of the USA Olympics um and uh just this past summer and of course uh who some people regard as uh the goat of this uh this this era okay and for four time Champion uh Unitus MVP uh Steph Curry has signed uh a one-year contract extension worth 62.6 uh million according to Adrian wowski that's going to keep him there uh until um uh 20 2627 now um listen uh what's up with it Alex I know you're happy to there was a lot of speculation as to what uh Steph Curry was going to do believe it or not okay um there was you know Rumblings of him possibly joining you know LeBron and like I said um Steph Curry is not going to do that okay Steph Curry is not going to do that and um the person that I know that really has been talking about this uh the most is the brother uh Town Biz uh sports and entertainment definitely go uh check his his channel out uh salute the town Biz but he has said on numerous occasions as well as a couple of other people that Steph Curry is not going to uh team up uh especially uh with uh s uh with uh Lebron James well I I mean you know one year you you at this stage of his career uh Stephen you listen this is this is the reason why okay it's a couple reasons but the main reason is is okay we don't know where the the franchise is going okay for one you got a Draymond Green that is hit or miss with him okay because uh Dre Draymond Green looks to be uh from from what it looks like on the on the on the Downs slope of his career and on top of that he's uh doing pretty good in terms of media and stuff like that so we have to look at it from that on top of that you have Andrew Andrew Wiggins uh who you don't know what you don't know what to expect from uh Andrew Wiggins I mean he's he's a good player and everything but you you said uh Steph selling his soul to the devil that makes absolutely no sense that makes no sense he's not selling his soul to the devil I mean he he's the he's the he's the franchise you know what I'm saying despite what some people may think I mean let's just let's just call what it is I mean he brought four titles there and with along with the help of Klay Thompson along with the help of Draymond Green that that uh franchise has been uh flipped over upside down into an upward an upward uh type of franchise in in which you know he's made it a a marketing entity I mean some people knew about Golden State you knew about Run TMC back in the days you you knew about Rick Barry back in the days you knew about you know the uh you know the Philadelphia Warriors of course you know what I'm saying before you know every you know the change of everything but in terms of what people know to as now as uh well at one time was uh you know the city or you know the Splash Town Splash Brothers you know what I'm saying whatever you want to call it or whatever I I mean they he's he's made it a dynasty you know what I'm saying along with you know KD for a couple years or whatever but who do they talk about first regardless of what you want to say it's Steph Curry okay it's Steph Curry so he's not selling his soul to no devil or none of that other stuff Steph Curry could retire today he's still going to be a Hall of Famer Steph Curry could retired today guess what he's going to be in the Warriors Hall of Fame uh he's going to be first ballot all the time they always going to know every time you talk about the Warriors you're going to bring up Steph Curry okay so um you're going to have to explain what you what you mean okay because that to me that doesn't make any any type of sense you know what I'm saying and on top of that you got to realize the business uh the business ventures that he has there in um in the Bay Area you know what I'm saying Steph Curry is uh is is is a likable guy and I mean what what what is the point of him leaving now I know some people are like okay well yeah you know go ahead and uh leave you know there's no point in staying there because you know Klay Thompson uh had left but I mean that doesn't him um uh what's it called Klay Thompson leaving that's that doesn't really necessarily mean that Steph Curry has to leave you know what I'm saying those guys both of those guys are grown man you know what I'm saying and and you know when when Scotty when Michael Jordan had chose to retire was Scotti Pippen going to go ahead and just you know retire with Jordan no he was going to go ahead and make make other moves when Jordan went to the Wizards or whatever did was Scotti Pippen going to follow Jordan to the Wizards no and I only bring that up because you know they always link your name to a certain person and in this case they've always they've always linked uh Klay Thompson to to Steph Curry when you when you when you think of the back court you think of the Warriors you think of Steph and Clay you know what I'm saying or you think of clay and Steph however you want to put it or whatever but he's not selling his soul he's not selling his soul to the devil that that that makes absolutely no sense um he chose to stay another year and okay hey look will they be the same as as last year we don't know you know St is the face of going to State retired uh as a warrior okay say Steph Curry some people you know they going to argue with LeBron or whatever but listen in terms of like any goat status and who's ran his generation and stuff like that Steph Curry has the argument now some people going to throw their little arguments in the midst they going to throw Kawai