JAROSIK. ARE WE GOING TO BE SEEING ANY KIND OF REMNANTS FROM THAT? AND WE'RE WONDERING WHAT THE IMPACT IS GOING TO BE HONEST HERE ARE ABSOLUTELY GOING TO BE TRACKING THAT AS IT MAKES ITS WAY TOWARDS US. BUT UNFORTUNATELY, THERE'S A NOT A BIG CHANCE OF RAIN FROM THIS. AND WE REALLY DO NEED THE RAIN. IT WOULD REALLY BE. >> IDEAL TO GET SOME TROPICAL MOISTURE IN THAT. IT'S NOT LOOKING GOOD. YEAH, EVERYTHING'S BROWN UP THERE. IT'S IT'S NOT PRETTY NOW. IT IS NOT. AND IT CRUNCHES WE ON THE GRASS AS WE GO THROUGH THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS, MOSTLY DRY FORECAST. WE'LL JUST PERSIST. SO HERE IS THAT TRACK OF NOW TROPICAL STORM FRANCINE WINDS ARE SUSTAINED AT 45. YOU CAN SEE IT'S A JUST AND THE NORTH WEST OR NORTHEAST PORTION. >> OF THE LOUISIANA AREA RIGHT ALONG THE STATE LINE THERE. AND IT'S GOING TO CONTINUE TO TRACK NORTHWARD AND EVENTUALLY THROUGH MISSISSIPPI BECOME A REMNANT LOW. SO AS THAT OCCURS, SOME OF THAT MOISTURE SPREADS INTO THE MIAMI VALLEY REALLY IN THE FORM OF CLOUDS. WE JUST DON'T HAVE A BIG RAIN CHANCE FROM THIS SYSTEM. BUT YOU CAN SEE AS WE GO THROUGH TODAY, IT'S GOING TO BE ANOTHER DRY DAY. A LIVE LOOK AT DOWNTOWN DAYTON FROM OUR GOODWILL AUTO AUCTION CAMERA. NOT A WHOLE LOT GOING ON HERE. WEATHER WISE. IT HAS BEEN CLEAR OVERNIGHT AND TEMPERATURES ARE COOL BUT NOT AS COOL EVEN AS YESTERDAY. A LOT OF SPOTS, SIR, IN THE UPPER 50'S AND 60'S AT 65 IN DAYTON. EAST SOUTHEAST WIND AT 5 MILES PER HOUR. THE DEW POINT IS STILL A COMFORTABLE 52 DEGREES. SO KIDS HEADING TO THE BUS, STOP THIS MORNING. DO NOT EVEN NEED A JACKET OR A HOODIE. TEMPERATURES WILL BE NEAR 60 WITH SUNSHINE ONCE THE SUN COMES UP AROUND 7.15, WE WILL SEE A LOT OF IT THROUGH THE AFTERNOON, TOO. COMING HOME. IT IS GOING TO BE ANOTHER VERY WARM DAY WITH SOME SCATTERED HIGH CLOUDS AND HIGHS IN THE UPPER 80'S DROUGHT CONDITIONS CONTINUE. WE HAVE MODERATE TO SEVERE DROUGHT OVER MOST OF THE MIAMI VALLEY. IT'S EVEN WORSE OUT IN CENTRAL AND EASTERN OHIO. AND WE ARE GOING TO GET A NEW DROUGHT MONITOR MAP UPDATE AS WE HEAD INTO THE MID MORNING HOURS. AND THIS IS LIKELY GOING TO BE EVEN WORSE. SO WE DO NEED TO KEEP WATERING AS WE GO THROUGH TODAY TOMORROW AND SATURDAY. AGAIN, THAT RAIN CHANCE FRIDAY, SATURDAY IS VERY LOW. SO MOST SPOTS ARE STILL GOING TO HAVE BROWN GRASS INTO THE WEEKEND. SATELLITE RADAR LOOP HIGH PRESSURE OFF TO OUR EAST. WE'RE GOING TO START TO SEE THAT SOUTHEAST FLOW. AND YOU CAN SEE SOME OF THOSE CLOUDS AT WITH THE LEADING EDGE OF THAT MOISTURE FROM FRANCINE. THOSE WILL SPREAD IN DURING THIS AFTERNOON. SO WHILE STARTING OFF MOSTLY SUNNY, WE DO EXPECT SOME HIGH CLOUDS TO DRIFT IN LATER IN THE DAY AND THEN THEY'LL CONTINUE TO INCREASE OVERNIGHT INTO FRIDAY. LOOKS LIKE WE'LL HAVE NUMEROUS CLOUDS AROUND TOMORROW AND THERE'S THE MOISTURE. THERE'S THE RAIN WHICH DOES STAY JUST OFF TO THE SOUTHWEST OF DAYTON. SO NOT A BIG RAIN CHANCE FOR MUCH OF THE AREA. HERE'S YOUR FORECAST FOR TODAY. MOSTLY SUNNY, WITH SOME HIGH CLOUDS WILL HAVE A HIGH OF 88 LITTLE BIT BREEZY IN THE AFTERNOON. TONIGHT'S LOW DROPS TO 63. IT'LL BE PARTLY CLOUDY. AND THEN TOMORROW WE'RE GOING TO SEE A LITTLE MORE CLOUD COVER WITH THAT SLIGHT SHOWER CHANCE SOUTHWEST. A HIGH OF 85. THERE'S ALSO A SLIGHT SHOWER CHANCE ON SATURDAY BACK UP TO 85. AND THEN IT DRIES OUT SUNDAY MONDAY IN THE MID 80'S WITH TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY IN THE LOW 80'S AND POSSIBLY SOME SHOWERS BY MIDWEEK.
