What’s happening in the Colorado Springs Real Estate Market?

okay hey guys Melissa here hey Kelly and we are sitting here masterminding on what is hot in the real estate market yep we're uh looking at trying to do some more episodes but it's all going to be based on you guys and what you guys want to hear so give us your topics what do you want to know about real estate is it appraisals the home buying process what the market looks like today anything anything else Kell you think of you know our first episode we're thinking about going kind of geared towards Millennials so I think that'll be real good um and just how they are kind of shaping and Shifting the market as we know it oh gosh and I just talked to my daughter and whoa are you guys going to be trouble no it is going to be so much fun actually 100% 100% And the nice thing is too is that Melissa and I are really focusing on locally to Colorado Springs so anything in our area any of the different neighborhoods um you know in the whole yeah right now the market is so crazy in different areas we were just talking about this where in Falcon it's one place we've gotten F we've got people in Monument and Glenn Eagle and then Broadmore and Old Colorado City I there are so many like baby markets is what Kelly said in our one big Market of Colorado Spring so just give us some hints um Post in the comments of what you would like to hear about out and we are here for you real estate reporters my friend and we're goofy so please laugh along the way please and she's helping me come out of my shell a little bit all right you guys have a really great day bye bye
