I'm one of the few people actually watched it this ray gun girl she was literally the only person that looked like she didn't know what the [ __ ] she was doing everyone else was at a very high level I was very impressed except for her but I was just I was just like laughing at her she was Goofy but I did stop to think to myself how the hell did she qualify so apparently she didn't qualify she scammed the way into this because she has some connections and there's now a bunch of reports claiming that this influencer scammed the Olympics for a free vacation while the winner was determined by panel of Judges who scored each Performance Based on five criteria each worth a fifth of the point the criteria were technique vocabulary execution musicality originality how the breaker Wows The Audience by making the dance of their own and it's safe to say the one we're covering today definitely wowed the audience probably not in the way that she intended to but at least was very original when I watched this I was like okay she's not winning but at least she's being original like I was that guy like at least she's trying some stuff I've never seen before it's one thing to be [ __ ] but it's another thing to be [ __ ] in your own style so meet Rachel gun a now Olympic break dancer as she lists on her profile proudly and she's apparently been break dancing for a decade but it definitely checks out if you do some research on her as there's plenty of old articles to prove this here's an article from 2021 where apparently she's the number one bee girl in all of Australia camp camp this can't be true and if it is true Australia need to get your act together you have another one here how Rachel is break dancing her weights to the Paris Olympics the Aussie Trailblazer opens up and then it goes on ask like what was your training for the Olympics involved I can imagine it must be intense I train for three or 4 hours a day doing a mix of strength and conditioning cardio and flexibility work and add on to focusing on different aspects we train outside on the street at night and I love that breaking has got that accessibility even though it's a part of the games it checks out it seems like she's actually had a long break dancing career either the bar is catastrophically low in Australia which I don't really believe or she was just straight up trolling in the Olympics she participated in break dancing and got zero points because what is [Music] this the the the kangaroo jump was the most Legend oh the water sprinkler dude she is she's doing these are some legendary moves what is that like a a curling thing like a big step a't no way she prce four times a day she looks like she's having a seizure bro this [ __ ] is not good I'm I'm actually impressed that her opponents had a straight face your background's in ballroom dancing right yeah I did borom for many years and I also did jazz and tap and and some hip-hop as well is there any kind of parallels between the two uh look I mean I think my understanding of musicality going into breaking was was very strong um my body awareness my coordination my eye for technique the crime to the Australian people here is somehow she was selected to represent the Australian Olympic team and this has created a lot of speculation with articles claiming that the Australian break dancer rigged the Olympic qualifier for free Paris vacation I knew it it does a scam here the tagline of this article says it has come to light that Dr Rachel gun AKA ray gun manipulated the Olympic qualifier by setting up her own governing body denying grants to underprivileged performers and allowing her husband to coach the national team [ __ ] has to go home to his wife man he did what he had to do at the expense of his country it's Shameless though unpatriotic [ __ ] Australians have started a petition demanding an investigation and an apology that sounds extremely far-fetched I I'm not sure if I buy that but as of now change has actually removed that petition for violating their Community guidelines so I mean so far her denying grants of underprivileged dancers that that just sounds way too farfetched but now the Australian Olympics commission has condemned this petition as well imagine representing your country so bad bro we make a petition for you you embarrassing us Rachel has now responded twice to her performance the first time she responded by saying don't be afraid to be different that's the SP super positive kids don't be ashamed to be and she went silent for about 6 days after that with people commenting as a three-time Olympian who almost died twice in my journey for the Olympic Games I feel the value of the Olympian brand has been severely diminished by the spectacle the original Olympic motto is cidus Altius fortius faster higher stronger yet nothing about her performance remotely embodied the Olympic Spirit to make matters worse she scored a grand total of zero points and she's from a nation with a proud sporting tradition let's think logically about this honestly I'm furious this was allowed to occur at the olymp ypics it was selfish and shortsighted no sweat I can't break dance either you're not different you're completely unqualified thanks hi everyone ray gun here um I just want to start by thanking all the people who have supported me I really appreciate the positivity and I'm glad I was able to bring some joy into your lives that's what I hoped um I didn't realize that that would so open the door to so much hate uh which has frankly been pretty devastating um well I went out there and I had fun go have fun Imagine s came back talking about I had fun you don't medal where's the medal our boys came back from the Rel with the silver medal give a hand up I worked my butt off preparing for the Olympics and I gave my all truly um I'm honored to have been a part of the Australian Olympic team and to be part of breaking's Olympic debut I'd really like to ask the press to please stop harassing my family my friends uh the Australian breaking community and the broader Street dance Community you didn't you didn't go over there to break dance you broke Australia's heart that's what you did okay and you aren't taking any responsibilities everyone else's fault oh feel bad for me feel bad for me you disrespected your country okay we respected Australians we thought Australians are those people that are very good in cricket they kangaroos right and they and they're not scared to go in a crocodile's mouth that's what we thought of Australians now you've
