the subject of this video is troubleshooting team sluggish performance and video performance problems in my prior video it was more it administrator focused more advanced here are some quick settings you can adjust to improve your windows performance now on a Windows machine select task manager click alt control delete to access task manager and then look at all the app that are open you may find an app that's hogging CPU close them you can open teams and click on the ellipses in the upper right corner you can disable the GPU under display turn off animations now I don't have a Windows machine I'm on a Mac so I had to take screenshots but here are the settings there's the cleanup manager once you apply the settings close teams and restart now these folders are also Windows only um you may need need an IT admin to help you or an advanced user but you go into the folders and you delete all the cash so the um steps are opening the file manager going to all those folders deleting all the files from a Mac perspective there isn't much to really do uh other than making sure you don't have too many apps open so team performance problems check your speed you might be in a location where the network just isn't that good and you need to go into the corporate office for Know video intensive meetings you may need to um you know just go into the office or run them off hours so here's the settings and teams so this is specific to a Mac um on a Windows machine it'll be much different and you'll see all the GPU and animation settings that I had mentioned so the reality of performance problems is is two things your your laptop can't handle all the applications you have open or the network you're on just isn't performing it doesn't have the bandwidth and it doesn't have the uh latency requirements for teams which is 100 milliseconds hope you enjoyed the video please click like And subscribe thanks
