[Music] home life for many on the ATP World Tour is a chance to unwind and relax with family and friends in Rancho Palos Verdes California next gen star Taylor Fritz gave us a glimpse into his downtime as a new dad before you is coming Lee that was like when we were gonna name our first boy Raquel doesn't need to wake up and feed him in the middle of the night you know we look at we both sleep an average day for both of us because I gotta go to practice when I get up Raquel is usually just feeding him still half asleep and then you know I'll get my breakfast and I'll head out practice this long practice again and then come back home we'll just have dinner together or something and play with the baby it's just I mean when he's gone most of the day my mom is just a immense help and you know I know it just takes a lot of sacrifices that you have to make for prenup or Taylor to achieve greatness for me challenges are more specific just because I have to travel and play and train it's just not to being able to spend every single secular singing with him but I do I do my best you know I guess I get home in the afternoon and from then on it's just telling us focused on and off the court the 19 year old American has always possessed a strong desire to achieve added to by his new arrival being a father's know I like to spend a lot of time with Jordan and it also gives me a lot of motivation on the court to do my best and I'm just I'm really enjoying it the race to Milan was a goal for me in the beginning of the year my coaches and I were all really confident the training and the level I'm at right now I'll be able to fall for the rest I'm excited for it you know I think for a lot of the casual fans it'll be more exciting for them to watch but I think adding a lot of the just creating more pressure situations might appeal better for my game so that's one of the reasons why I don't I don't mind trying it out and I think the fans will like it as well before it was just about me playing tennis wanting to be the best and now it's more so I want to just do everything I possibly can for them and do well in tennis so I can give them everything that they need [Music] although his priorities have changed in the last few months that doesn't mean Taylor can't still enjoy elements of life as a teenager this is my game room spent a lot of time kind of like putting everything together here both this desk took me a long time this massage chair here I won this in Shanghai so I use it sometimes just to recover up for one day right here I've got one of my prized possessions gifted to me by agents at CA the sign Ronaldo Jersey I got the video game set up right here I have my little remote it's kind of nerdy but I set up this thing they just changed colors on the desk this is kind of just where I come to come to relax and I get some free time just play some video games keep my like half dream alive of being a professional video game player even though he has more responsibilities than many his age Taylor has embraced to being a husband and a father and life on tour will soon be a family affair it's amazing this looking at him is the best I can't wait to just teach him stuff play play sports and just do all the stuff that I did with my parents when I was a little kid you know as Jordan gets a little a little older I think that won't start to go on the road with anymore more often we're gonna start doing it for some of the US tournaments so I don't have to be you know apart from them for so long when I'm away I just tell myself like you know I'm doing it I'm doing it for them I'm trying to do the best I can at the tournament so I can you know provide everything I can for them [Music] next week on ATP World Tour uncovered play begins in SW 19 and we'll have the very latest and we talk exclusively to a superstar in the making sashes Verret don't forget to log on to ATP World Tour come and chat with us on the ATP's official social network my ATP now on Vic's leg and on Facebook Twitter and Instagram see you next week [Music]