cuz he don't want on LeBron's watch they going to throw in uh you know a couple other people that don't won you know during this time but for the most part and throughout the 2010s Steph Curry definitely does have the have the argument and on top of that he has the legitimate argument in terms of if you're going to have LeBron just automatically just pass up uh Curry like that well no you can't do that you know why because not only does he have a winning record in the finals all right he is an alltime leader and something and on top of that he stayed with his franchise throughout the duration listen we know about the phone call we know about him coming over there uh KD coming over there and everything like that but think about what I said KD came over there it wasn't it wasn't it wasn't the other way around I just did Steph versus LeBron debate well well see this is the thing I'm always going to listen I'm always going to have Steph Curry I'm gonna have Steph Curry above LeBron okay and I know some people gonna get pissed off I don't care how you feel about it okay and the reason is okay and on top of that listen he has a winning record in the finals has a winning record in the finals against LeBron uh on top of that you want to talk about alltime leader alltime leader in uh points which LeBron 20 Seasons all that other stuff okay well uh Steph Curry was able to come in and pretty much take over Ray Allen both Ray Allen and uh you know Reggie Miller all of them passed them up in less time so and I don't want to hear nothing about this oh well if there hadn't been a three-point line all this other stuff look he can't help the generation that he came through he could kill you through the mid-range he could kill you through everything else oh well well what position does he play well he's a combo guard okay okay you said man if if Kawai never got hurt oh Lord Oh don't know about Steph Curry oh my God and all this other stuff but guess what Not only was he injured and he was able to bounce back he bounced back with a less than 100% uh clay a less than 100% uh Dre and on top of that and was playing with uh new new pieces on the teams or whatever they were having new Steph Curry has had to deal with new pieces on the team every single time coming in having to play uh with a Demarcus coming com DeMarcus Cousin coming in having to play uh with Sean Leon coming in having to play with Andre e coming in having to play with a David West you know what I'm saying coming in having to play with a zaga jior come there have to play with CP3 come there have to play with Jonathan kaminga come there have you see my G you see my drift you see my drift what's up with it t you you know what I mean like do you know how like James you play ball um pull up you play ball uh BJ you play ball okay Steph in ch I'm pretty sure y'all play ball but I'm talking about my possibly he has a chance to become the sole owner of uh under arour he got real estate uh Ventures going on I think he built like a new uh tech center over there in Oakland or whatever um he's he's in the real estate you know what I'm saying he he's a businessman outside of him matter of fact uh when you look at him and you look at uh Patrick Mahomes they on the same [ __ ] and it's not cuz they light bright [ __ ] all right yeah they light bright but they both think the same way that's why like I wouldn't be surprised if uh pat pat Mahomes didn't play like no 10 11 12 13 Seasons or anything like that I wouldn't be surprised if he got a couple more rings and went ahead and bounced you know why because uh Pat Mahomes is cerebral right he thinking about okay life afterwards that's what that's what uh Steph Curry is doing too Steph Curry and and on top of that he's going to be able to move the same way think the same way and everything like that whereas if you look at like some of the average boxers and stuff like that they're punch drunk can barely talk CTE when you talk about football all this other stuff n he want to retire good be able to live good you know playing 20 plus seasons and everything yeah that's great you going to get the accolades and everything like that but hell you not you're not guaranteed to live another 20 years you said Steph's a Vil to be great or not taken away from his teammates most special things about him that's something LeBron doesn't have facts plus d Raymond with all of his bone headed decision suspension and fing out in the F yeah you talking about Draymond yeah yeah that was that was stupid and like I said you know Nola knows I [ __ ] with Draymond you know what I'm saying but you know he does he do some stupid [ __ ] yeah he do but uh we'd be silly to believe that if if Draymond I'm talking about Draymond when he won a defensive player of the year and all that stuff if if Draymond would to become available man I would have wanted him on the Sixers uh a lot of teams would have wanted him that's not to say that he'll lead a team or or no [ __ ] like that right but he would have became available if Draymond was a quiet guy and all this other stuff or whatever uh a lot of people uh would look uh Draymond uh differently and uh you know they would either look at him really really really you know okay well he's just he he's just a guy he doesn't really stand out but think about it him his attitude and stuff like that it could be a blessing and it could be a curse or whatever but like I said man he's on the down slope of
