DirecTV Customers Might Lose Disney Channel Disney Junior ESPN ABC Freeform FX FXM Baby TV And More

hey guys I am back for another video and I have a new Media news story to explain Direct TV and Disney are coming in and preparing for another blackout this Sunday which is g to follow the football season as it kicks off in September we might get a blackout on Sunday September 1st which might have happened early in the morning morning or in the night time so let me discuss what's going to happen all right Direct TV and Disney are not reaching a new agreement and if the contract expires on Sunday there will be no football no college sports or any other games this goes for Disney ESPN ABC free for the National Geographic FX FXX and more channels so this follows the Haunter deadline dispute between Direct TV and Disney not reaching a new agreement as possible on Sunday September 1st so this Sunday another blackout could expire on Direct TV where Direct TV are trying to advertise what could happen if Sunday's deal where Disney doesn't get settled Disney is the one that is not settling the agreement with Direct TV which advertise the whole amount of prices now over the recent years Direct TV did warn Disney customers back in 2019 on September 11th and here we are again five years later for the exact same blackout that could happen this Sunday so over the time and over the recent years we have not been able to see blackouts forever ever since taga reached an agreement on January 13 and ever since T reached an agreement on January 13 it was possible so anyway if this doesn't go as planned I know Disney wants more money out of Direct TV customers for the exact same bill that might happen so from my perspective attention Direct TV customers Direct TV is going to drop Disney ESPN ABC free form and the other channels that are owned by Disney so the past two negotiations are finally here and made it up again for the exact same blackout that could happen this Sunday so this is by far the most stupidest thing that could happen Direct TV wants more money but Disney is refusing so apparently Disney the media company Disney company is refusing to keep an agreement because the Walt Disney Company did fight with Dish and YouTube TV in 2021 and 2022 so in 2021 and 2022 Direct TV had fake blackouts but in the past negotiations with d Charter and YouTube TV they did the exact same thing over the recent years so by far ESPN ABC Disney could be gone from Direct TV if a contract is not signed by Sunday September 1st the upcoming Sunday so by far I know Spectrum did this last year with ESPN Disney free form and other channels last year on August 31st because ever since last year Charters Communications and Spectrum did the exact same thing with Disney on August 31st 2023 which was filling out for a 10day blackout last year with Spectrum now this year Direct TV is going to do the exact same thing so just like how nextar and taga and Cox came to the agreement here we are again for another black out now I have Direct TV but I don't even know what could happen if they try to advertise the whole entire business company anyway um Disney is going to say like we want more money and we're going to scam customers out of their money but I don't know if that could happen you know how Dish Network and Disney came to an agreement after a two-day blackout since October 1 2022 which was a tway blackout and ever since the 3rd of October they came to the agreement on October 3rd 20 20 22 now in 2024 this could be the exact same thing for all of our customers but for this year in 2024 in 2024 the exact same thing Could Happen real soon or this upcoming Sunday so in about a few days they could run into a blackout now let me ask you this question why are negotiations happening good question blackouts can happen more and more than ever because they're supposed to protect major sports leagues and actual football games like you know on ESPN and CBS but here we are again for another blackout so it seems like Disney warns Direct TV customers for another blackout now in 2019 they advertised the phone number which was the wrong number so on September 10 2019 they started to warn customers for a blackout that could happen on September 12 two days later so it seems like in the past few years when Direct TV and Disney was not going to come to the agreement they actually kept the channels on that day which also resolved in agreements so this year Disney and Direct TV are not coming to the agreement and this could happen this Sunday so what are y thought on the Direct TV and Disney Carriage dispute this is me Montel signing off for good goodbye
