there is one thing that people are overlooking in terms of the Chicago Bear schedule for the 2024 NFL season let's talk about this people what is going on yall fos forall back at it with another video post notifications so here we go there's one thing that people are missing about the schedule man we got to talk about it and that is the fact that it is super advantageous early on early on this schedule is right on the money I mean Chef K like perfect perfect because when we take a look at who we play in just the first what six excuse me eight games nine games potentially yeah the first eight nine games the first half of the schedule I mean we play some cake teams we play some very soft teams and we play teams that barely made the playoffs last year I'm talking about the only two teams that are playoff teams last year the Texans and the Rams and you wouldn't consider either of those maybe the Texans you would but I'm not ready to go there yet either of those like Elite Super Bowl contenders yet right I think they're both solid playoff teams but I'm not ready to go there so the schedule goes Titans Texans Colts Rams Panthers Jags and then you have the bye commanders Cardinals Patriots okay those are the first nine games of the Season there is not a single team in that schedule that had a higher secondary uh excuse me ranking per PF than 15th I'm talking about everybody was bottom half of the NFL in terms of how their secondary was why is that important because you have new rookie quarterback and cayb Williams you have all the weapons in the world you can go ahead and exploit these teams because you have the Weaponry to do so you have the quarterback to do so so you're not facing Elite defenses here folks you're facing very beatable defenses very beatable secondaries okay so that I feel like people are overlooking I know our schedule gets much tougher in the second half right we this is when we play the entire division that's so rare that we have to wait to play the Packers the Lions and the Vikings and it's important because so many times I feel like playing the division teams early on like your morale you would get just crushed because it's like hey they beat us and then it's just like you know it has a trickle down effect but this time you go ahead and you can build up the confidence by beating these beatable teams and be ready for when the Packers come to town be ready for when you play the Lions although we already played them pretty well last season but my point being is super advantageous early on and I'm going to give you guys my win prediction here uh in another video but just taking a look at the schedule again folks we're talking about teams like the Panthers teams like the Patriots uh teams like the Cardinals teams like the commanders these teams are not expected to be good right like we should be able to get these dubs fairly easily even with a rookie quarterback just because of how good the defense is just because of how good the weapons are now as far as the overall schedule I also saw this this is peror uh sharp of sharp football who basically went ahead and took the strength of schedule not just win percentage based off of last season's you know records for teams but based off of Vegas's projected win total for the upcoming season and the Bears have the third easiest schedule just based off of that so what Vegas is predicting in terms of the win totals for this upcoming season Warren sharp take took a look at that basically Consolidated for all the teams Bears a third they're behind I believe here the Falcons and the Chargers okay so we have an easy schedule we have to take advantage of it if if injuries on our side this is really going to be helpful couple other T bits here that I thought were interesting 10 of the 15 teams with the easiest schedule according to again the uh sharp football stat made the playoffs so 10 out of the 15 teams that had the easiest schedule made the playoffs nine of those 10 teams went over their projected win total the Bears win total sits at eight and a half and four of the 17 teams with the most difficult schedule did not make the playoff excuse me only four of the 17 made the playoffs so a large chunk of them 13 of them missed it that had the toughest schedule so my point is like the strength of schedule metrics these matter these show based off the data that hey having an easier schedule is a huge advantage and if the Bears are able to rack up the wins early on by the time we play the division we should have a little bit of a cushion to be able to you know if we falter in a couple of those games so to me I really feel like we're overlooking the fact that we got to get some of these dubs early on folks because in the second half again you play the Packers twice you play the Lions twice you play the 49ers um you know so there are some tough tough games later on but overall folks even still like the playoff teams you play this season Texans the Rams again these are teams that made the playoffs last year the Lions the Packers the 49ers right as far as I see that's so to me let's take advantage of that we got three straight home games two times weeks 4 through 6 weeks 10 through 12 like it is an advantageous schedule there is no reason we shouldn't be able to cross the eight and a half win total that's set by Vegas and I'm going to give you guys my win prediction here again in the video but man oh man I am so stoked to see if the Bears can take advantage of the schedule let me know what you guys think
