myel Organics hair products ruined my hair you heard me ruined my hair I started buying their products back in like November 2022 and I know this because it's all in my like Target app I can see when I purchase things and I used it probably up until this year and yeah completely ruined my hair I couldn't figure out for the life of me what the issue was I got a blood test done to get like my hormones and stuff because my hair was shedding uncontrollably breaking falling out just a complete mess and I finally realized that was the one product in my hair routine that changed and that I was using consistently throughout this time period that my hair was just transforming for the absolute worst [Music] what's up everybody welcome back to my channel I am so gifted and we're about to talk about this myel Organics mess though the founder of myelle Organics or myel Organics has posted a video on her Instagram page basically um assuring her customers that her formulation has not changed but at the same time she's going viral again she went viral last year or the year before because she sold her company to PNG and now she is going viral again because people are stating that a hair product that is supposed to grow hair it's actually making their hair thin and fall out so people are alleging that her products are making their hair fall out so let's go ahead and listen to what the Tik Tock girlies have to say about this hair care line and how it damaged their hair [Music] la [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] so as of lately the consumers of Mel Organics has been complaining about bad side effects while using meel Organics products such as hair loss scalp irritation and many more bad side effects so Mel Organics was originally owned by a woman that goes by the name of Monique Rodriguez but it seems that she has recently sold her company to a guy by the name of John meller the owner of Proctor and Gamble and ever since this this happened people have been noticing that the formulas of meel Organics products haven't been the same so it's only right to believe that once she has sold her company the new owners of the company obviously had to have changed the formulas of the products but now there are public documents stating that Mel Organics contain cancer causing ingredients 10 side effects that people experience from using myel organic let's get it let's get up in these comments so I'm going to make myself small we going to start at the top Mrs said I tried to tell people made my scalp burn for days sores on the scalp hair loss I stopped using immediately and my hair is recovering with Minoxidil unique me said this product also took my hair out and I can see clumps of hair going down the drain whenever I wash with shampoo I think clumps of hair was the most common phrase in this post then we have girl that's Coco she said this happened to my sister we tracked it back to this damn oil she also s suffered from dermatitis Shake in my head Lex came in and said this oil gave me really bad headaches someone else in the comments was saying that they were suffering from migraines and they never got migraines before so I stopped using it after 2 days after seeing this I'm glad I stopped doc Kim said I've been having scalp irritation there were people that were saying that their scalp was was inflamed bleeding I thought it was from the braid I literally just washed my hair and it's itching already you got to stop using that product but don't run hold up we got more you already here you might as well stay this one says I used it and I noticed my hair was dry and breaking horribly I developed psoriasis I would comb my hair and handfuls of hair would come out same for my daughters I'm livid Ash said this makes so much sense I'm wearing a new hairstyle and thought it was the hair causing the IR itation my scalp was literally raw okay raw my spouse developed itchy scalp after using this all right she said this gave me a chemical burn now if you know a chemical burn if you ever had a relaxer that sat too long yeah that that's a a chemical burn love life love life said uh I used the oil and got scabs literal scabs I thought maybe my hair wasn't thick enough it's wavy and thin silly me unique me oh I think I already put that let me bring yall the 10th side effect I lost that 10th comment but it was something about dermatitis like people were over here going to the dermatologist okay thinking that they were going through menopause or that they were sick people were actually thinking that they were sick anyway I made this post for y'all in the comments who are saying that oh they're not using it right oh my God they're using too much no it's more than one person it's more than 10 people it is over 10,000 people who are sharing the same story so go to the top of my profile check out that pin post and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about the girls are finally talking about May so if you haven't heard there's been like an influx of videos about people who use myel or Mel um hair products and are now saying hey like my hair is falling out from these products the company recently did sell I believe and people are kind of like connecting to that like oh this she's the formula this this and that but for me I've actually experienced this whole hair falling out from their products before they sold be a big mayow meow I still don't know how to say their name properly but it doesn't matter I still used to be like a big I used to be a big fan of their products and two years ago um they had like you know they had their like annual Black Friday sale where I for like everything's like $5 whatever and I specifically bought the Rosemary line and I think it's like the pomegranate one the one that comes with the pink bottle and I remember buying a the deep conditioner conditioner and some styling cream in the Rosemary line and then the pink um one for the shampoo and I remember consistently using that like that was all that I would use at the time my hair was like kind of shoulder length a little bit past my shoulders and it was very even this is most part important part my hair was very very even over time after using those products I noticed every time I was in the shower just my hair was just shedding and just shedding and just falling out and every time we get out the shower like on the shower floor like my hair is just there and I'm like why is there so much hair So eventually I did of course like link it back I'm like okay I'm using these new products I don't know what the heck is going on so completely stopped decided to kind of blow dry my hair press my hair see what the heck is going on like I told you shoulder length very even hair after I did that the crown of my hair so the crown it would kind of reach like around here maybe it broke off to the point where it was above my eyebrow and I'm like hold on like what is going on so like me I like I panicked it but I like I said linked it to the new products and I was like I'm not using these anymore I hair care products are currently Under Fire And if you've been affected and you're losing your hair because of these products I'm very curious to see what you have to say people