so there's a video circulating online that is basically saying this is the moment that young thug found out that Rich Homie Quan had passed away um here's the picture right here so this the actual using the firearm defendant wed in the video referenced in part three of this section targeting family members of a rival gang number five defendant and his fellow YSL Associates committed the driveby shooting reference in sections three and four above on behalf of YSL and to increase the notoriety reputation and fear of YSL number six defendant admitted committing and was convicted of aggravated assault and participation in criminal street gang activity among other charges for his participation in the driveby shooting referenced in sections 3 4 and five above number seven defendant was told by another YSL associate that immediately after the murder of Donovan Thomas Jr YSL Associates met at the McDonald's on Cleveland Avenue in Atlanta Georgia to discuss the murder number eight defendant personally knows that one or more YSL Associates committed the murder of Donovan Thomas Jr on behalf of YSL number nine on J January the 10th 2015 after the murder of Donovan Thomas Jr defendant and other YSL Associates gathered at the home of Jeffrey Williams AKA Young Thug who gave defendant and other YSL Associates cash money to lay low number 16 defendant has personal knowledge that he and other members or Associates of YSL have either participated in or directly committed at least one of the following crimes in order to increase the notoriety and reputation of YSL murder arm robbery aggravated a Assa attempted murder theft illegal gun possession and illegal drug possession and sales Mr Sledge have you had an opportunity to go over each one of the defendants factual acknowledgements and make Corrections where necessary yes and do and do you now acknowledge under oath that each of the factual acknowledgements that you have initialed in this section are true and correct and accurate to the best of your ability yes ma'am part five of this plea agreement your honor states that defendant's sing acknowledgements are as follows defendant understands fully that if he bu Amendment right related to any statement contained so basically he just corroborated the story that he basically said this um look it says so he play guilty to one counter conspira to violate the reter influenc and corrupt organization which is Rico and possession of a firearm so that's what he puted so he got 15 years of probation he's out but he did acknowledge that yl is an organization has committed crimes intended to increase the notoriety street credibility and reputation of YSL he also said he personally knew one or more YSL Associates committed to the murder of Donovan Thomas Jr on behalf of YSL now people don't know who Donovan Thomas Jr is it's nut um nut was uh YN Luchi OG he was a big time you know person out here in um Atlanta so this there's so many different stories why what people said started the the whole nut um um YSL beef and everything but um this is what some people are saying some people are saying that what happened was um nut stole money from Birdman and then when young Thug sister approached nut and said wooty woop nut had slapped her and so after nut slapped Young Thug sister supposedly ended up getting merked now um we don't know the validity of that story there's a whole bunch of people saying this and that there's other reasons why it was a beef in the first place but um sled said after the he testified that after the merger sled said he and other wi Associates gathered at Young Thug's home where Young Thug gave Sledge and other wiell associates cash money to lay low so those are all the factual statements that he said and today was a day that young thug was in court and that brought him on so this is the f I don't know if this the first time but Young Thug is literally in court looking at this guy seeing all of this stuff and I can only imagine what's going through Young Thug's mind right now because first of all um Rich Homie quad has died and then now he got to look this dude in the face and see that I got some more video
