also wish to acknowledge our vice principal Tony zet kho whose dedication and commitment to our school are deeply appreciated thank you for your tire less effort in ensuring the smooth functioning of our institution next we honor school coordinator ma'am Sami who who play a p pivotal role in managing and organizing many activities and programs that in which our learning experiences and of course profession of a teacher and even for the lives of all the teachers that you have blessed before us lord inside this campus and even outside the school campus there are lot of teachers Lord we just by composing paragraphs for us that and the class work that you a portion for us to do you encourage although the times it felt very tiring it pushed us to realize our potential you encourage us to part participate in activities that call us out of our comfort zones to test the limits of our capabilities and as your hope in us strengthens our self-belief you instill within us the courage to venture into the unknown with curiosity and bravery thank you for striving to bring out the best in us your words of Correction provide us with discipline that is so vital for our proper upbringing your words of comfort and encouragement strengthen us to face with courage another New Dawn and your high expectations in US challenge us to expect more from ourselves as you labor in your classrooms to mold the future Generations I encourage you not to go weary in the seemingly mundan duties for your labor is not in vain remember that your efforts in teaching us daily is laying the foundation of the next Generations of officers lawyers decision makers businessmen and business women politicians and so on your words of encouragement and your personal Devotion to educating your students is King in front of all our teachers but I take this opportunity because I owe my gratitude to my own teachers so me standing here this morning in front of all the students on the teachers this morning is a sign of appreciation to all my teachers thus far I have come across many great teachers in my life as a student who have taught me to be a better person and the little knowledge that I've Acquired and the little things that I'm able to do in my Ministry in my life I owe this credit to my teachers so teachers you are worth celebrating so this morning on behalf of all the students and the members present this morning I would like to wish our teachers a very proud Happy Teachers Day you deserve this shall we give a round of applause to our teachers again [Applause] when I got this opportunity I was talking to my wife and I was telling her that this is a fun fake okay and I'm sure that even our principal the and some of the uh elderly teachers will agree to me during our days n during our days as a students during our days as a student it was very rare to have beautiful and smart teachers okay do you agree yes yes right it was very rare for us to have a beautiful and smart teacher during our days but right now when I see all our teachers very beautiful and smart I enw our students this morning nay this is a fun fake and I wish I had teachers like Miss Lov please excuse me because I know only her I wish I had teachers during my days I had teachers like Miss lovi I would have been a better student n and I will never miss any class n do you agree yes so students don't miss this opportunity to give your best and Excel in your studies N I was thinking about how difficult it must be a teacher in this generation my dear teachers I was thinking about how difficult it must be a teacher in this generation I came across a video in an Instagram post and I'm sure many of you must have to watched but I paraphrased in my own uh words it is not easy to be a teacher sometimes the syllabus change sometimes it's the technology teachers have to walk the extra mile to teach himself or herself first only then they can teach the students name until a teacher Burns A Midnight Oil the students feature doesn't Sparkle you have to keep Pace with the students if you slow down how will they progress do you agree with me our day teachers this is just a frament of how our teachers struggle in this generation and I respect you for all the hard works that you are doing for the students ABJ Abdul kham former president of India said teaching is a very Noble profession that shapes the character caliber and feature of an individual our dear teachers please know that you are in a profession where you are highly looked upon where you are highly looked upon and therefore please live up to that please live up to that I personally feel that teachers are teachers are some of the most selfless giving and carrying individuals that we can come across n their goals and their Ambitions are seeing their students succeed in life and many of us present this morning we are here to thank our teachers for where we are now in fact if I'm not mistaken our teachers sh this morning might be inspired to teach n the teaching inspiration might have come from their own teachers that is why we say teachers not only impart education but also sets an example through and her personal through his her personal life there is a famous courot in a movie called Spider-Man anyone wants to guess a famous Scot in the movie Spider-Man anyone with great power what is it comes great responsibility right have you watched Spider-Man students you don't know this quation with great power comes great responsibility teachers teaching is a great privilege I do agree with that teaching is a great honor I do agree with that also but it comes with heavy responsibility n you have the power to shap the world n you have the power to shape the World by giving the right education but please keep this in mind that you also have the power to Ru someone's character or you also have the power to Ru someone character you also have the power to get uh ruin someone's life the student's life through wrong judgment through wrong punishment through wrong words so please keep this in my name with great power comes great