Hotel Workers Strike, Labor Day Weekend 2024

uh my name is Mark Jason uh Hilton Haan Village um Department uh housekeeping uh we're doing the strike because um we are fighting for our future because living in Hawaii is very expensive we have this strike for 3 days and then after that if they never make any like negociation or settlement and then we will continue to walk through until we win this fight I will fight for my future not only for my future but for my co-workers family we will fight for our benefits for our Medicals there's a lot of things that we need to fight for our wages our workload because they're really really giving us hard time especially during visy times it's really hard working in hotel so we were asking what we deserve to survive living in Hawaii because living paycheck to paycheck it's very hard so local five will help us to fight for our um Futures and for our rights
