by the applicant either are not special conditions of the land or do not distinguish the property from others in the area um so no identified special condition in the property so the actually we have in our packet here we have the tax Ms yes surrounding stuff and east and west sides of the street and the other adjoining tax maps there are large properties okay so that makes this not unique in size varying from 2.32 acres to 482 acres in that area on that section and and the ability to put put it behind trees is not unique either okay there's other houses there that you can't see from so that's okay just uh umate we haven't had a meeting in July yet because our meeting fell on July 4th so we suspended it to July 18th okay so that's when we're going to be meeting again uh looks like we're going to be having our public hearing um for the town uh it's not the public hearing it's a town town meeting special town meeting special town meeting to re ratify um all the warrants in our for the year because it's procedure issue so we'll be meeting on 18th over at the rec to get that all beatified one question the short of special should be should be as long as nobody there and says no everybody says yes in favor the public shows up you don't have to it's basically it's not we looking at any of the Warren articles all it is doing is ratifying what we you really did do what you said you did that's all it's uh other than that we just have a regular meeting minutes or meetings I don't think we have other anything particular coming up for the zba um uh we do have some properties that we the TRG listed on Cory Road and on Prospect Street uh we got offers back sent them out for bed we offer back and looks like we're going to be closing on those very shortly we asking price so the town's making some money off of map um the TRG bought those two two properties for like $75,000 around there I think 70,000 um we're making over 100,000 so the town's making some money off that minus the the real estate um the Water and Sewer Commission is meeting tomorrow at 6:00 at the Water and Sewer Department um you saw that their last public hearing that they raised the rates about 42 43% do not come to me and yell at me I don't want to yelled at anymore it isn't my fault going to say any complaints any complaints concerns or comments need to go down to the water Tom might want to change the record office you say please if you have a complaint about water call this number it is insane $400 water so the thing is the E meetings were done June 12th and then they had this public hearing for June 27th and they backdated all the pay or all the cost instead of saying the effective date is June 27th moving forward for the next go you got everyone got charged a new rate prev a lot of people aren happy about that so if you have any comments concerns complaints do not come to the selectman's office the water and SE department will meet tomorrow Wednesday at 6:00 at the water and SE department on okay 151 door thank you you got a sign for the door here uh other than that um we got some Renovations going on here in town hall uh so we got the new F room it's getting worked on out back it's actually in the other garage area so any zba meeting um any records for the zba eventually going to be in that room um upstairs has been getting painted including that stairwell and uh the whole upstairs the ceiling the walls and everything it looks really nice was up there earlier today look being able to use it uh so we do have the Grant from years ago for a elevator SL chairlift um we still haven't really decided other ones ready they just haven't been dropped off unless they dropped off today oh no no no I mean yeah so there's four windows in the main room but if you go around the whole building it's really 11 yeah so uh we're moving along and everything's going to be new eventually I any comments questions concerns for the SEL meeting up there next year is there AC up there well it be in March so hopefully AC is there we're going to bring back keep ticket booth up there uh that is still there it's sort of neat sort of anybody wants to go up and take a look and see it's just they're staging there so just you got to be careful brighter lights so you is going to be up there he's got approved to go up there you fix all the lights electrical and everything so uh on the downside uh it doesn't look like the rec department is going to be able to use it for they're renovating shut the lights off that EAS done right it's a lot of work it's there's a lot of time and effort by the department moves into uh yeah I don't know right now so we did get offer from Mr Ferris with the mill that he would give us an area that they can use um but the current litigation that's going on skeptical doing anything right now so we we appreciate him allowing us to use it but you want to wait until the what's going on with the litigation and everything okay um I I brought this up before but I like to recommend to the select board if they come up with a temporary housing permitter or something like that so that so that when they somebody does you know want go a camp run property or something like that it's not a building it's a separate form so it's clear a very good idea yeah we did that with the um we made a separate extension form it's similar but looks differently so we do the same thing so you know cuz this I mean honestly this looks like a bu even though the minutes from that clearly show they knew what they were getting themselves into yeah yeah and yeah we can do that pretty EAS it's okay thank you I just keep bringing things up um okay next meeting is October 188th 6 p.m. at 600 p.m. uh one more thing the family funding for the is going to be this Saturday the 13th at the community center that's our 4th of July thing when we do our fireworks vendor B house what is it the Saturday Saturday myor 12 to I don't toic my one them got very horse last week from barking for like 3 days straight sound like the chicken dog whatever yep that's where I my days straight okay re is meeting tomorrow to at 6 at the at theun Center pretty sure it's 6:00 so just just just a quick thought there's no no conflicts us meeting at 6 there's nobody else me before us or anything no the only other meeting that meets on Tu days is conservation and they've been pretty good about picking the days that Z Bo okay on the board right here um yeah there's there's a new calendar Sarah she is the one who wrote on it and she's amazing so we'll just have