responsibility our de teachers you have respons responsibility to shap the students to shap the world so please keep this in mind I want to bring a Bible verse from James 3:1 not many of you should become teachers my Believers nay because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly hey James chter 3:1 not many of you should become teachers my fellow Believers because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly strictly I'm not here to scare any of the teachers or I'm not here to scare any of the students to pursue your aim in life as a teacher but this is just a reminder even in the Bible saying that teachers have the great responsibility so please keep this in mind even in Romans 12: 6 to8 I want to read this Romans 12: 6 to8 we have different gifts according to the grace given to each of us if your GI if it is prophesying then prophecy in accordance with your faith if it is serving then serve if it is teaching then teach if it is to encourage then give encouragement if it is to give give it if it is to lead do it diligently if it is show Mercy do it cheerfully if it is to teach or teaching then teach teach with diligent I came across a passage saying that this is one of the most or probably the greatest tool for the teachers a word of encouragement it is say that when a students is struggling or when the students is having a hard time to catch up with a studies a word of encouragement from the teachers saying please don't give up you can do it n this is one of the problem greatest tool for the teachers a word of appreciation or a word of saying thank thank you or all the best or good job from the teachers towards the students can impart or can enlight students life a word of encouragement at the right time from the right person can fire them up to do even better do you agree our de teachers so please keep this in mind and as you are doing a wonderful job serving a society through teaching I want to encourage you to keep this in mind again next to pay it is likely a teacher who impacts student life for a better because the just don't justice but the Inspire n they Inspire we could probably agree with William award when he said the mediocre teacher tells the good teacher explains the superior teachers demonstrate the great teacher inspires I'm sure that many teachers present here are great teachers and I'm sure you are inspiring a lot of students but I just want you to reflect on your teaching experience where do you stand the mediocre teacher tells the good teacher explains the superior teacher demonstrate the great teacher inspires where do you stand out there teachers remember Teachers Day is not just an OA occasion to celebrate the teachers or to reflect on the Journey of our teachers but it is also equivalent significant for the students to acknowledge the tireless effort for of those who have shied our minds and Futures a good teacher inspires the trust for learning that lasts a lifetime Bill Clinton say this on the 5th of August 1993 during a ceremony honoring induct this into the teacher Hall of Fame Hall of Fame a teacher impire inspires or a teacher Inspire the trust for learning that lasts a lifetime I do agree with that but this morning I also want to bring uh the what pains my heart sadly we see that in this generation or In This Very present moment such a honorable profession n such an honorable profession giving the church to shape the minds of a Future Leaders the profession that teaches and trains all other professions doesn't receive that much appreciation or acknowledgement as it should get but please de teachers don't lose heart because I'm sure your service is being accounted from the heavens above and it is also been reflected to the success of our their students we all know that a good teacher see potential in every students you have the power to make Achievers of an ordinary students and teachers do this for the students not expecting any gratitude thus today on this auspicious day of teachers day our shout out to all of you and our huge love love and respect for each and every one of you teachers I want to ask you this question what is the best gift you can give to the students anyone wants to guess what is the best gift you can give to the students is is that a high Mark or a star Mark for the students according to me the best gift a teacher can give to a students is teaching wholeheartedly teaching with patient and love n loving what you are doing n a gift that can never be forgotten n if you teach wholeheartedly if you teach with patient if you teach with love if if you teach with affection I think that's the best gift you can give to the students and it will be very hard for the students to forget this kind of gift what kind of gift are you offering your students I want you to reflect on this I know the patience of our students I have been a Sunday school teacher the patience of the students is about 10 to 15 minutes so I want to end my exhortation with this few statements the greatest teacher who ever lived was the carpenter from Nazareth out of the 90 times Jesus was addressed directly in the gospel name 60 times he was called teacher teacher or Rabbi Jesus himself used this term when he said you called me teacher and Lord and rightly for that I am John 13:3 you called me teacher and Lord and rightly so for that is what I am as Jesus proudly on the title given to him are there teachers are you living up to the title addressed to you or are you living up to the title given to you as a teacher I want to leave this retrospection to yourself and see where do you stand on this teachers day as we celebrate Teachers Day I pray that even in the coming years we'll see more of this kind of Celebration even in the days to come long live out there teachers I want to uh request all the students to canly stand on your feet as we pray for our dear teachers name I want all the students to can stand on our on your feet name we'll pray for our dear teachers I want all the students to pray in your heart for your your teacher