My fiance is very excited. I'm talking to you both today. Oh, wonderful. Yeah. She said. Who more? And for which reasons? Obsessed with Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Yeah. And loves The Northman. And, she had a great time. Yeah. And she moved to the. Yeah, it's been for the entire film. To be fair, I was singing Backstreet Boys a lot this morning, but I can't remember now. My apologies. That's right. It's all good. Guys, congratulations on the film. Thank you very much. This has been a big passion project for Kate Windlset, so I wanted for you both. What? Your kind of first experience of meeting her for and how quickly you said yes. And why you said yes to to her. Well, I said yes when my agent said Kate Winslet wants to get on the phone with you. Does it feel like you want to know what the project is around care? No. I'm in. I'm in all the way with Kate. Yes. I mean, I mean, I exaggerate, but not by much. That's kind of how I felt. It's Kate Winslet. I've never worked with her before, but when you get an opportunity to, to dive in and work for, on on something like this with one of the greatest, then you just do it. And, and then when we got on the phone, She was. So again, like you said, she spent many years trying to to get this done, and it's been, so much time thinking about the characters and the relationship when she's so passionate about it that, there was no way I was going to not do this and jump in with her and just, to be around that, that force, that energy and that that, and that just a creative force that she is, is, was something that I was very, very excited about. For you, I was a bit different for you as well. You know, it was different. But I was at my reaction was basically the same, which was if I feel like I can actually pull it off, I would love to work with her. And then it was revealed to me later who the rest of the cast was, which I was glad of, because I would have probably been too scared to do it if I had. But, yeah, you know, she reached out because she felt I shared resemblance with David Sherman. And we sort of spoke a few times and we read scenes together because we both wanted to make sure it was actually going to work. And I had fear about people's preconceived notions of me tonally, that putting me into this would take people out of it. But she assured me that would not be the case. So I trusted her because I wanted to work with her. Yeah, yeah, I this is the thing, right? I love so many people who are labeled comedians, but they're so good at drama. I don't know, it just seems to fit so well. Did it, did it become easy for you because you're so. People are so used to seeing you as a certain thing. Something that Kate told me is that people have watched the movie and when it ends, they didn't know it was me, which I think is probably the biggest compliment I could ever have gotten for trying this. Yeah. I obviously follow comedy very closely. I have seen a lot of comedians do dramatic work and be incredible and inspire me, and I've also seen it go the other way where, you know, you watch the trailer and you're just like, nope, and no, no shade on anyone. Like it's hard. And I think for me, I treated it the way I treat any comedic role, deciding if I'm going to do it or not, which is do I think I can actually do it? Do I have something to say by doing it? And, will it be something that I have a take on really? And in this case, I felt like I did, you know, I've done semi dramatic things before. I did a movie called Celeste and Jesse Forever with Rashida Jones. That was another one in a row. When I read it, I was like, oh, I think I can actually, I have a weigh in on that one, you know, and you follow your instincts and just hope it works out. Yeah. Just final question for you both. And if, you have a day off and your local theaters showing a something from Kate's catalog, what's what's the film? You're gonna pay your $10 to, to watch all over again? I mean, I go back to Eternal Sunshine over and over again. Yeah. Pretty sure everybody says that, right? That's that's my. No, it's just also collaboration with Ellen Kuras as well. Yeah. Yes. Eternal sunshine I mean avatar two those are up there. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. No Titanic, no time to die. I mean, you don't have to go to the theater to see Titanic. It's on every channel, every channel, every 20. I haven't seen it yet. Oh, my God, it's so funny. It's hilarious. DiCaprio is so the force of comedic talent. Guys, thank you so much. Time. Thank you. Yeah, we were amazing. Thank you. So. Ladies and gentlemen, you are watching. Hey, you guys. Yeah, you guys are you guys? I That's what they all say. You guys. Hey, guys.
