How We Ended Up in Margaritaville: Trolley Ads, Bad Hips & the Perfect Lot!

a lot of people want to know how Jim and I ended up here in Margaritaville Jim and I were living in Savannah we've lived here in the Low Country since 2011 we lived in a condo we lived upstairs one day he tells me Penny my hips hurt I don't want to climb stairs anymore I'm like okay so he works for the Trolley company and Margarita Ville has been advertising on the back of the trolley he goes let's go check out margarit B I said okay this is 2021 and we met Caleb and we decided on the model that we like and we decided on the lot that we like and Caleb said it's not available so har rat Caleb every Saturday for several months until he finally called and said our lot was available and we got the lot we wanted the house that we wanted we got to pick out the finishes took a little while took about 18 months to build but at the end it was worth it and now Jim plays pickleball like six times a week and we drive a green golf cart which he had said if you had ever told me I was driving a green golf cart and playing pickleball I would have told you you were crazy well let me tell you Jim is no crazy cuz we have both that's my story on how we ended up here in Margaritaville it's a story very similar to everybody else's my name is Penny Rocky if I can help you find your slice of paradise reach out to me
