Amazon cracking down

what's happening y'all it's your boy Zell and welcome back to get right or get wrong all right so it has been a new hire frenzy they just coming in groups and groups and groups and the crazy part like when they got these groups of people I think maybe only two to three of them last I you know I really want to blame the pandemic I said it before that [ __ ] has crippled so many [ __ ] Americans it's not funny nobody wants to work anymore they really want to just stay home and get paid them dating is over with and I'm so happy I didn't put myself in that situation because I worked through the whole pandemic so my hustle muscle didn't go nowhere work work work work work work so it don't bother me and I never like really did the [ __ ] that you would get in trouble for like earphones and and phones and watching movies and you know stuff like that this is [ __ ] that can get you in trouble shout out to Ultron you said they got some [ __ ] going on at his building it's actually happening in my building too right you can't you can't put no hood on because they figure you are putting those hoods on too high the earphones and they just real strict on that [ __ ] I don't know why me person I think it's a dumb [ __ ] rule some people work better would use it I don't get it I don't get it if I had to vote against it I would trust me y'all but yeah these new people ain't lasted because that's how they get knocked down for them earphones and those phones and I don't know why people still ain't get on the boat with these safety shoes they're not [ __ ] around like they sneaky man because like one minute you can feel like they not on that [ __ ] and then out of nowhere bam there we go ask where your shoes at why you got that in your ear why you got that phone now they try to let people get comfortable so I tell people never get comfortable in that [ __ ] don't ever get comfortable because you don't know who's watching you don't know who the butt kisser is we're gonna tell on you and [ __ ] because in my department I don't know it's like a Target on not inventory like every it's like everybody against non-inventory every other department don't [ __ ] with us because I guess they feel like we don't do any work meanwhile they have no idea we bring mostly everything in the building we doing those counts we're bringing the boxes we bringing the Jiffy bags we're bringing the [ __ ] M tools M8 m9s all that good [ __ ] uh p.m this p.m 3 P.M seven y'all know the works if you win a pack station or singles not inventory is bringing you that [ __ ] and other stuff and like who pretty much trying to control the bathrooms and the toilet paper and the tampon all that good [ __ ] that's not inventory we have to use our brain and body it's not a [ __ ] game do we have a lot of down time yes and I can explain that it's because when we have to run items upstairs inbound are using the vrcs so at that point we're playing the waiting game we are already unloaded the truck somebody had gotten a forklift unloaded the truck and then we got a stage it in the Corrals and then we pull it from the Corrals by the VRC stage there so we pull it twice we pull it from the Corrals and then we pull it from the staging area then sending that [ __ ] up on that VRC which we have 30 minutes to use so not only do we have to do that pull this heavy [ __ ] we have a time limit so we have to rush it's a lot of [ __ ] so a lot of people like to focus on us or they don't read with their phones out oh they over there with the earphone they're in in their ear and I go live I got one of my homies he do be breaking the [ __ ] out that you know Safety Shoes rules he ain't breaking the [ __ ] out of it but it is what it is we are easier to notice because we are such a small Department it's like probably probably about 13 of us over there so we easy to spot versus like another department where it's a gang of people but the [ __ ] up part about it it would be like a manager from [ __ ] dot and I noticed when I pulled unbranded boxes down to go stage them down in the area it's about at least 16 Associates without safety shoes on you didn't [ __ ] notice that down there but you came down here to [ __ ] with us talking about some thousand earphones and I go down there and see them little shits in their ear and stuff like that so they pick him choosing so I feel like not every tour is like the best department to bully on or just [ __ ] with so we get in trouble a lot and we always get lectured so I don't like that [ __ ] personally like you know what sometimes you gotta fight fire on fire so we decided we about to start attending on these [ __ ] the am's at least like well why he ain't on his peoples and why he ain't see how that [ __ ] roll it's [ __ ] up it gotta be that way but like we my department we don't [ __ ] around like that you ain't about to keep bullying us and [ __ ] with us but um they still are breaking into the cars I just matter of fact let me read that [ __ ] to y'all my phone oh [ __ ] yeah it's still going down so if you are parking especially at night shift please don't put nothing important to your car man I heard that it's a new device that they got the bus windows with I guess an older cat was telling me I wouldn't even hit this [ __ ] because I'm used to the back in the day you throw a spark plug at the window boom and break it easily no hesitation you know what I'm saying it just breaks but they say they're using some kind of new pen you just rub it against you push it against the glass you hit a butt in it and I guess they just push the window in slowly it's gonna be glass everywhere but they just put they put it in there push the button and just crack your window like a like somebody just hit it with a rock but it don't bust it all you gotta do is push it at this point oh [ __ ] excuse me my bad y'all this came at 307 today recently cleat 3 has experienced a significant number of car break-ins and two car thefts oh it is recent because last time it was 10. um this is not unique to Amazon as most businesses in the area has been experiencing the same issue the police department have made some arrests of some suspects but there are more individuals continue to commit these crimes in the area in an effort to eliminate or reduce these at our sight the leadership has instructed the police department to maintain consistent patrols of the parking lot versus stationing themselves in Pacific areas inside of loss prevention security monitors the Via cameras looking for suspicions activity or Vehicles matching suspect Vehicles always changing though cleat 3 will continue to send