CrossFit wants the best for us and for for the sport and I'm sure that this is also what everyone on those podcasts wants to do and and that's why people are very vocal about I think it's great but I just think you know the best way to go about is just I mean there is a direct contact to CrossFit through their email just say hey I think this is an issue could you bring it up and I'm sure you get answer within 24 hours yeah use use the system that's in place it's I mean the parallel with the I guess the Democratic process or any political process is the same right you could complain to your neighbor that stuff's not going the way you want or you can go talk to your local representative and their job is then to relay that information and and and act
