yes that is the black referee and this is the latest one Sam Allison and this is Rah reny 15 years ago he was the only and last black referee to officiate an English Premier League game prior to that I don't know if any other black guy has been in charge of of a top five football game in England but it's a good development to see that there are changes now and we look forward to more of it in the future because if you consider the ratio of how much black players have played in EPL over the years compared to how much offic officials have been in charge of the game over the years it's you begin to question why the game is the way the game is sometimes or what are the criterias for selecting a referees or for being a referee at that level maybe there are referee because I knew a few referees right now at the grassroot levels but I'm wondering will they ever make it to the top like orah Ry and Sam Allison referee Sam Allison appreciated today's game
