so everyone's talking about this new true crime docu series on Peacock called Nick Rossi a fugitive faking his death in the last episode they introduced this really interesting Side Story and I think there might be a lot more to it than they want you to know and I'm gonna ask this really weird question is Nick Rossi Nicholas alivian author Knight is he and inadvertent hero buckle up this is true Fringe my name is Mike [Music] stbs some of these true crime series have very very intricate side stories that might not be important to the storyline they're trying to maintain but this one had a story I could not ignore as it falls Direct ly into my wheelhouse Nicholas Rossi AKA author Knight was living in Scotland but he was facing rape charges in Utah and a prosecutor named David levette was trying to get Nicholas extradited back to Utah if you've watched the docu series then you will know that this man who calls himself author Knight is very cunning and he has set out to discredit and embarrass the prosecutor in any way possible and I guess you could say he found some [Music] gold apparently David levette had a neighbor named David Hamlin David Hamlin was facing charges of child abuse himself Hamlin was a hypnos therapist and allegedly was using hypnotism to make it easier to abuse kids his wife found out about this and was divorcing him and levit gave evidence in court against Hamlin so according to levette Hamlin wanted to get revenge so he hypnotized a patient into believing that levit was the leader of a satanic cult in which they would do all sorts of crazy things to kids even eating them and murdering them Hamlin then encouraged this woman to go to the police which she did and they put together 151 page document of her stories and allegations Nick somehow got a hold of this 151 page document shared it with the sheriff back in Utah and it ended up costing David levette his career in politics but levit still got Rossy extradited but when you begin to look into the story a little further the story in the documentary may not be completely true was this an act of Revenge on Hamlin's part or was it a real Cry for Help from a real [Music] victim we are now learning more about the man arrested and charged in Utah County on suspicion of ritualistic child sex abuse also his ties to Utah County attorney David levit who will not be allowed to prosecute the case Fox 13 investigative reporter Adam heritz is in studio tonight with more Adam Kelly there are a number of reasons why the Utah County Attorney's Office might have a conflict of interest not just because levit named himself as a suspect earlier this year he's also given multiple statements about his relationship with David Hamlin and some of the alleged victims as you're about to see the nature of those statements have changed over the past 2 years would you mind riding in the back of a police car men and women alleged David Hamlin used positions of power as a father a therapist a neighbor and as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to ritualistically abuse children he was arrested Wednesday morning but investigators say he probably won't be the only one I have nothing to hide until Hamlin's arrest Fox 13 News chose not to identify any of the subjects of the investigation but that did not stop Utah County attorney David levit from outing himself as a suspect in June and describing his relationship I prosecuted the therapist in Jeb County for poaching a deer he poached a deer to use for Rich realistic purposes this therapist was my elders corn president in the Church of Jesus Christ latterday Saints he was my neighbor I had a family connection during that same press conference levit described his accuser as tragically mentally ill she's one of the same women who accused Hamlin and others shame on you for doing that that's it's uncalled for he said tragically mentally ill woman five times to attack their their mental health status as a way to credit them and it was clear that that's what he was doing and that's that's just not okay there there is no organized ring of abuse it was it was debunked more than 10 years ago but watch and listen more than two years before that press conference levit sat down for a different interview and was asked if he thought ritualistic sex abuse was real he went on to describe Hamlin and his own accuser calling her a victim do I think it occurs yeah I think it occurs I know some victims of it yeah they they I know some victims of it I I was not in a position to prosecute it who was into Native American stuff had kill deer and get deer hearts and drink their blood and drink the deer's blood at the time levit was under investigation by Homeland Security these clips are now evidence in that case how do you train a dog to roll over when it's time to roll over you know you do it by giving a reward and [Music] repetition in the news report there's no mention of Hamlin hypnotizing this woman to give the police false information if she did then it backfired on Hamlin as he got arrested for it the Utah police are still investigating this and they say that more arrests are coming this is a very different story than what was told in the documentary series it seems to me that they needed levit to look like a hero but there actually may be something to all of these allegations Nick Rossy Arthur Knight he's still a terrible human being to say the least in one clip David levit says that there is no ring of people doing rituals that include children in fact he says it's all been debunked about 10 years ago but then in another clip he says he knows that these rituals are happening and he knows people that have been abused within those [Music] rituals so here's the thing this is Utah and the Mormon church has a really bad reputation of the way that they treat kids like 50-year-old men marrying 13-year-old girls and kicking young boys out of the family if they question the beliefs or practices of the elders in Utah child abuse is only a misdemeanor until now check this out with tears in her eyes and her voice shaking Cara decid to testify about the girl in this picture I'm speaking up for her she's the bravest little the bravest little girl her testimony convinced a panel of lawmakers to move forward with a bill that would criminalize ritualistic sex abuse many of the details surrounding that type of abuse are so graphic we can't even describe it