Thank you Marcus. So right now, consumers energy is working to assess the widespread damage across parts of West Michigan. Brian Wheeler with consumers energy joins us now live and hi, Brian. Are you expecting power restoration to take some time for this? Well, we've had, we've had a lot of look at the weather going into the storm and we knew that this timing would be about when these major gusts would come through. We do have a lot of crews who've been resting through the day who are coming onto our system right now. So we encourage folks to stay in touch with our adage map. Look at there, look there for updates throughout the evening, uh and know that we will be working tonight and probably overnight as we work to restore power. Brian, how many crews exactly are you expecting to have out? Have you heard anything from them about, you know, the conditions so far? Yeah, we have about 100 and 50 crews that are available. Usually it's two or three people, crews who are in the field or, or going out as we speak. We are putting the word out to get more assistance as necessary from here in Michigan. So, um, it certainly has turned out to be, the high winds have been such a culprit here causing trees and limbs and branches to come down. Uh There is some substantial work in front of us, but we do have a game plan and hopefully the crews that we need to get power back on through the night. Certainly, a lot of crews. Are you pulling anything, you know, any crew from any outside areas? Is this all local crews? Yeah, nothing outside of Michigan at this point. Um, as you know, as you said, we are still in the midst of these, this high peak time for those gusts. So, um, hopefully we can stop right about here in terms of the bad weather and the adage is about 60,000 consumers, energy customers are without power right now. Uh 8000 Muskegon County, 5000 in Ottawa and Kent. Um, hopefully, that's about the peak we see for the outages. If the weather subsides as it should, we can really make a lot of progress as the night continues. All right. That is it. Thank you so much Brian Wheeler from consumers energy and stay with us for continuing coverage of the wind alert. We'll have updates on our website as they become available and coming up on 13 on your side at 536
