[Music] checking your switchboard is an essential step before reporting a power outage to us your switchboard can usually be found in your meter box either inside or outside your home when you check your switchboard if any of the switches are in the off position this could be the reason your power is out turn the switch back to the on position and check if your power is back on if the switch won't stay on turn off and unplug any appliances that you have plugged in including any outdoor water pumps try to turn the switch back to the on position in your switchboard if your switch does not stay on you'll need to contact an electrical contractor if all of your switches are on in the meter box and you still have no power check the tas network's website to see if there is an outage in your area if your location is not listed you can either report your outage at our website or by calling us on 132 004 [Music]
