Daniel Craig & Rachel Weisz Stun at Venice

Daniel Craig allowed his spouse Rachel Weisz to  take center stage on the red carpet at the Venice   Film Festival's Queer premiere on Tuesday. The 56-year-old actor and 54-year-old   Rachel looked stunning together as they  posed for pictures wearing an all-white   suit and glossy brown shoes. Daniel kept his hair styled in   the shaggy blonde hair he has been wearing  lately, accessorizing with huge sunglasses. His new hairstyle, which seems to be  for his upcoming movie Wake Up Dead Man:   A Knives Out Mystery, which started filming in  June, has caught fans off guard in recent months. Rachel, meanwhile, looked stunning in a glittering   blue strapless gown and a  brilliant diamond necklace. Rose Bertram made a striking  impression elsewhere on the   red carpet while wearing a striking crimson gown. The 29-year-old Belgian model showed off  her sideboob in the halterneck dress,   which has a ruffled skirt with flowers. She wore perfect makeup and accessorized with   delicate silver jewelry and a  tidy bun for her golden hair. In addition to striking blue heels and a dramatic   red lippie, Tilda Swinton looked  stunning in a white maxi dress. Taylor Russell, the ex-girlfriend of Harry  Style, continued her amazing fashion parade   at the Venice Film Festival by showing  up to the star-studded Queer premiere. The thirty-year-old Canadian actress looked  stunning in a black silk thigh-splitting   gown during the celebration of  the Daniel Craig-starring movie. In addition to its elegant design and  sensual, translucent lace accents,   the outfit included an  integrated cape for added glitz. She chose a sleek, natural makeup look to  highlight her lovely features and boosted   her height with matching black pointed shoes. Based on William Burroughs'  semi-autobiographical novella,   Queer, directed by Guadagnino, stars  Daniel Craig as American expat and   war veteran William Lee, who develops a  romantic relationship with a younger man   named Eugene Allerton (Drew Starkey), a  heroin addict and former Navy serviceman. According to early assessments, several of  the most important scenes in the film are   extremely explicit, which may surprise viewers. In one particularly well-reported scenario,  Daniel engages Allerton in oral sex. Speaking at the Venice Film Festival, Daniel  discussed the candid gay love scenes in his new   movie Queer, saying, "We just wanted to make it  as touching, as real, and as natural as we could." Daniel has provided "the performance  of a lifetime" in Queer, according   to Venice Film Festival head Alberto  Barbera, who also expressed surprise   if the British actor isn't nominated  for an Academy Award the following year. Craig would receive his  first-ever Oscar nomination. La Biennale di Venezia is organizing the  81st Venice International Film Festival,   which takes place on the Lido di  Venezia from August 28 to September 7. During the festival, Sigourney Weaver will be   presented with the esteemed Golden  Lion for Lifetime Achievement award. In the movie, Allerton first turns off  Lee's approaches but then gives in. It's pretty explicit and a long way from Bond,   according to a source. Craig  is excellent in the movie. Daniel has provided "the performance  of a lifetime" in Queer, according   to Venice Film Festival head Alberto  Barbera, who also expressed surprise   if the British actor isn't nominated  for an Academy Award the following year. Daniel had "a couple of sex scenes that are  quite full-on," Barbera said to a journalist. Guadagnino stated in an interview that   "Queer will be my most personal film."  It's an homage to Pressburger and Powell. "The Red Shoes is a film I've  seen at least fifty times,   and I believe they would enjoy Queer's  many, highly scandalous sex scenes." Although written between 1951 and 1953,  the novella wasn't released until 1985. A   significant portion of it was composed following  the passing of Burroughs' spouse Joan Vollmer,   whom he shot in the head during  a Mexico City drinking party. At that moment, their four-year-old kid was  present in the room. Burroughs initially said   he was attempting to shoot a glass off  her head in the manner of William Tell,   but he later claimed the gun misfired. He fled to the United States and was found  guilty of homicide while he was away. These days, Daniel shares a home with actress  Rachel and their little daughter in New York.
