it looked like Rory Fe finally found some Joy again in life eight years after his wife Joey died of cancer at the age of 40 when he recently got married to Rebecca but in a shocking turn of events he is now being sued by his own daughters that too regarding his youngest daughter Indiana who was seen in the beautiful and heartwarming videos from the wedding alongside her father Rory and her former teacher and now Rory's wife Rebecca what was odd about the wedding videos was that two very important people from Rory's life were missing his two eldest daughters Heidi and hopy who refused to attend the wedding and have now made a shocking announcement before going ahead please hit the Subscribe button and Bell icon to stay up toate on everything country Rory's daughters Heidi and H hopei posted on social media that they are pursuing legal action against their father claiming that their younger sister Indiana who has Down syndrome was not safe under his care the sisters accus Rory of cutting off their contact with Indiana and placing her in the care of unfamiliar individuals associated with a controversial organization known as Homestead Heritage previously they also called out their father for leaving Indiana with unfamiliar family members while he went on his honeymoon Heidi and hobie's concerns stem from past incidents including one where Indiana was injured while visiting a homestead Community the social media post said we no longer believe Indiana is safe under our father's care he left Indiana with members of an organization known for its troubling history of child abuse she's referring to Homestead Heritage it is a farming based Christian organization over the years a number of allegations have surfaced about physical and sexual abuse related to the organization but the sisters accusations didn't stop there they also opened up about their own experiences of neglect during their childhood Heidi recalled a harrowing incident where Rory allegedly refused to take her to the hospital after she broke her leg forcing her to endure the pain for 24 hours according to Heidi Rory told her to quit crying and even took her to a gig that night leaving her to stand in agony Rory however has a different recollection of these events in his Memoir he explained that the family's finances were strained at the time and after Consulting a nurse hotline he believed his daughter would be fine in another shocking Revelation Heidi wrote about being beaten up by one of Rory's ex-girlfriends for spilling perfume she beat me severely until the bruises were visible beyond my shorts Rory continued his relationship with her for years after and on multiple occasions hopie and I were woken up in the middle of the night on school nights and dragged to the girlfriend's house where Rory would plead to be let in after a breakup using us as tools to Garner sympathy these painful memories have only added to the sister's fears that history might repeat itself with Indiana in the midst of this turmoil a close family friend Julie zoldi has also stepped forward to share her perspective Julie who was by Joey's side during her battle with cancer expressed her deep sadness over the family's current state of affairs she said I love the fs I love Rory I love his sisters I love his kids it really saddens me because Heidi and Hopi were such a big part of Indiana's life and she's lost her mom and then her sisters will be the next best thing other than her dad they need to be able to be together Julie also pointed out the changes she's noticed in Rory since his involvement with homestead Heritage she was shocked to find herself excluded from Rory's recent wedding and expressed concern over the unfamiliar faces surrounding him now for Julie it's hard to reconcile the Rory she knew with the man he seems to have become she believes that if Joey were still alive none of this would be happening and the family would be together as they once were for now Rory remains silent on the accusations as the Fe family's legal battle looms fans and loved ones are left wondering what the future holds for Rory Indiana and the rest of the family will they be able to reconcile and find peace or will this Rift only deepen as time goes on share your thoughts in comments below and please do hit the like And subscribe buttons before you go
