Celeste #4: Uncertainty - R TOnline

what's up you guys and welcome to the next episode of Celeste on RT online in the last episode we finished up at a very intense chase at the end of chapter three against the ghost of Mr oshiro and we're finally making our way to chapter four The Golden Ridge and the uh the person who is playing forgot the controls I've been playing uh lots of Sonic Frontiers and uh I haven't been playing much Celeste bouncy clouds um but yeah I'm gonna record this maybe some other ones later but uh yeah tomorrow the new Pokemon comes out and I'm pretty excited for that whoa bird yo they're swimming who would have thought swimming in a platforming game oh can't go up yo who's that oh great you again well I didn't expect to see you up here I'm glad you're still in one piece I see you made it through the hotel did you meet Mr ocean oh I met him all right he chased me out of there after I cleaned up a bunch of junk for him oh that sounds like a fun morning ushero is a lot of sodium it's the hotel to him don't make him your project you know what I think I think this mountain drove you both crazy you know you're not the first person to say that maybe you're right how would I know if I were crazy I mean I see it the mountain can't bring out anything that isn't already in you but you got to be a few quotes short of murder that'll live up here in the first place right what are you even talking about no I'm just rambling like the old bat I am are you ready to give up I know a shortcut back to your car back off lady I'm heading for the summit sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between stubbornness and determination isn't it myself when I was young luck it mined the wind I feel like that's foreshadowing for what's to come in this level yep there's the strong wind okay I'm minding the wind do I just wait it out or is it just gonna keep going honestly I feel like it's gonna keep going ah how do I do that oh okay like that are those spikes I don't want to touch them whoa so the direction I hold is the way I go whoa these things aren't that challenging actually they're pretty cool I'm sure they're gonna put him in more challenging situations though oh the pink ones disappear okay all right and then we go this way and those are spikes noted oh okay that wasn't that bad okay for some reason I thought that was gonna be a secret room oh okay oh the wind's blowing the opposite direction okay use that to my advantage not like that okay we climb and then jump and then we jump right into the spikes how do I do that oh like that that was easy okay oh wait I didn't even hold left I didn't even hold right so you have to hold a direction otherwise it sends you in a random Direction down there jeez okay that I could see why that would be a little bit hard the timing on this thing is not that bad either I don't know why I said this thing they're clearly clouds I must be very light oh it's super intense wind oh but now it stops uh I shouldn't have went that way what the oh it comes back but okay whoa oh it's just letting us observe foreign why was it changing direction oh I almost died dude I am in love with the background of this level oh wait can I go that way let's go this way oh so you can influence the directions okay uh yo I'm so smart and then we don't have a dash wait a minute so we have to dash [Music] oh holy crap okay and then one van oh Jesus for some reason those ones are shooting out like super fast awesome we're getting so many strawberries it just keeps going I can't influence the direction oh that's how this actually isn't that bad I say that but eventually it's going to show its true colors Oh wait we're back here that was just all for a bunch of bonus strawberries but we want to actually make progress so we're going up to the summit okay can't go that way so we'll go this way this is cool I like these moving platforms and down we go another strawberry and then we're back here again oh a light I feel like we can make that jump if we're just like careful with her okay no how do we get there okay so which way have we not gone yet oh this way's blocked now what wait where do I go I can't go up that way oh wait a minute oh we can't change the direction on that one okay how about this way [Music] have we been here yet wait what's that hold on I feel like there's something I could do here [Music] damn it I gotta climb first and then Dash into it but then what oh it's just another strawberry I'm just dead oh no I'm not yes I am oh that's scary then we just hang on and knit how do we make that jump climb Dash and then we wait honestly we just keep wall jumping and then we can climb okay we didn't need to climb oh [ __ ] I didn't mean to do that ah we did it 29 strawberries but like where do we go from here all we've been doing is getting bonus strawberries and the paths keep closing up behind us is there something I'm missing It's gotta be a secret path maybe here no what do I do there's got to be something I'm missing maybe here ah [Music] that platform goes up this is there's something that I'm doing wrong here how do I get up there that's the way I obviously go but there's no other way to go okay you know what um just so I'm not wasting time here I'm gonna go ahead and pause the recording and we'll figure it out okay so I had the right idea the first time it was this block I just need to be elsewhere to orient myself while riding the block it doesn't seem that obvious from the start but considering how often you have to use these moving blocks should have made a lot more sense to me but um figured it out it didn't have to waste too much time on that it took me a little longer than I hate to admit climb okay so the parts on the Block that are the different color are the places you could stand on to change the direction which is what I'm gathering [Music] let me go up ooh the Jamil dots return you peasy ouch okay down we go and up we go I don't think we needed that we might have needed that [Music] okay we're gonna miss out on the strawberry but that's fine we've gotten like so many in this level okay oh there's a platform up there wait why is the strawberry so far down how the [ __ ] do I get that no no time for mystery I'm gonna get a move on Jesus man okay yeah [ __ ] that strawberry is impossible there we go [Music] can this wind stop oh you have to dash come on do I have to get on the other side but that doesn't make any well like okay I guess it does make sense well it shows what the [ __ ] I know I have to win oh bro I almost had it cool uh no no no this way oh I need to think whoa think this way that way climb and then we think and then we go this way take the bubble forget the strawberry Maybe I can do it without the platform let me see I cannot so let's go back this way then oh I preemptively use my Dash okay now what oh I just die okay forget that we're moving on oh ouch oh my God these clouds the timing is so weird all right what Balderdash oh I almost had it huh huh I did it which way do I go okay well this is just a bonus room with lots of wind which way is the wind blowing okay it was flowing that way I need to angle it up oh go oh the strawberry badge achievement yeah for 30 strawberries I'm guessing what the [Music] huh what I don't get it how the [ __ ] do I do that jump that jump wait a minute no it's not it's not impossible yes it is [ __ ] you strawberry I'm moving on I have time to places to be [Music] it's not very nice of you to break like that platform I don't weigh that much I could jump on clouds you know hello excuse me I do not appreciate that okay let's think about how the [ __ ] you can't even touch that because it's covered with spikes what wait a second okay now that that's gone okay that's out of the way then we go backwards right that spikes foreign okay I mean that's an interesting idea I suppose then we go back um here's the problem it's impossible to get back from there is it I think it is [Music] because we have to break that to get that far enough uh [ __ ] I [ __ ] up ah come on it's cool but it's also annoying like how the [ __ ] do I get back from there [Music] [ __ ] I'm trying to think about how I could do this I think it's impossible think this is the end of the road you guys um it's absolutely no way to beat this game it's actually uh unbeatable like seriously how do I do that [Music] do I just have to go around it like what's even the point of grabbing that thing is it a trap it's probably a trap so I don't think I grab it but like there's no way to get past it without touching the thing is there a way I can like make this platform wait for me like if I stop no it just keeps going what the [ __ ] well we're uh we're overtime right now but um this feels like a [ __ ] place to stop I didn't mean to dash damn it ah I did all right you know what [ __ ] it pausing the recording okay just to explain to you what the [ __ ] I just did I ran ahead of it I forgot to unpause the recording but you just run ahead of it you grab the thing and it moves the block away and then you're able to to move the platform ahead okay um but yeah that's about it for this episode of Celeste in
