hi comrades your KVs the department of post has issued orders on 246 2024 making some modification in the rotational transfer orders actually the instructions on rotational transfer was issued on 171 2019 which was superseded by all the earlier udit that is the basic order that is Assan dat the 171 2019 order is the basic for the rotational transfers and during the covid period on 264 2023 some guidelines were issued but the main order is 171 2019 only so in the 171 2019 orders where are 513 is modified due to the merger of pbco with PA po the rotation of transfer for sbco will be as follows because there was no provision as on 171 2019 after the merger now after the merger of pdco with the Pao a recent guines is very much required that's why this order has been issued the existing transfer placement committee will consider the pbco officials also after completion of post renue they shall be transferred against a sanction the establishment of pbco within the cluster of Divisions because the vacancies may not be available in the same division so a cluster of division will be formed and they will be transferred among one of the division in the cluster if no matching post is available extension of one year shall be granted with the approval of the PMG or cpmg as the case may be if only one post is within the cluster division he shall be posted outside the cluster division but within the region if only one Post in the region official may be posted to his office of chge where the sbco branch is functional by deploying one post to division from where he is transferred for rotational transfer to Papo working in sbco branches transfer and placement committee shall consider the Papo officials in sbco bran to the extent of PA establishment in a particular office official working in single or double-ended offices are looking after SB counter operations in post offices after completion of post retenue shall not be posted in svco Branch L officials looking after SB count operations within one year of completion of post retenue shall not be posted in SBC Branch any official who has been ident ified directly or indirectly linked with SB fraud or suspicious of such activities in Last 5 Years should not be posted in SBC there shall be a equal gap of 3 years between two postings in SPC and this will come into effect from 246 2024 this is the recent guidelines issued so far the sbco official the pbco if the P sbco who has not opted for the Pao then he will be considered only for the sbco Post only during the rotational transfer if post is available within the division he will be accommodated if there is no post in the division he will be accommodated within a cluster of division cluster means there are some four or five divisions will be combined for the purpose of the transfer cluster if there is no vacancy in the cluster there after he will be transferred out of the cluster but within the region he should be posted within the region even within the region also problem then one post of Papo can be identifi reidentified as PBC and simultaneously one post can be reduced to the status of Pao some interchanges can be allowed and so far the officials who are opted for the Papo now working in the S spco branches the transfer and placement committee they will consider the sbco branch to the extent of P establishment in a particular office the official working in the single ended and double-ended post offices are looking the SB work they should not be posted to the sbco branch after completion of their posture and L officials looking after the SB counter operation within one year of completion of post retenue shall not be posted in sbco branch and any official who has been suspected to commit any fraud or any irregularity during the last 5 years they should not be posted in sbco and similarly if one Papo is posted as a PA sbco after his relinquishment from the pbco there should be an equal gap of 3 years between the two posting in sbco brand he should not be posted immediately to the SBC Branch before completion of an equal tenure this will come into effect from 246 2024 this is the latest order about the posting and transfer of sbco and definitely all should understand and with this I am concluding thank you very much comrade meet again
