Homeless Woman Arrested for Setting Dumpster Fire in Upland

elsewhere a woman under arrest tonight after arson and after police say that she caused the roof of a building to catch fire it happened yesterday in the city of Upland Police saying this woman was using drugs behind the building when she threw some sort of a lit object into the dumpster they say the Embers from that dumpster fire then blew up onto the rooftop which then went up in Flames firefighters were able to put out the fire before any real extensive damage
