RSI Secondary Goes to Hungary - Student Leadership Conference 2024

[Music] hi we are Hazel valer and Quinn and we've been selected to participate in the acsi student leadership conference in vacha Hungary September 25th to 28 we have fly for this conference and receive scholarships to go we will join other middle schoolers and high schoolers from from all around the [Music] world we will attend master classes and group discussions about how we can be the best SC leaders we can right now we also have worship time and of course we'll play games and activities with our new friends also learn to have more leadership skills so that we can make a better way in Pang and we can also apply these skills in RSI currently no conferences similar to the acsr SLC conference in Asia we want to have a broad perspective of the world so that we can interact globally now and in the future I heard that you guys will also be group discussion leaders in vacha so what will you guys do for that so Valerie and I have applied to become group discussion leaders and we were chosen because of our English abilities experience as student council members in our age we'll also have extra training to best prepare us to lead the discussion group group between students coming from around the world with different cultures we'll meet in groups multiple times a day and reflect in the workshops then we'll return that knowledge to our [Music] countries I hope I will gain new leadership skills and New Perspectives on meeting new people I'd also like to apply these new skills in school and other places I hope to build connections with people from around the world and learn how people my age are similar and different from me and I hope to take this to grow and improve thank you RSI for allowing us to have this opportunity to become Godly leaders today we're very excited we are asking for your prayers and support as we prepare for this student leadership conference we can't wait to share all that we learned with you when we return thank you thank you oh [Music]
