I mean not to say that there aren't people out there but is anybody really pining for another full JBL match or are they just ping for him to get in there and just turn around and absolutely [ __ ] send send send a corpse to a grave with a I'm allergic to uh Legend matches unless they're like they're still able to wrestle like I I'll still ask for a Brian match forever after he leaves you know but yeah but dude but getting back to SmackDown Corbin was cooking doing Lucha things clothes on off the top rope like dude put some yeah give give this man something please but um we did the bloodline promo so we had to follow that with Kevin Owens and Cody rhods okay this was [ __ ] weird I I think I know what they were going for but I feel like they botched it and so they look the Twitter is so [ __ ] I hate this help help August 16th November 23rd 2019 February 9th they just SmackDown just happened why would why would Kevin Owens clips from tonight not be on top and there it is so Kevin Owens comes out and um Cody follows up Kevin's Kevin reveals that Cody heard him's knee during this tour but he says it's been eight years since he first won a World Championship in WWE last time he won a title people said it was only because of Triple H so it tainted it I mean it was only because Triple H that he won the world title so Kevin Owens says what's gonna happen when he pins Cody rose on a bad leg Cody says you're crazy what are you talking about Kevin is like bro you didn't even get on your knee during your entrance Cody says Kevin call back I was like oh [ __ ] the crowd too they were like oh like oh [ __ ] nobody realized uh Cody asks Kevin you know when if I beat you will we still be friends and Kevin Whispers in his ears well I thought look like I don't have any friends he walked off it was something about I know the last one was friends no I think what Kevin said was you asked remember you asked for this maybe I definitely saw yeah but uh maybe for this for this yeah yeah that's what I'm saying definitely that that that makes sense too I um but for sure I I'm like okay well if they had been if they had made it like oh okay well um Cody's knee was was hurt all the time that's why Kevin Owens was like I don't want to do this cuz remember he was acting weird about the championship in the first place I don't want to take this title shot if they had made that if they had tied that in I would like okay well that's an interesting thing because now tomorrow he's gonna work the leg you know they're still going to do that but just the one detail of it happening on this European tour instead of before makes those first two weeks like so what were you doing then like what was why were you acting like a [ __ ] then like so uh the one the one part I liked about this is when Cody said you know your big your big moment of your career you wrestle your idol Stone Cold Steve Austin in the main event of WrestleMania 38 but what was everybody talking about coming out of that it was me being the the surprise opponent for Seth Rollins you know I was the whole Talk of the I was the whole talk of WrestleMania felt like I overshadowed he goes in 2016 he goes I left here he goes I left WWE he goes I went and I did things with friends of yours who are now friends of mine and when I came back I feel like you weren't a part of that so that you you felt anger about that that you weren't a part of it and that you were just here and doing whatever and now that I'm back you feel like I'm overshadowing you again so the the tone that I hear in your voice isn't confidence it's anger and there's the difference I didn't like that I didn't I forgot to mention that he uh he said something like I I had to as I was shooting up I couldn't take everybody with me I was like I was like Cody you dick yeah uh but great segment I thought if any if if a little weird with a whole new thing about the knee do you think him saying that he's not really friends with anybody anymore is an indication that he's not really friends with the bucks he's not really friends with Kenny anymore and anything because he goes I have very few friends in this business I don't know uh I don't know if he means that I think that's just perform I think with Cody nothing I don't think his interview answers I don't think his podcast appearances I don't think his television appearances all of that is kayf all of it is fake all of it is a suit the suit is a costume you put the costume on you know you go to work you know you take the costume out if you see Cody out there at Disneyland in some jeans with his wife that's Cody you probably won't even get to talk to him then you know you'll never know what that Cody is he's probably off yeah it's off don't even speak to him I wouldn't I personally would never I I don't I I see people uh because I grew up in New York I guess you see celebrities all the time I don't like bother my greatest fear is that I will say Hi and then start the wave of people begging for autographs by accident like yeah dude I um speciically just a little Sidetrack I was in a airport one time in Orlando Florida and I was taking there was like a a metro in the airport that you could take the different parts of the airport and I get on and I look over to my left well this is my right but I'm look over to my left and beanie seagull is there the rapper and I was a huge beanie seagull fan at the time because he was also doing homicides entrance so I was like oh [ __ ] so I walked over and his bodyguard was like he's not he's not not doing like autographs or anything I went oh okay and then Fel like walked around The Bodyguard and was like no no no and I could see beanie go like ah [ __ ] and he had to sign my autograph and then people who didn't know who he was but knew he was someone important like started swarming him and I was like oh dude he is gonna kill farel I yeah I I would never want to be that guy I saw Jacob Fu at the airport in January I didn't bother him he looked very scary though uh oh he's he's out of his walking boot by the way nice very nice I didn't I didn't notice all I guess he didn't uh I didn't see his leg tonight