hey everyone welcome back to the channel in this video I'm going to reviewing the movie skipped parts this is a 2000 release it's a Coming of Age comedy that has a 6.2 out of 10 on IMDb and a 60% on Rotten Tomatoes the movie was directed by Tamara Davis and stars Jennifer Jason Lee Drew Barrymore and R Le iry in this movie we have the character Sam it's a teenager young just uh he's an aspiring writer who wants to learn more about sex the one topic that a certain author that he reads skips over along with that he has a fantasy girl uh played by Drew Barrymore uh Arley hermy plays Casper his grandfather who they live with him his mom lived with and pretty much it's his way or the highway he wants Sam to go to a military academy um and so his mom has to make a choice either he goes or they both go so she she chooses to uh to go along with him they get moved out out of state where their lives they start to thrive uh you have Lydia played by Jennifer Jason Lee his mom who meets a fella she doesn't know if she wants to spend the rest of her life with him she's back and forth and of course Casper he's trying to keep his Iron Fist down on them he's always constantly calling them seeing what they're up to Sam meets a young young lady who is the the best part about the movie she she was great um you have uh Mishka Barton and uh Brad rro just this it's a it's a great cast great characters and this was a blast to watch I I wish the movie was a little bit longer other than that this was this was a lot of fun and uh I highly recommend you check this one out uh great coming Mage story and uh like I said I highly recommend it with that I'm going to give skip Parts a nine out of 10 and two thumbs up so in the comment section below if you've seen it give me your thoughts and opinions if you're new to the channel don't forget to hit the Subscribe button hit the notification Bell and if you like the review hit the like button but thanks for watching stay tuned for many more movie reviews and I'll see you guys in the next one
