Intro Jeremiah how uh valuable was that playing time you got last year just to be able to take that into the spring it was really valuable uh you know coming in as a freshman and you know getting reps it's always valuable you know getting a ingame field where everything goes and it's really translated to me going into my sophomore season I got a feel for things so um yeah it helped a lot what's been the toughest part of Whats been the toughest part of learning Mike Denbrinks offense learning Mike Den Brook's offense and then what's also been the most exciting piece I'm going to say it nothing has been tough um I guess it's a new offense so having to learn it over is you know challenging in itself but I wouldn't say there's anything necessarily tough about it the one thing I do like about his offense is that it's way more explosive we're doing more stuff with the backs out in routes and stuff like that and that's kind of my field of play so I think offense is great and then you were Working with the receivers working a little bit with the receivers when we were here this morning I guess is that kind of building off of what you just mentioned yeah yeah yeah um so basically I want to get some receiver work like get a foundational receiver so that I could like you know move out to slot anytime they need me to um or stuff like that I'm just probably be going like back and forth slot running back that type of deal how's your game grown How has your game grown from maybe uh you know last season obviously we saw some explosive moments from you but where have you grown from there I would saying my football IQ um you know I came in played as a freshman got a lot of playing time and and uh that only helped my IQ you know I know things that I didn't know before and it allows me to be a a smarter football play and then how different does this How different does this feel feel now with audri G and kind of a wide openen opportunity there for you um I would say it's a lot more competition uh you know audri was audri we all knew what he was going to do so um with him going um there's an open spot uh everybody's competing every day coming in and work and we're also being respectful about that nobody's hating on each other or nothing like that it's just we come in every day and work and you know play off of each other I have a Den Brocks offense bit I'm going ask you to repeat the question about Den Brock cam was roll you talk about you know challenges or whatever may be that like about Den Brock's offense again so Den Brock's offense is I would say is more explosive um like I was saying he's doing more stuff with the backs you know putting them out wide putting them out at the slot and uh that's type of that's my type of uh play and uh I really like that about Den Brock and Sho like they got me running slot running back and that's kind of what we're looking to do going forward playing behind AUD and Confidence then playing for dealing in for second year you know what's the confidence level man how do you how do you U find yourself just adjusting and uh continue to gain confidence in the second year U I'm I'm very confident you know playing behind AUD uh I I looked up to AUD uh got a lot of Knowledge from him and um my objective is just to come into this uh my sophomore season um trying to be a leader you know Audrey left some big shoes to fill and uh I want to kind of not say step into the shoes fully but you know kind of be a leader in the room and lead the young guys and also uh you know just set an example for the team uh that's what we as a running back room do um we're kind of trying to set that tone for everybody and yeah AUD left some big shoes to feel but we're all you know trying to feel that leadership role I wouldn't say that they just one person that's going to feel that road all of us are doing it together
