[Music] Tennessee Titans football is just around the corner we are now days away from the season getting started if you are excited about the return of Titans football then like today's video for me as we get set to break down what I think will be the starting lineup for Tennessee in week one there is no doubt as who starts at the quarterback position that is Will Levis and so much of this season really relies on what he develops into what he looks like how he grows as a potential future franchise option that is the number one goal for Tennessee to know that Levis is the guy they have surrounded him with better offensive line play the bar was pretty there are still some question marks around that which we'll get into better Playmakers the running game it's not Derrick Henry but it still should be pretty good a much better offensively minded geared coaching staff the hopes are placed on Levis the Supporting Cast should be good enough to at least know one way or the other running back I'm going to do the old ore which is me being a coward if I had to pick one I think it's probably Tony Pard is the lead back in week one but you're going to see both guys it's going to be a a pretty down the-middle I think split for the committee both guys offering big plays explosive play ability catching Etc Pard wasn't as effective last year in Dallas averaging just four yards per carry after two straight years of over five despite getting more touches he wasn't as effective he was a little bit slow coming off of the broken leg but most importantly the Cowboys offensive line didn't do him any favors there was a game last year he had all but three yards of his like 60 yards after contact that's hard to do uh we'll see if Tennessee's offensive line is drastically better but I think the big plays are still there for Tony par frankly I'm excited to see what Taj Spears can do know I I thought he was primed for a big time breakout year this time last year thought year two is going to be awesome they might not bring back Derrick Henry well they paid Tony Pard he'll be involved on kick returns he'll be involved in passing game rushing game as well they'll lean on that ground game I think maybe more than what Brian Callahan did in Cincinnati or helped do in Cincinnati well it's Joe burrow versus will Levis so I think you'll see both guys Spears and Pard get some pretty solidly sized workloads now who gets that 51% compared to the 49% who is this team's true rb1 let me know in the comments actually the pin comment of today's video that's P for Tony Pard s for Taj Spears finally we'll go tight ends then we'll get to wide receivers here I'll still go chi oono I think you'll see decent amount of Josh Wy get mixed in there as well but okano very I think is a very talented player I think could be in for a potential breakout year which is stuff we've said previously too all right wide receiver one that is Calvin Ridley which you paid him all that money to know if you have a franchise QB and will Levis I think we have a pretty good season I hope he gets moved around a little bit more than he did in Jacksonville might be a little tricky given the Personnel in Tennessee but I think he's primed for a thousand plus yard Campaign which could also happen for DeAndre Hopkins now week one does slight asteris we'll see if Hopkins plays if he's healthy he's the starter so I'm going to put him on here if he can't go for whatever reason probably keep your eyes out for Tayon Burks playing a bigger role uh as the number two outside receiver and then Tyler Boyd will handle slot receiver duties and they'll look they'll move around it's not going to be so static the way some teams although fewer and fewer these days operate but when you're in your three three receiver sets Ridley Hopkins on the outside when healthy Boyd in there in the slot all right to the offensive line not a whole lot of debate here uh kind of quickly got figured out on the right side at least JC leam the first round pick is the left tackle curious see how that goes this upcoming season but hey I trust Bill Callahan a lot Peter scony I think is primed for a massive breakout season maybe not like all pro second season but I think he's going to have a pro bowl Pro Bowl in the sense of like actually worthy of going not this stupid popularity contest it is now Pro Bowl caliber year for Peter scony I think Lloyd cushenberry having a veteran Center by the way with a young QB highly underrated you don't want to go young QB Young Center that makes things really hard on you from a protection standpoint setting that from uh setting things up there kushen veteran presence I think won't be as obvious watching the games but it will be felt in the results so re guard then uh with sadique Charles's you know surprise retirement when it felt like he was going to win the job goes to Dylan Raiden Raiden if he can't go Daniel brunskill I think will be your first backup center SLG guard uh or if Raiden struggles really badly even Raiden probably steps up there Nicholas P Fier kind of got handed the right tackle job nobody else took it not Jaylen Duncan not jonu not Leroy Watson on who's on the practice squad it's kind of NP that right side of the line scares me that is not the uh the most dynamic batch of impactful and proven offensive linemen yeah might chips with some tight end help pretty plus Tony Power by the way very good pass protector proba is not something that should be overlooked so when it comes to the offensive line what is your confidence level in what Tennessee is going to put out there in week one skip it for me from 1 to 10 in the comments section with only four defensive linemen when they're in that like three four base front it's pretty obvious it's going to be Sebastian Joseph day at defensive end think like five technique dandre sweat your big hulking nose guard in the middle it's just a massive human being and one of my favorite players in football Jeffrey Simmons who is a monster three technique I think will put up Justin matab s stats in this more Ravens focused defense this upcoming season I am very linebackers your Edge rushers here we'll do one outside then go kind of like go outside inside inside outside Harold Andrew the third duh I'm going to ASIS this first name here at inside linebacker slightly I think you will see Ernest Jones the fourth play against uh the Jets in week one I think he will be heavily involved he might not get every single snap at inside linebacker there might be a bit more of a rotation there as he gets fully up to with the new defense and he was a last minute trade uh at roster cutdown time great pick up by Tennessee Kenneth Murray will be heavily involved as well I see the vision for Tennessee they don't have the biggest linebackers they've got fast guys though and they've got big guys up front and they let those guys run around and chase and make tackles and make plays and keep keep them clean I think Ernest Jones is a great fit for Tennessee you'll probably still see see some of Jack Gibbons who I'm sure is pointed to kind of lose his starting job I assume it's going to be Kenneth Murray over Gibbons though I think there'll be a rotation got a bunch of guys on IR but James Williams could be involved potentially plus a lot of key special teamers Otis Reese Luke gford especially fits that mold thanks to no suspension uh for Arden key as it turns out at least that's what Jeffrey Simmons and other repeaters or reporters out there had said uh that's a big deal means to Lean Like A Jaylen herrold or Caleb Murphy feel much better about that pass rushing group now with he not suspended of the two sides of the ball which do trust more o for the offensive side of the football D for the defense no wrong answer just your opinion so let me know in the comments of today's show the corners have been a bit nicked up yes but I believe you'll see larus Sneed out there as quarterback number one chid wer out there as quarterback number two has been probably a bit more nicked up and I like Roger mccre and the nickel a lot if healthy which is a decently sized Difficult about how much time Che Cheetos missed that's a very good starting Corner Trio in fact it's kind of funny how much change this secondary has undergone over the past calendar year for Tennessee quandre Diggs I think will be your free safety it's not going to be like only single high and one guy back deep and one guy up front they there'll be rotations around with where they line up but I think Diggs at free safety ammani hooker at strong safety I still think you'll see Jamal Adams get a little bit of playing time maybe in some subpackage Personnel stuff there Mike Brown Julius wood maybe Wood's in active week one is get up to speed with the defense and then you can put Mike Brown in there as a core special teamer as well but massive change in the secondary is this belief a a a long Snapper's name should be mentioned when he makes the roster when talking about like he exists as a person and then never again at the end of the season throughout the season we should never say his name if we do something bad happened in almost every scenario he exists and that's it you pretend nothing else happens involving him put tquan Jackson in there as the punt returner dbd on on what that rotation looks like if they put two guys back on kick returns as well by the way Tony po can do it I think Taj Spears putting him back there makes sense he was great in that role at to Lane and I think offers ways to get him the ball a couple extra times per game beyond that you know maybe you put Jackson back there too I think in a pinch guys like Roger mccre could do it uh but you're kind of thin it wide receiver with injury so I think Jackson and Spears going to handle the majority of that load [Music]
