fun fact for Josh here uh she was drafted by Emma Hayes for the Chicago uh red stars in the WPS uh they're now part of the NW C but they were originally the WPS and as I said you have that rise there team anymore so at least triny Robin is making me feel better okay for not having not having the Goddess that known as Alex Morgan on the field anymore to me mega rapino that's she stands for so much more than the game and I know like there's people that don't like her for that part I do if we're putting um but that doesn't take away that she was a good soccer player like one of the best and there's a reason why she won the balandor there's a reason why she H was the best player of the tournament at the 2019 World Cup and also got the Golden Boot there like there's reasons why she has the accolades that she does and that's because she's a good player yeah um so if you were to take all of the social justice stuff aside you can't deny what she did you can't deny what she did on the field and then you add that on top and it just really just shows the type of person that she is and we talked about Maya Mo earlier that she did something that was so much bigger than her too soon too soon I know Megan Rino we talk about Maya Mo before Colin Kaepernick was doing uh was being a um an athlete speaking about social justice and now you and then you had Megan rapino after Colin Kaepernick being one of the only people that would kneel with him kind of even though different sports but she was kneeling as well and so just standing up for things that are bigger than yourself and you see that a lot in the WNBA you see that in the nwsl and so one of the things that the women's sports have really been championing and it's because women's sports are inherently political just by existing