he would have probably seen him online or whatever uh they uh they did a six-man tag with the prophets and uh somebody else I forget I think it might have been the prophets and uh Cody is that a dark match no it was on the uh the the tour okay it was a house show yeah okay okay okay okay yeah so uh like we said Kevin always always been in the Cody's ear he walks off we follow that up with a segment from uh VA town down under Grayson Waller in Austin Theory Grayson Waller tells uh he tells Baron Corbin and Apollo crew who are backstage lamenting their loss that Austin Theory says their tag team is gonna fall apart he's instigating Baron Corbin's like I'mma whip your ass what are you talking about I don't even know you bro so yeah they uh but dude you know you know what's funny about this is that like I I know it's I know it probably wasn't genuine but I legitimately bought into Grayson Waller's like apology I thought it was really heartfelt you [ __ ] he would have gotten you to I know he was like he's like listen man he's like all my all my friends and family are back in Australia he's like I'm sorry you're my only family that I have he's like I legitimately apologize I'm very sorry and he was like we cool he's like yeah all right we're cool I can believe that I feel like I believe that he he he doesn't want to lose Austin Theory because maybe he doesn't have any friends or family here but he's also a [ __ ] yeah yeah he is yeah but it might be it might be enough to get people behind Austin theory if Grayson Waller can that's a big responsibility to put on him I think uh to have him have to get Austin Theory over so I think that Austin Theory attacking Waller doesn't do as much as Waller attacking Austin Theory yeah I think Austin Theory getting turned on by Waller when Austin theory was the one taking all of his [ __ ] and people like oh dude you [ __ ] with him for like six months and now you're turning on him you piece of [ __ ] yeah you didn't even let your buddy get come up in like oh you son of a [ __ ] but uh yeah I think it I think it does more if Grayson is the one that turns because if Austin turns it may be get buys him like three weeks but if Grayson Waller turns I think you can get a lot more out of it no Grayson Waller's definitely going to be the one to uh attack Theory eventually I just think it's got to be it's got to be big too yeah they've been building it for so long that it has to Happ after WrestleMania yeah yeah they were tag Champions when they were establishing this idea that they don't like each other but here's my thing is that I don't know that it's I don't believe that they're capable of doing it I'm sorry I don't believe that that whatever Grayson Waller is eventually going to do to Austin theory is enough to get the people behind Austin Theory fully I think that they may be behind him for a little bit but I don't know that I don't know that the pants fit I think I don't know that the pants fit yet we'll see though it's just a little segment so we got another video promoting Giovani Vin's return to WWE TV next week I can see the aura from here somebody on the uh somebody on the DSR Facebook post posted a photo and it was just a window of a department store and it said 0% interest and it really [ __ ] popped me it was really good was so good dude I that's [ __ ] great credit hold on I got to find that post it was um if he's watching right now uh it was Maddie Murphy here's the uh I don't know if you can see it that's perfect that's a perfect so our our last match that we're going to talk about tonight Andrade versus Carmelo Hayes in their fourth match yeah uh time and this time it wasn't clean it was it wasn't no the exposed turnbuckle oh [ __ ] you're right yeah uh but yeah no I thought this was great I thought this was excellent they had a lot of counters they knew each other because it's the fourth match uh like everybody's mentioning I think they are going to go all seven uh that would be cool because they didn't announce it ahead of time people didn't get a chance to complain about it something I have that's something I wish more people would utilize we need to stop announcing things now we keep giving people too much time to think about it and create their own ideas about what should happen What could happen what shouldn't happen abut yeah so cool stuff here I'd like to see the other three though we're already this far we're two and two they might do just one more you know so do you give the uh do you give the winner a shot at the United States Championship yeah you have to it's just started off as um it's really interesting actually I wonder at what point the decision was made to turn this into uh best of seven uh I don't know man I mean the the matches like this one I I think this was probably the weakest of the four even though that spinning back Andrade does all the time looks like it should put somebody in the ground for real because he just it's it's so good um you know I'm an aw Fanboy I think You' probably call yourself an aw Fanboy and I want to speak for you but I I can surise I've known you for 10 years I'm pretty sure I can say that I like the company yeah um but Andrade getting this Spotlight like right at like the nine o'clock hour with hrade for the past like six weeks you know with promos and matches all together uh andrade's been doing some he's just been doing some really good work man and uh carelo Hayes he had The Yips at the beginning with like the Cody thing and uh you know the Grayson Waller thing where they both landed on their head um well the Austin Dairy thing sorry the Austin Dairy thing um but man every match he seems like he's coming out of that you know he's coming out of that that whole Yips thing you know I called him Chuck noblock a couple of weeks ago like throwing the ball into the crowd for the Yankees and stuff but uh I think I was a little harsh because this match was great man they they have great timing like you said um they know each other now so they're they're countering so not only are they trying to like beat each other but they're also trying to block each other's signature