on television this is horrific heinous vile so my question is why has it taken until the year 2024 to criminalize ritual abuse in Utah now I contend that if you are high up in politics within the Mormon Church you know that there are factions that are doing ritualistic stuff all the time like let's say if your name is Mitt Romney or even if your name is David levette you know about this stuff I think it's very weird that you would need to even pass a law on this but maybe it's because some of these Mormon pedophiles think it's infringing on their freedom of religion but here is some of the language in the law the bill would prohibit the following acts as so long as they are intentional and cause substantial psychological distress or bodily injury to a child causing a child to participate in or witness the torture mutilation or sack sacrifice of an animal the dissection mutilation or incineration of a human corpse the causing of serious bodily injury to an individual beastiality sadistic or masochistic activities the ingestion or external application of human bones blood flesh human vomit animal vomit saliva urine semen feal matter or other bodily secretion an activity that would constitute a criminal offense in the second part of this says this causing a child to enter or open a grave containing a human corpse or remains participate in a mock unauthorized or unlawful marriage ceremony as an individual being married to another individual or a fictional representation that's important I'm going to come back to that in a second ingest inject or otherwise intake a chemical compound narcotic drug hallucination or anesthetic the list goes on and on and my guess is a lot of this stuff wouldn't be in the actual bill if these type of rituals including all of this stuff wasn't actually going down concerning the line that prohibits a child to participate in a mock marriage ceremony there is a belief within the hierarchy of the LDS church that when they die they will then be a God over their own Planet so while they're still here on Earth they can collect wives for the afterlife all they need to do is host something that they call a Celestial wedding someone very close to me was kidnapped for this very purpose the victim was gone for three horrifying days and when she finally came back home she had no memories of what happened to her so over the next 10 years or so I would ask this person do you remember what happened when you were gone for those three days when you were kidnapped what did they do to you and I would often get responses like this well I don't even really remember any of it but it does kind of ring a bell and I definitely don't know what the people did to me and needless to say I would get really frustrated because I knew it happened and it had always worried me and plagued me through the [Music] years but then 15 years later this happened the victim went through some sort of spiritual counseling and she was able to regain all the memories so someone in her friend Circle began to groom her until one day they decided it was time they came over to her house and they started drinking the next thing she remembers is that she woke up in a bathtub with her hands and feet tied and she was wearing a wedding dress she began to get back some blurry memories of her standing at an altar with an older man then the next thing she knew she woke up in a cop car and was being dropped off at her [Music] house so that's some crazy and wicked stuff that some of these cult religions do but let's go back to the accusations about David levit David levette claimed in the docu series that this was all politically motivated so he wouldn't win the election that he was in but the sheriff says different good evening today Utah County attorney David levit called for an investigation into the Utah County Sheriff's Office over a case that he says he believes may be politically motivated the sheriff says the child sexual abuse investigation has nothing to do with politics KSL investigator Daniela Rivera joins us now live to explain Daniela well that's right tension between the top prosecutor and the sheriff here in Utah County reached a very public boiling point today both holding news conferences accusing each other of abusing public resources and authority and if there is such a link then I call upon him to resign Utah County attorney David levit calling for an outside investigation into the sheriff's office after this vague announcement Tuesday of an investigation into Old claims of ritualistic child sexual abuse I don't know what they're investigating but during his news conference leev it brought up a 2012 case against a therapist that was dismissed I learned that my wife and I were part of those allegations alleging that we were guilty of cannibalizing young children and murdering young children levit believes a victim statement naming him and several others was leaked as part of a political attack he says the claims are 100% false but when we asked why the case was dismissed he could not provide details well this case was dismissed almost 10 years before I took office and you have access to the case File then correct I I can find it yeah it's in the archive someplace have you not looked at it no it's going to take several days this is not a politically motivated investigation Sheriff Mike Smith says their investigation started when a victim came forward a year ago and they believe the old claims deserve a new look he said several other agencies including the FBI are involved in the investigation I believe that levet is using his authority and his Pulpit to bully distract and mischaracterize the facts of an ongoing investigation and he took aim at lit's claim that the victim who named him years ago is mentally ill how dare you so my question is is Nick alivian Nick Rossi author Knight this big fat douchebag is he the Catalyst of all this investigation happening right now because he's the one who obtained the 151 page document that named names and even got David Hamlin arrested David levit claims that this was a Revenge plot by David Hamlin but Hamlin it backfired on him if that was a Revenge plot if this is indeed true Nick Rossy this lying rapist woman hating manipulator inadvertently may be a hero and have stopped some of this ritualistic abuse I don't know what do you think leave a message in the comments having said all of that the world