if you remember the names please say it silently in your heart and pray that God will give them good health God will grant them wisdom n as they as we celebrate this teacher day shall we all look to God and pray most gracious Heavenly Father we thank you and praise you for blessing us with this wonderful day Lord as the world celebrates Teachers Day acknowledging the the life and contributions of the teachers i' like to thank you for the life of our teachers present here Lord we pray for our teachers who have given so much for the students and for the and for the way in which they have tried their best to impart knowledge to the students Lord we pray that you give them the passion to teach wholeheartedly and may teaching be a profession of love and that the love of teaching never cease the love of the students never Fades Lord give them the strength so that they may raise to every challenges and not grow weary fill them with your wisdom from above so that they may teach accordingly in the ways you want them to and make this world a better place Lord bless them with good health and protect their might know so I want to say a little bit on this uh you all know the cotation that says hard work be talents when talent doesn't work you know right yes okay so in uh in a case today uh some of you you might be very good in sinning but because of your negligence because of your ineffective attitude towards the practice it might have H you back and then uh making someone else much more better than you so if you are very much interested in sinning if you love sinning uh I want you all to have a constant practice not only to the contestants but also to everyone present today uh if you are interested in sinning I want you all to know that sinning is uh is not just about hitting the right notes but it's about the uh expression the connection the creativity uh most importantly uh choosing the right song for your vocal and notifying the message each and every lyrics through your face uh giving us the message it's about your tunefulness your resonance your flexibility your strength free singing and uh the accuracy of your timing and how well you know your instruments and then overall stetch presence these are the small little things that makes everything great so I want you all to keep that in mind and then uh please don't be afraid to start new thing but have courage take a risk and then push yourself uh beyond your comfort zone and then uh try to discover your unique voice and then uh most importantly uh it's not a pressure so in the process also have fun while sinning and then uh if possible try to join choir attend music workshops and also uh seek to uh seek all the opportunities to perform because you never know what hidden talent you might discover uh sinning uh sinning is all about a journey it's not a destination so if we keep on trying if you keep on exploring I'm pretty sure that your voice will be heard so to everyone Pres present today uh I want you all everyone present here today I want you all to explore your sing talent and in the process uh sing with patience sing with heart sing with joy and sing with your mind uh okay are you ready all of them sing so very well but uh because of the song selection we have to judge Bas on that so I hope Justice is is done I will declare the results but I would also like to call our pastor Mr Agape to give away the prize of this Emmanuel sing star the winner of Emanuel sing star whoever wins today he Happy Teachers Day to uh all our teachers I want to say thank you to our guest speaker Mr agabe tishi associate pastor youth of s Baptist Church zoto your insightful words have inspired and motivated uh the imal family we are so blessed by your exhortation and your presence here has enriched our celebration and thank you for your prayers I believe we are so blessed I also want to thank all the teachers and the students especially class 10 and 12 for having organized the teachers Day program 2024 uh very successfully especially the teacher in charges who have uh gone beyond the call of your duty uh quite very often uh very often we uh limit our responsibilities we think that uh our duty is just to um deliver lessons and uh uh give paper gr gradings and all but our responsibilities goes much beyond that it's more than that so those teachers and staffs who have uh uh given much time to make this program a success I want to uh say thank you and also the students as I've said especially class 10 12 I saw some of you coming very early this morning and then you went home very late last night trying to you know make every arrangements so uh I want to say thank you to you uh in such a program as this not only teachers day but uh in such a program as this uh I once again want to urge the teachers and the staff and the students to come together put your minds together in um know improvise ourselves make our program better if we uh wait for 8:30 a.m. to go to school or if we wait for 2:30 to go home I think um we will hardly make any imprint in the minds of our students because education is all around development and so we have to put our extra effort we should not limit our responsibilities but we have to ensure that not only books not only bookish knowledge but we have to ensure that we impart wholesome education to our children so um uh with this few words I want to say uh thank you to all of you and to the students students can you hear me to the students I want to uh urge you to always make it a point to pray for your teachers always okay if you want to be blessed you have to bring a container to receive it isn't it so if you pray for your teachers I believe you'll get you'll be more blessed so uh not only today but always in your morning and evening prayers uh make it a point to uh pray for your teachers always that is uh um my word of thanks and as a token of our love and gratitude and appreciation uh we have a small gift to our guests so if the uh teachers and students are ready I will ask our pastor agab chishi to please stand up and
