what helped you decide to go with Team sense so you know there might be multiple kind of things going on there but it'd be helpful for other properties to understand that um I think for us one of the major things was that it was a add-on for texting so we can just reach so many more people um with the calling option and the texting option um one thing I really liked with the whole um process of getting the system set up was that we were able to create what the employee sees when they're calling off so we were able to write down the questions even have like the little like emojis next to it of um what call off they're doing if they're sick if it's Transportation um so we're able to make it really useful for Dodgers where you can get that template and change it up and make it useful for another property um so that was one of the things that I think I really liked with the whole process was we were able to pick and choose what we wanted our employees to see when they do call off yep great feedback how about you Danielle um yeah I I agree with Nikki I think it's a lot about just making sure that we were looking at say emojis for example yeah that I mean as much as it's just cute it's a cute part of the process so I do really like that and just being able to like customize our questions for them and seeing what they see
