just about 400 young campers from the tri-state area converged upon Brian e flurry field on the campus of Delbarton School to with Pro camps live out their Diamond Dreams alongside New York Yankee shortstop and Delbarton alumnus Anthony vulpi the sense of pride in community was palpable I trusted everyone I don't think there's a better place to doing Anthony's whole family was there including the family dog Jedi yeah they wouldn't miss it I think they probably would have just gotten tickets even if they weren't invited but um no it's awesome to have the a lot of the community here um was really cool a jersey kid Anthony talked about how New Jersey Del Barton School and the Lessons Learned on that field prepared him for a career as a big leager you do you do everything you do with the support system that you have and luckily growing up and whether it was at home or at a community like Darton um I definitely felt so much support so definitely wouldn't be able to do it without that a well documented chicken parm of fish andado there is one typical food from Jersey that vulpi misses most while on the road uh breakfast sandwich I thought you were going to say bagel you can take the guy out of Jersey but not the Jersey out of the guy from marown New Jersey I'm Danielle mccarten
