okay now that I all called you now that I called you all my enemy let's be friends okay let's just make [Applause] up everybody want to be my friend of me I want to say one serious thing if you take one thing away from from tonight it's a very simple thing I believe very strongly in the power of therapy therapy therapy is the reason that I'm here therapy is the reason that I'm up here on a stage therapy is my life blood it does not make you weak or broken to ask for help it makes you wise it makes you strong it makes you smart to care enough about yourself to reach out for help please if you're struggling with depression anxiety please do not keep it to yourself talk to a friend talk to a parent if it's available to you please go to therapy it's incredibly important for you it will change your life if you haven't had a good experience give it another experience give it another try your life is always worth living never take your life from us your life is always worth living I have lost too many friends who thought that their life was not worth living please stay with us please we plead with you we need you we need you here we need your spirit we need your smile life is hard it's difficult for all of us we need each other stay with us go to therapy that's it