moves and then pull something out that they haven't seen from the previous matches to hopefully get the win and uh yeah it it it's compelling stuff man it's really good uh it it's really good wrestling television I think these two if you had told me like six months ago oh Andrade and Carmelo Hayes are going to have a seven match series on television I probably would have told you you're crazy because Andrade was still in aw but but but I would I would go oh [ __ ] dude I can't [ __ ] wait for that and you know what I don't I I haven't been disappointed so far I mean I really look forward to these matches I agree I agree I can't wait to see how we cap this off hopefully we'll keep it going until B bla with a big old 20 plus minute finale but oh yeah you give him a seven minute you gave him uh match seven you give them 20 minutes on pay-per-view and they're they're they're going to cook a gourmet meal so uh that was the last match we had to talk about tonight on WWE Smackdown which brings us to our finale our final segments that is our jobber jobber jobber of the night jobber of the night there he is Mac who's your jobber the night my friend oh man um if I had to guess and I know I've been praising him but um you know what I no I'm not gonna go with Corbin I'm not gonna go with Corbin you know who I'm gonna go with I'm gonna go with awesome Dairy for believing that weak ass uh apology even though I said I was tricked but you made me think better in hindsight about it but yeah because Austin Theory's going to get his ass turned on everybody's been trying to talk since into him I remember Gargano almost did it right before their title match you know um and Kevin Owens has been trying to do it and Nick Aldis has been trying to do it and he's just GNA get what's what's coming to him you know it's been six months in the making and uh yeah he's gonna uh he's gonna get his [ __ ] pushed in so I understand who got is your jobber my jobber is gonna be solo sooa gosh this cuz you know you cut this promo to kind of um set up what's going to be happening after the pay-per-view and it just deflated me like oh this is what we're going back to oh yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah like uh okay so I was like okay solo you deflated me tonight job of the night solo you've been deflating me since you beat John Cena at in Saudi Arabia so we got our Mega star of the night yeah Ma I'm going Nia Jax she looked like a [ __ ] million bucks tonight man she looks so good she like i' said earlier I don't want to repeat myself but for people who are just turning in she looks like a completely different person she feels like a completely different wrestler she bumps now she's not just the girl that goes in there and just shoulder blocks you and beats the [ __ ] out of you um she's back to the uh I don't know if you remember the the the Nia Jackson Bailey match that they had for the NXT Women's Championship NXT in like 20 yeah that was like best match for years dude ni Nia has been having those matches consistently since she's come back every king of every Queen of the Ring match that she had was great the L the the um one with uh liia valkaria that was great the Bailey match at SummerSlam was great this one was great and whoever she has next and the story Line's great too not only is she putting on some kick-ass matches is and doing it looking like a [ __ ] like a mega star but she's also got the Tiffy thing too where that just adds another like Dynamic to the whole like situation I think the the the main event women scene right now with Nia Jax and Tiffy is just it's it's hitting on all it's just it's just cooking with gas and uh I'm really really and I don't think I would have said this three four years ago but I'm really enjoying Nia Jack she might be my favorite women's wrestler out of everybody in any company right now nice that's High High Praise yeah definitely uh I'm also going to call her the mega star of the night I'm not going to say she's my favorite women's wrestler in in the world right now but I she's definitely one of my favorites in the WWE I'm enjoying her work a lot and this particular night she was the main event in front of this hot crowd and international show very big show they trusted n Jax as the Women's World Champ as the women's champion of the world to go out there and send those people home happy or mad you know uh she did it and great [ __ ] great [ __ ] I'm I'm I I always thought she had the potential as a matter of fact when she was hurting people I thought that was just a sign of the [Laughter] potential but U yeah definitely yeah I'm I'm not going to say that um you know I enjoy watching a Nia Jacks match maybe more than I enjoy you know watching you know some stard of matches um you know like a Julia match or no but she's got her own Niche she's her own kind of wrestler yeah yeah I mean I would rather watch like a a Julia match or uh you know any any any start of match Mayo Otani any match like that but um if someone said hey uh ni Jackson mein had a 13-minute hardcore match at the end of SmackDown i' be like oh [ __ ] show me that yeah hell yeah yeah so man I really enjoy this tonight ma we never get to go oneon-one not always so this is really cool uh just to uh just to let the people know that uh I finished the uh 1999 spring Stampede sorry finished watching it got all my notes and uh me and Nick are probably going to uh do that podcast pretty soon they're going to break down they are just going they just decided to sit down together and break down the 1999 starcade event no no spring Stampede oh spring Stampede excuse me this is star yeah uh 1999 spring Stampede they're just gonna get together and talk [ __ ] about spring Stampede that sounds like a damn good time dude it's not really a lot of [ __ ] to talk it's actually like one of the last WC W shows that was like really good before like Vince Russo came in and just uh Vince russed up everything so know literally literally because he comes in what January 2000 they reboot everything dude I'm telling you I want to show the people right now I showed Jonathan earlier I have about 40