out Communications via text alerts on upcoming improvements of the site security site leadership will update anyone as more information is available so pretty much that [ __ ] I don't know if it was at your building when the [ __ ] police officer is sitting at a table just doing this all day oh hello what the [ __ ] are you in the building for I never understood that they had them sitting at a desk and they had another one sitting over there um by the metal detectors the action is outside any [ __ ] going on in here and like they said they have their own channel at this point they could go on the walkie-talkies turn to channel one that's the police so it's about time and then they need to get some at night this [ __ ] is out of control and somebody said this [ __ ] man who the [ __ ] said that I don't know if it's one of y'all on my comments or was it in my DM damn I forgot what who it was if you know it was you hit the comments man my bad because no I talked to a lot of people but he said he wouldn't be surprised if Amazon is in on it I'm like that comment kind of [ __ ] me up because now I'm thinking like because me I ain't gonna say I'm a conspiracy theorist but I think a little deep like what if they is breaking these [ __ ] Windows to make them quit because there's too many people working there you know what I'm saying I don't know like you know to scare you to quit because they can't find a reason to make you like quit the job like is that possible you know like it freaked me out when I heard that but you know I Anything is Possible but yeah that was good news to me like y'all need them police out there all [ __ ] [ __ ] from night definitely nice in days they need to be there because when I'm out there hitting my little mouth reading y'all comments and doing the other one twos I see them always go past my heart like three of them I'm like yes this should have been happening first it was only one now they got like three or four out there for one side of the parking lot two over there two over there circling circling I'm like bro let me I get it that you're not standing still you might be getting a little dizzy because they're only going like three four miles per hour and it's probably boring but [ __ ] that these people pay too much money for their car insurance they car no or whatever the [ __ ] they work their ass off just for some [ __ ] to come bust the goddamn window and see what's in the car and then they got something else to pay for that's [ __ ] man what else has been happening uh I don't know what's going on at y'all building but they building a whole new machines on the third floor by singles I guess to test this new paper product so it's been affecting my department like real bad so like when we used to like stage single boxes and AFE boxes we can't even do that no more we gotta take them to a whole new area and that [ __ ] is like the length of a [ __ ] football field so it's a workout so you know it blew me away for [ __ ] to think that not every tour they'll do [ __ ] like man we do no idea especially on that computer we have to oh ride trucks receive the trucks set appointments for the trucks do live loads that forklift that TDR TDR forklift is like the top two things that can get you fired so at every damn near every shift we are walking on eggshells you gotta understand we can get fired faster than anybody in that [ __ ] Department if we crash that pit or TDR something in wrong or TD ter outlaw any given moment we oh you out of here bro I don't be personally I think we get paid enough that's why I'm still doing this CDL [ __ ] I'm Gonna Keep y'all posted with that too already did an episode on my first two days but you know I just want to still y'all keep your keep y'all in the loop with the um Amazon Shenanigans yes people are getting fired and it ain't just the new people this is why all these new people are coming in because [ __ ] are getting fire but theft and all types of [ __ ] matter of fact one time I was on the wrong channel on the walkie-talkie I was on security camera I mean Security's Channel I heard them like yeah we're watching her right now yeah such and such is about to go bring her over here she's running she's running she's running she's running and I heard it that [ __ ] was the funniest [ __ ] I heard all day but yeah they are watching y'all they are watching those cameras they're watching us as we TDR and you know unload these trucks we're being watched I'm telling y'all and I wouldn't you know shout out to text Bandit I I believe him that they probably have a team watching for [ __ ] tick tocks people are still not learning that's why I say share install more Granger machines so I guess maybe they're trying to test how much power can the video the the Builder actually take before it goes out I guess we should went out did I see it go out no maybe I was on break but I had nobody talking about no power outages and [ __ ] but they definitely trying to add more stuff to the building I'm pretty sure not just my building but every building like I said I watch a lot of those Amazon group chats and everybody say yo my building shut down for three days for them to get new AC it's been room I actually heard that rumored at my building too I forgot what it was though because like my memory is [ __ ] because I drink too much I'm gonna keep it real I do I drink a little bit too much but um I I I'm a control Drinker I'm getting [ __ ] up but um yeah I heard that talks in my building too they supposed to be shutting the building down on a Wednesday I'm not sure and I would love that because like these two two Trucking days and then doing this for it's a lot man like I still got to study for this [ __ ] preacher the pre-trip if anybody got tips on how to make that [ __ ] a little easier for me please hit the comments or send me some refrigerator at that place if it gets stolen it is what it is man you know people are savages they really are they don't give a [ __ ] if you took a bite of that sandwich a bite of that pizza they will still go in the refrigerator and eat your [ __ ] so I tell people me personally I would not leave food in that refrigerator but what I'm going to put it keep it in your car but it's going to get hot get one of those uh [ __ ] lunch boxes that got that coach in there it is this get on Amazon use your discount don't put your food in there man you just don't know who watching who damn they got [ __ ] lasagna today or they got tacos I'm eating that [ __ ] you don't know who watching you man it happens all the time every day I hear man somebody ate my [ __ ] Hot Pocket man somebody ate my