were losing their hair from Tres and OGX hair care products I made extensive videos about that because although these companies claim that they don't put harmful products in our hair care products they do now Tres and OGX have been big companies for a long time but myel last year was bought out by Proctor and Gamble and this originally was a blackowned hair care line tailored towards black people just like what happened with Tres and OGX if you go on the Amazon reviews for myel you can see how many people are saying that their hair is falling out from these products so obviously people are really angry about this and there is a lawsuit going on right now because they violated prop 65 which is a law in California that makes companies put any cancer-causing chemicals on their uh product list or ingredient list rather and there was some things that were left out I saw a screenshot of this lawsuit I actually was not able to find this lawsuit on Google so if anybody can find it let me know and put it in the comments but unfortunately pretty much every single hair care product that you can buy on shelves in regular Stores um they have cancer causing chemicals in them as we all know things come out and uh pretty much everything we use causes cancer now there are people who are saying maybe people's hair is falling out not because of myel because of some other reason which could always be true um but anytime time an entire group of people start to say that something's happening to them because of some sort of brand I'm going to open my eyes to that because um I don't trust these companies to put it very plainly and they're obviously going to say oh we didn't change our product we didn't do this we didn't do that it's not from our product because they're trying to save their brand so again if You' have been affected by this and you are anybody who has lost hair after starting to use myel or while using my L put it in the comments I'm very curious to see because listen there are a lot of people who have have a great result from myel they love the products and they've never had any issues but there are plenty of people that are so let's hear those people like everyone knows I've heard a lot about this my Organics lawsuit SLC controversy I did some digging into it that you do not have to I'm a lay out all the facts then from there make your decision as you must there's a lot of information and a lot of misinformation swirling around here's what happened I'm going to start from the beginning this is Monique Rodriguez she is the CEO and the founder of my Organics from the beginning she stood 10 toes on the fact that she want to use healthy ingredients to make your hair your skin your scalp all that healthy over the past 10 years this company has grown like crazy okay she went from being a small business owner to being in retailers like CVS Target Sally's Walgreens all of them now if you weren't riding with myel from the beginning you might have got put on when a certain Caucasian Creator over here put this Rosemary mint oil on her top Amazon purchase of 2022 list this led to masses of Caucasian people buying out this oil selling it out and naturally the core audience was kind of irritated cuz it's like why are y'all selling out an oil that was not meant for y'all a year later in 2023 Mo'Nique sells my Organics To PNG now you might be like PNG I don't know that brand yes you do PNG is actually an umbrella consumer packaged goods company so what that means is while you might go to the store and pick up some shower gel and it's not going to say PNG on the brand it's going to say olay on the brand which is owned by PNG so it's basically the same thing I would be willing to bet that you have at least one of these brands in your house somewhere they have Brands like Bounty charman tide Covergirl Olay black household fave healer of all vix paper rub as well let's see she sold the company under one condition that she would still be active CEO and still would be very involved in the company here's where it starts to get a little shaky so ever since this merer took place women everywhere are coming forward with like hey girl my hair is falling out in clums others are like hey girl I have skin dermatitis now others are like hey my scalp is literally burning essentially accusing her of changing the ingredients in the products now this is not a super farfetched accusation this happens all the time especially when you're going from small business to mass producing a lot of these larger companies are rich and are so wealthy because they keep the cost down not super farfetched to change your ingredients to more low cost ingredient keep these big companies rich now before I go any further I'd like to encourage everyone to take what I'm about to say with a grain of salt if you Google my organic 2024 lawsuit nothing comes up there is one Reddit thread that contains a document that is linked to a filing I do not know the vality of this filing but I do think that if it is real there's a couple important things to point out because I think a lot of the information of it is not being communicated properly now this is the document that comes up when you click that link in the Reddit thread and you can see my Organics name is all up and down it but I do want to call your attention to what's going on at the bottom here I think that the overall narrative is that mayelle is being sued because their products contain cancer containing chemicals all these different things however this lawsuit particularly only calls out one product the myo strengthening shampoo and it says the chemical that's actually in it and it basically accuses it of being in violation of Proposition 65 now I did not know about Proposition 65 until I moved to LA about a year ago and I started seeing these warning labels everywhere essentially what Proposition 65 says is that there is a list of 900 different chemicals that are known to cause cancer birth defects reproductive issues if your product contains one of those chemicals you are required to put this warning label on it that says hey just so you guys know before you consume it it has this chemical in it essentially the lawsuit is saying that one of their products the shampoo did not have this wearing label on it and so now they're being sued for not disclosing that information if you're unaware the mielle Rosemary growth that was going viral last year for making your hair grow is supposedly making your hair fall out and I need to know because I was convinced I was losing hair and I was using that product I went to doctor's like I went to the I literally thought my hair was falling out and I couldn't believe when I saw my Tik Tok forie page that it was happening to people that were using the Rosemary Growth Oil and I you know I was using that as a pre-shower in braids like please tell me this is a lie I literally stopped using it only because my trichologist gave me something to use for hair but I need to know if this is real because I just feel like I can't trust any like Brands anymore like how is that real there's no way that a product that is supposed to make your hair grow is making your hair fall out girls were spooked spooked and
